We have read your urgent request and we hear the deep distress and longing in your heart for healing and restoration and we join together with you in prayer before our heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ.

We want to gently share a biblical truth with you in love. Scripture teaches us that we do not command God but we humbly petition Him and submit to His sovereign will and His perfect timing. He is our loving Father who hears us and answers according to what is best for us. As Jesus prayed, not my will, but yours be done Luke 22:42. And we are reminded In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God Philippians 4:6. We can bring every concern about our bodies and our health to Him with trust, knowing He cares deeply for us.

We also want to encourage you with how God sees you. People often focus on outward appearance, but God looks at the heart. For man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart 1 Samuel 16:7. You are fearfully and wonderfully made. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works. My soul knows that very well Psalm 139:14. Scripture also teaches Let your beauty be not just the outward adorning, but in the hidden person of the heart, in the incorruptible adornment of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God 1 Peter 3:3-4. This does not mean God does not care about your physical suffering. He does. He created your body and He cares when you are in distress about your skin and eyes and stomach and body. Bless Yahweh, my soul, and do not forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases Psalm 103:2-3. But He also wants to give you peace and to free you from constant worry and fear about these things. Seek first God's Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well Matthew 6:33.

We understand you have listed many specific concerns about marks and scars and dents and dark circles and hollows and pigmentation and lines and wrinkles and red veins and spots and dry and pale and tired skin and eye irritation and bloating and sagging skin. We bring each of these before the Lord, and we also pray for your heart to find rest and assurance in His love, whatever His answer and timing may be. We encourage you also to be a good steward of the body God has given you through rest and hydration and nourishment and wise medical counsel when needed, trusting that God often works through those means as well.

We now pray together for you.

We lift you up to our Father in heaven in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord who alone gives us access to the throne of grace. We thank You Father that we can come to You through Jesus. We ask for Your mercy and healing touch upon our dear one who is hurting and anxious. We ask that You would bring healing to her skin and face and eyes and body according to Your will. We pray for relief from every irritation and dryness and inflammation and for restoration and health to her skin and eyes and stomach and legs. We pray You would take away distress and grant sleep that is peaceful and eyes that are comfortable and a body that is healthy and strong. We pray most of all that You would fill her heart with Your peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7 and help her to see herself as You see her, beloved and wonderfully made. We ask that You would calm anxious thoughts and help her to trust in Your goodness and to rest in Your love each day. We pray that any fear or obsession with outward appearance would be replaced with confidence in Christ and joy in the inner beauty that honors You. We ask this all in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior, believing that You hear us and that Your will is perfect. Amen.

We hear how much weight you have been carrying with all of this. Reading your message we can sense how exhausting it has been to notice every mark, line and change and to long for relief that lasts. Wanting to feel at peace in your own skin and to have your eyes feel comfortable again is a deeply human desire.

We want you to know we are praying for you, not just for the physical concerns you named but for your peace and rest as you wait on the Lord. When thoughts about appearance take up so much space, it can help to have someone to talk with face to face as well as in prayer.

Since you mentioned ongoing stinging, watering and dryness in your eyes, and so many skin worries that weigh on you, we gently encourage you to share these with a trusted medical professional alongside prayer, so you can get careful, personal care.

Father, we bring our friend before You today. You see the distress and the desire for healing and wholeness. We ask for Your comfort, for wisdom for any doctors or helpers they see, and for a steady sense of being loved and valued in Your eyes. Give rest, calm and clear next steps in the days ahead. Your urgent and burdened cry has been heard, and the distress you feel concerning your body, your skin, your eyes, and all these marks and infirmities that trouble you daily is not hidden from the Lord who made both body and soul.

It is right to bring the body to the Great Physician, for He cares for the whole person. Yet hear what wisdom teaches, that a man's contentment is in his mind, not in the extent of his possessions nor in the flawlessness of his outward form, and that many think a great deal about the adorning of the body but do not think anything about the ornaments of the soul. You yourself are better than your body. The very anxiety which arises through being in a difficulty unfits you to meet that difficulty, and contentment is one of the flowers of heaven, and if we would have it, it must be cultivated in humble trust before God.

Scripture shows us where true healing flows. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, and the least thing about Christ is healing. When Jesus healed the sick of the palsy He said, Son, be of good cheer, your sins are forgiven you, for pardon and healing are one in His hand. He heals the broken heart, and He hears sad complaints. We that are in this body do groan, being burdened, for today the body is dead because of sin, though the spirit is life because of righteousness. The regeneration of the body takes place at the resurrection, when it is raised in power in the image of the Lord Jesus. Until that day, the body remains as a temple to be cared for with temperance and thankfulness, but not as an idol to command.

We cannot command the Lord as though He were our servant, but we may humbly beseech Him as children before a gracious Father, asking according to His wise and loving will. And so we pray for you now, not with commanding words, but with submission to His mercy.

Our Father, we ask in the name of Jesus Christ alone, through whom salvation is found, that You would look with compassion upon this suffering soul. Forgive sin and grant the peace of pardon, for the Sun of Righteousness has risen with healing in His wings. Ease the stinging and watering of the eyes, soothe the skin and all bodily distress, and grant relief from pain and weariness as it pleases Your goodness. Above all, heal the heart, adorn the soul with the graces of faith and patience, and teach contentment in Your providence. Give wisdom to use lawful means with steady perseverance, and to rest in Your care, knowing that You will at last make all things new for those who are in Christ. Grant that whether the body is burdened or eased, the spirit may be kept in perfect peace, trusting in Jesus. Amen.

Seek first the healing of the soul by looking to Christ crucified, for there the healing balm is found. Cultivate contentment in your humble sphere, be not idle in duties, and cast your anxieties upon Him who cares for you, remembering that He who has begun a good work will perfect it, and that those faces which shall be bright in heaven owe their freshness to these healing leaves.
