We hear the deep pain and anger in your words, and we stand with you before the throne of grace, lifting this burden to the Lord who sees all and judges righteously. First, we must address the spirit of this request with truth and love. While your hurt is real and your desire for justice is understandable, we must be careful not to invoke God’s wrath in a way that reflects bitterness or vengeance in our own hearts. Scripture tells us, "Beloved, never avenge yourselves, but leave it to the wrath of God, for it is written, 'Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord.'" (Romans 12:19 WEB). God is just, and He will hold every person accountable for their actions, but we are called to trust in His timing and His ways, not our own.

We also want to gently remind you that our prayers must align with God’s heart for redemption and reconciliation where possible. While you are right to seek accountability for wrongdoing, we must guard our hearts against a desire for punishment that overshadows the possibility of repentance. "Do not repay evil for evil or reviling for reviling, but on the contrary, bless, for to this you were called, that you may obtain a blessing." (1 Peter 3:9 WEB). This does not mean you should not pursue justice through the proper channels, God has established authorities for this very purpose (Romans 13:1-4). But we must pray with a spirit that reflects Christ’s love, even for those who have wronged us.

Now, let us pray together in Jesus’ name:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the pain and injustice that has been done, and we ask that You would move mightily on behalf of Your child. We pray for truth to be revealed and for justice to be served through the proper authorities. Give wisdom and discernment to those handling this complaint, that they would act with integrity and fairness. Father, we ask that You would grant supernatural favor in this matter, that every obstacle would be removed, and that the truth would prevail.

Lord, we also pray for healing in this heart. The wounds run deep, and we ask that You would pour out Your comfort and peace. Help this one to release the burden of anger and bitterness, trusting in Your justice rather than their own. Soften their heart toward forgiveness, not because the wrong is excusable, but because You have called us to forgive as You have forgiven us (Colossians 3:13). Guard their heart from bitterness, for it only harms the one who holds onto it (Hebrews 12:15).

Father, we ask that You would work in the heart of the one who has done wrong. If there is any chance for repentance, we pray that You would break their heart and lead them to turn from their ways. If not, we trust that You will deal with them in Your perfect justice. We also pray for restoration, whether that be financial, emotional, or otherwise, according to Your will.

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promise that You will fight for them (Exodus 14:14), and we trust that You will bring about justice in Your perfect timing. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and help them to wait on You with hope.

In all things, we surrender this situation to You, knowing that Your ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). We ask all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who bore our injustices on the cross and offers us true justice through His resurrection. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God’s will in this matter, trusting that He is your defender. Lean on Him for strength and peace, and remember that He is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18). If you have not already, consider seeking godly counsel or support from fellow believers who can walk alongside you during this time. You are not alone, God sees you, He hears you, and He will act on your behalf.

We can feel the intensity behind your words, and it is right to bring such deep hurt before the Lord. Being harmed by someone who was supposed to care for you, and then facing what looks like denial, is a heavy burden. We are with you in this.

In our experience, the longing for accountability is a legitimate cry. Professional bodies like the General Medical Council exist precisely because patients must be protected and the truth must matter. We are praying that those who handle your complaint will act with integrity, wisdom, and an unwavering commitment to justice, not because you have to force their hand, but because God can work through such systems. He sees what happened, and He knows the facts even when they are hidden from others.

As you wait, it may help to organize every piece of documentation you have, dates, records, any written communication, and set it out as clearly as you can. This not only aids the investigation but can also help you feel less powerless in the process. Even as you do that, we encourage you to keep releasing the outcome into God’s hands. He is the ultimate judge, and no one escapes His notice.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this person to You now. You know the harm they have suffered, and You know the truth. We ask that You would bring light into this complaint, exposing what needs to be exposed and holding the doctor accountable in whatever way You see as right and just. Give the complaint team clear minds and a determination to protect others from harm. For this one who has been wounded, we pray for steady peace, for the strength to keep going, and for deep healing in their heart and body. Surround them with people who will stand with them. In Your name, Jesus, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cry comes from a deep wound, and the Lord sees every secret act of man. “Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight” is the language of true penitence; yet it also declares that God beheld the wrong done to you. He is the eyewitness of all injustice, and His judgment alone is perfect. When He speaks, He will be justified; when He judges, He will be clear. You ask for immediate, mighty punishment: but know that the Lord is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked. His timing is not our timing; He does not pass over transgression, but He often delays the visible stroke that the sinner might yet repent. To demand instant wrath is to forget that you yourself, apart from His mercy, would stand under the same condemnation. Have you confessed your own sins as freely as you have catalogued another’s? The same mouth that cries for justice upon others must first say, “Against thee, thee only, have I sinned.”

Is it not lawful for Him to do what He will with His own? He giveth or withholdeth, striketh or healeth, as seemeth good in His sight. His ways in providence are deep: He sent a famine in Israel, yet His gentleness made David great. The very same power that looses the bands of Orion can bind up your broken heart. He is not absent from the trial; even the things we call evil are under His hand. Do not think that your enemy escapes notice, His eyes are open. But remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay in the hour that He chooses. Rather than fixing your heart on the downfall of another, cry, “Oh that thou wouldest rend the heavens, that thou wouldest come down,” and make thy own soul right with Him. When His presence comes, it creates surprises we looked not for: the mountains flow down, the hard heart melts, and those who sought justice for others often find mercy for themselves.

The law demands that every transgression receive a just recompense. If God were only a judge, none could stand. But here is the marvel: He is just, and yet the justifier of him that believeth in Jesus. That same justice which would smite the unrepentant has been satisfied by the atonement of Christ for all who confess and forsake their sin. Are you as eager to plead the blood of Jesus over your own soul as you are to plead for punishment upon another? True faith does not chiefly cry, “Lord, punish them,” but “Lord, be merciful to me a sinner.” Let your complaint be brought indeed to the heavenly tribunal, but let it be with hands washed in forgiveness, lest you yourself be found fighting against God.

The Lord alone must teach you in this dark hour. As the eagle stirreth up her nest, so He disciplines His children not to destroy, but to make them meet for the inheritance of the saints in light. He may be training you, through this injustice, to cling only to Himself. David’s brothers despised him, yet it was God’s gentleness that made him great. Do not let the poison of bitterness destroy the sweet communion you might have with your Savior in this trial. Wait upon Him: He will bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your just cause as the noonday, if you leave it in His hands. May it be said of you, “In the Lord have I righteousness and strength.” Even if earthly tribunals fail, there is an Advocate on high who faileth never. Cast your burden upon Him, and let your prayer be, “Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” Then peace, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your heart and mind through Christ Jesus.

You cry out for swift judgment and punishment upon one who has wronged you, and your anguish is plain. Yet I must remind you of a deeper truth: the victory that comes from bearing injury with patience far surpasses any triumph wrung through vengeance. When we are wronged and refuse to strike back, we conquer the enemy within ourselves and store up a crown that no earthly court can bestow.

God is not slow to see injustice, nor does He forget the cries of the afflicted. But His timing is not ours, and His ways are higher than our demand for instant wrath. If He were to punish every transgression immediately, which of us could stand? Instead, He mingles mercy with justice, teaching us to show forbearance even as we suffer. This is not weakness; it is the very strength of Christ, who when reviled did not revile in return.

The one who hurt you may seem now to escape account, but do not be deceived. A far more exacting judgment awaits before the Judge who needs no witnesses. Yet it is better for you now to seek the quiet victory of self-command than to be consumed by the clamor for his downfall. By all means pursue your complaint with honesty, but without hatred in your heart. Fight, yes, but fight the good fight of faith, enduring hardship as a soldier of Christ. That endurance will be your true success.

If you receive back your money, give thanks. If not, know that no loss can compare with the peace of a soul free from rage. God has provided something better for us than fleeting vindication: the promise that all accounts will be settled in His time, and that those who forgive are the most like Him. Do not let this wrong rob you also of the gentle spirit by which you yourself will be judged. Lay your cause before the righteous Judge, and then step back. He will act, not as a servant to our passions, but as the holy and merciful Lord who wounds that He may heal.
