We hear your very urgent cry and we join together with you right now lifting you before our Father in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for you have called upon that name which is above every name and it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace.
We know how distressing and frightening it is to struggle for breath, and we stand with you believing that our God is the one who formed your lungs and airways and who sustains every breath you take. You were knit together by Him, for you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother's womb. Psalm 139:13. He knows every part of your body and He cares deeply for your suffering.
We take comfort in His promises as our healer, for I am Yahweh who heals you. Exodus 15:26, and who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases. Psalm 103:3. We cling to the truth that But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed. Isaiah 53:5. We believe He is able to do what is impossible for man, and we ask for His mercy and healing touch upon you according to His perfect will.
We pray together now.
Father in heaven, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, lifting up this precious one who has struggled with asthma since birth. Lord, You see the urgency and the longing for complete and permanent relief. We ask that You would lay Your healing hand upon these lungs, airways, and the whole body. We pray that You would clear every constriction, calm every inflammation, and restore easy and full breathing. We pray as You have said, But I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh. Jeremiah 30:17. Lord, if it is Your will, we ask that You would cause every symptom of asthma to be gone and to never return, that this body would function in the health and wholeness You intended. We ask for Your peace to guard this heart and mind from fear and anxiety while waiting upon You, and for strength for each breath. We also pray for wisdom for doctors and for guidance in all care, trusting that all healing ultimately comes from Your hand. We pray that Your will be done and that You would be glorified in this life, whether through miraculous healing or through sustained grace and strength each day. We ask all this in the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust in the Lord with all your heart and to keep calling upon the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved and by which we approach the Father. Acts 4:12, John 14:6. Keep bringing every anxious thought to Him in prayer, and rest in His love for you. The prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. James 5:15. We will continue to keep you in our prayers, asking God to grant you lasting relief, deep peace, and the assurance of His presence with every breath you take.

Your urgent cry for deliverance from the asthma that has burdened your lungs and airways from birth has been heard with deep compassion and has been carried before the Lord in prayer. The Lord knows every labored breath and every night of distress, and He is tender toward those who suffer.
Scripture tells us that the leaves of the tree of life were for the healing of the nations, and that the least thing about Christ is full of healing virtue. Not only His great work upon the cross, but even His touch, His word, His presence brings healing. The prophet speaks of the Sun of Righteousness rising with healing in His wings, and when Jesus healed the man taken with palsy He first said, Your sins are forgiven you, to show that pardon and healing are joined together in His gracious hand.
You do well to bring your bodily affliction speedily to the great Physician, for we are taught to tell our case to Jesus just as we would tell a case to a doctor. He invites plain and honest prayer. He took the sick by the hand and lifted them up, and there was power in that contact. So come to Him now with this long affliction, asking that His healing virtue would work in your body and make your nature other than it was before. At Calvary there is healing balm, and abundant streams of mercy flow from Him to those below who seek Him.
We have prayed that the Lord in His mercy would touch your lungs and airways and whole body, that He would cleanse and strengthen what has been weak from birth, and that if it be His gracious will He would grant you full and lasting relief and cause these symptoms to depart and return no more. We have asked also for the deeper healing which is first and best, the forgiveness of sins through faith in Jesus Christ, for when the soul is healed the body shall one day be perfectly healed also without spot or wrinkle. Whether His healing comes in a moment or through sustained grace and the wise use of means, trust Him as the One who heals the broken in heart and binds up their wounds.
May the Lord grant you peace as you wait upon Him, may He give wisdom to those who care for you, and may you feel His hand lifting you up day by day. Your urgent request has been heard and we are joining you in prayer right now. We understand how heavy and distressing it is to have carried asthma since birth, and how deeply you long for free and easy breath.
We are praying exceedingly for you, night and day bringing your need before the Lord. Scripture shows us that God hears persistent prayer, like the Canaanite woman who kept coming and pleading until the Lord granted healing for her daughter. He is not weary of our asking, and He invites us to keep seeking Him with faith.
We pray to the Lord who is the true physician of body and soul. In the name of Jesus Christ alone, the only name by which we are saved and by which we come to the Father, we ask that He would have mercy on you, touch your lungs and airways and whole body, ease every symptom, and grant you relief and strength. We ask that He would give you breath without struggle, if it is His gracious and wise will, and that He would fill you with His peace and presence as you wait on Him.
Even as we pray for complete healing, we encourage you to continue to trust His goodness and to keep using the help He provides through doctors and treatment. Like a physician who does not give up but continues to apply medicine, we will not stop praying for you. Sometimes healing comes at once, sometimes through many steps over time, but our hope remains in Christ who loves you and intercedes for you.
