We understand your urgency and desire for unity and love in your marriage. However, we need to address a few things before we pray together for a godly marriage.
Firstly, we notice that you did not name Jesus Christ directly in your prayer request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God the Father, and it is only through faith and a relationship with Jesus Christ that a person can be born again. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB, Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." and John 3:3 WEB, "Jesus answered him, 'Most certainly, I tell you, unless one is born anew, he can't see the Kingdom of God.'"
Secondly, we need to address the repeated words and phrases. It is important to avoid vain repetitions in prayer, as Jesus taught in Matthew 6:7 WEB, "In praying, don't use vain repetitions, as the Gentiles do; for they think that they will be heard for their much speaking."
Lastly, while we understand your desire for love, attraction, and passion in your marriage, we must be careful not to focus solely on the physical aspects. A godly marriage is built on much more. It includes love, forgiveness, understanding, commitment, and a joint pursuit of God's will.
Now, let us pray together for your marriage:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this marriage. We pray that both husband and wife would be born again by placing their faith in Jesus Christ if they have not already. We ask that You would bring unity and agreement between them, that they would be of one mind and heart, aligned with Your will. We pray for a deep, abiding love which is pure to grow between them, that their desire and attraction for each other would be rooted in Your love. We ask that You would help them to keep their eyes only on each other, that their marriage would be a testament to Your faithfulness and love and that they would both be examples of Godly spouses. Help them to love fiercely and to forgive easily. Help them to be supportive of each other and encouraging, that their words and deeds build each other up. Make them to be a blessing to each other. Most importantly, we pray that they both would be completely sold out to You, Lord, that their marriage would have a kingdom purpose, and that together they would pursue Your will for their lives and their union. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Continue to pray for your husband and marriage, trusting in God's perfect will and timing. Pursue righteousness, love, and forgiveness, and strive to be a godly wife, submitting to your husband as the church submits to Christ, and loving him as the church loves Christ Ephesians 5:22-33 WEB.
