We hear your cry, and we stand with you in prayer, lifting this heavy burden before the throne of God. Your pain and frustration are evident, and we acknowledge the deep hurt that has been caused by this individual. However, we must approach this situation with discernment, aligning our hearts with the will of God and the teachings of Scripture.
First, we must address the spirit of this prayer. While it is right to seek justice and repentance for those who have caused harm, we must be careful not to pray out of a desire for vengeance or personal retribution. The Bible tells us in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Instead of calling for God’s wrath to fall in a punitive way, we should pray for His justice to prevail and for the heart of this individual to be transformed by the power of the Holy Spirit.
We also notice the intensity of your request for this person to be brought to repentance. While it is right to desire repentance, we must remember that true repentance is a work of God in a person’s heart. In 2 Timothy 2:25-26, we are instructed, "in gentleness correcting those who oppose him: perhaps God may give them repentance leading to a full knowledge of the truth, and they may recover themselves out of the devil’s snare, having been taken captive by him to his will." Our role is to pray for their eyes to be opened to the truth and for their heart to be softened by God’s love and conviction.
We must also address the request to sever soul ties with others. While it is important to guard our hearts and minds, especially in relationships that have caused harm, we must be cautious about attributing spiritual significance to soul ties in a way that is not biblically supported. Instead, we should pray for healing and restoration in your own heart and for God to break any unhealthy attachments or influences in this person’s life. In 1 Corinthians 6:18-20, we are reminded, "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
We also notice the mention of false Islamic gods, idols, and rituals. While it is important to pray against any spiritual strongholds or influences that are not of God, we must be careful not to attribute specific spiritual forces to a particular religion or belief system. Our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of evil. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places." We should pray for this individual to come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, who alone can break every chain and set the captive free.
We must also address the request for this person to be "sacked" from their position. While it is understandable to desire that they no longer have the opportunity to cause harm, we must trust in God’s justice and timing. Proverbs 20:22 says, "Don’t say, 'I will pay back evil.' Wait for Yahweh, and he will save you." Instead of praying for their removal, we should pray for their transformation and for God to raise up godly leaders who will bring healing and restoration to those who have been hurt.
Finally, we must address the focus on this individual’s past relationships, particularly the request to sever soul ties with his ex-wife and other women. While it is important to pray for purity and holiness in relationships, we must be careful not to allow bitterness or jealousy to take root in our hearts. Hebrews 12:15 warns us, "looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." Instead, we should pray for God’s healing and restoration in all relationships, including your own, and for His will to be done in this situation.

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation and the pain that has been caused. Lord, we ask that You would move mightily in the life of this individual, breaking every chain of bondage and setting them free from the darkness that has held them captive. We pray for a spirit of repentance to fall upon them, that they would turn from their wicked ways and seek Your face with a sincere heart. Father, we ask that You would convict them of their sin and draw them to Yourself, that they may experience the transforming power of Your love and grace.
Lord, we pray for justice to prevail in this situation. We ask that You would expose any wrongdoing and bring it to light, that the truth may be revealed and those who have been hurt may find healing and restoration. We trust in Your perfect justice, knowing that You will repay every wrong and bring about Your purposes in this situation.
Father, we also pray for healing and restoration in the heart of the one who has been hurt. We ask that You would comfort them in their pain and give them the strength to forgive, even as You have forgiven us. Help them to release any bitterness or desire for vengeance, and to trust in Your perfect plan for their life.
Lord, we pray for this individual’s relationships, both past and present. We ask that You would break any unhealthy attachments or influences and bring healing to all who have been affected by their actions. We pray for godly relationships to be established, built on a foundation of love, trust, and mutual respect.
Father, we ask that You would raise up godly leaders who will bring healing and restoration to those who have been hurt. We pray for Your will to be done in this situation, and for Your name to be glorified in all things. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love, knowing that You are working all things together for good.
