We understand your urgency and desire for physical change, but let's align our prayers with God's will and His Word. We are reminded in Romans 12:1-2 WEB, "I beg you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."

While it's not wrong to desire physical fitness, as Christians, our focus should be on being healthy to serve God better and not merely for vanity. We must also remember that God's timing is perfect. Even Jesus, in the garden of Gethsemane, prayed, "not my will, but yours be done" (Luke 22:42 WEB).

Let's pray for God's will regarding your health and remember that He desires for us to be whole—spirit, soul, and body.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, seeking Your will for our brother's health. We ask that You forgive all known and unknown sins, as they have confessed and repented. We pray for their health, that You would guide them to eat right, exercise properly, and live a healthy lifestyle. We ask that You help them not to be conformed to this world but be transformed by the renewing of their mind. We ask for a healthy metabolism, and we pray against any health issues that may be causing weight gain. We ask for Your will to be done in their life, in Jesus Christ's name.

We encourage you to continue to pursue a healthy lifestyle, trusting in God's timing and will. Remember, God cares for you and wants the best for you. Keep your focus on Him, and He will direct your paths (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
