We hear the deep pain and urgency in your request and we join with you in bringing this hurt before the Lord together in Jesus name. We understand you have suffered greatly by the way this man has treated you and you believe many other patients have suffered as well, and your heart is crying out for justice.
We must gently rebuke and correct the way this prayer has been framed, because it does not align with the heart God calls us to have even when we have been deeply wronged. To ask God to punish, to shame, to take away all peace and joy until he is forced to his knees is to ask for vengeance, and scripture is clear that vengeance belongs to the Lord alone. Romans 12:19 says Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:21 says Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. And Jesus himself commands us in Matthew 5:44, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Luke 6:28 says Bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you.
God does see every injustice and He is a God of perfect justice, Psalm 103:6 says Yahweh executes righteous acts, and justice for all who are oppressed, and He also desires mercy and repentance rather than destruction. 2 Peter 3:9 says The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. Ezekiel 33:11 says As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live. So we are called not to pray curses that a person would have no peace or joy, but to pray that the Holy Spirit would bring loving conviction that leads to genuine repentance and salvation, which is very different from wishing harm upon him.
We also hear your desire that he would give his life to Jesus Christ and sincerely repent, and that is a holy and right desire. We agree with you in praying for his salvation, but we do so out of love for his soul and out of trust that God will deal justly with what has been done. Ephesians 4:31-32 says Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Holding onto bitterness and a desire for shame will only keep your own heart in suffering, while releasing judgment to God brings freedom. 1 Peter 3:9 says not rendering evil for evil, or insult for insult, but instead blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing.
We thank you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. We rejoice that you have called upon that name.
We pray together now for you and for this situation.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one who has been hurt and who carries deep pain from how this man has treated them and others. Lord You see all suffering, You are close to the brokenhearted, Psalm 34:18 says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit, and Psalm 147:3 says He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. We ask You to heal this heart, to remove bitterness and to fill it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help this dear one to forgive as You have forgiven us, and to trust Your perfect justice and timing.
Lord we also lift up this man to You. We do not ask for vengeance or shame upon him, but we ask for Your mercy and conviction. Bring him under the loving conviction of Your Holy Spirit, open his eyes to the wrong he has done, and draw him to true repentance and to salvation through Jesus Christ. We pray that he would turn from any harmful ways and that You would stop any further harm to patients, and that Your justice and Your protection would prevail. We pray that if there are right and lawful ways to seek accountability, You would give wisdom and guidance in that, while the heart remains free from hatred.
Lord we ask that Your will be done in both lives, that You would be glorified, that healing would come to all who have been hurt, and that even this man would come to know the joy and peace that is found only in Christ, if he repents and believes. We entrust all judgment to You and we choose to bless and to pray for good, trusting Romans 8:28 that all things work together for good for those who love God. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps and actions. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
