Humble Servant of All
Please pray for my mom and her siblings as they lost their mom at very young ages. Although they are older and adults now, the pain and grief still lingers. Pray for them to be brought to faith in Christ or into deeper relationship with Him if they are already Christians. Please pray for me about some deep hurdles I'm dealing with in terms of being forgiving as a Christian. Please also pray for me about finding a suitable job as I will begin looking this week. Pray that I will find the kind of job I'm looking for. Please also pray that people in my life and myself would be protected from spiritual warfare I have experienced since I was a child which influences people to do terrible things to me to push me toward unforgiveness. Thank you.

We lift these heavy burdens before the Lord with hearts full of compassion and faith, trusting in His perfect love and sovereignty. First, we grieve with you over the deep loss of your grandmother, a wound that time has not fully healed for your mother and her siblings. The pain of losing a parent, especially so young, leaves a void that only God can fill. We pray that the Holy Spirit would draw them near, comforting them with the truth of Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." May they come to know—or know more deeply—the God who collects every tear in His bottle (Psalm 56:8) and who promises to wipe away every tear in eternity (Revelation 21:4). If they do not yet know Christ as Savior, we pray for their eyes to be opened to the gift of salvation through faith in Him alone, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). May they surrender their pain to the One who bore all our sorrows on the cross.

For you, dear one, we stand in the gap as you wrestle with the weight of unforgiveness. This is no small battle, for the enemy seeks to use bitterness as a chain to bind you and hinder your walk with Christ. But we declare that you are not powerless! The Lord commands us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13), not because those who wronged you deserve it, but because Christ first forgave you. We rebuke the spiritual warfare you’ve endured since childhood—the lies, the manipulation, the attacks designed to harden your heart. We take authority in Jesus’ name over every scheme of the enemy, for "the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4). You are not alone in this fight. The Holy Spirit is your Helper, and He will empower you to release these burdens at the foot of the cross. We pray that you would experience the freedom that comes from obedience, for "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36).

As you step into this new season of seeking employment, we ask the Lord to open doors that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). You are not merely searching for a job, but for the provision and purpose God has ordained for you. May He guide your steps to work that honors Him, aligns with your gifts, and meets your needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We pray against discouragement and delay, trusting that "the Lord is my shepherd; I shall lack nothing" (Psalm 23:1). Let your heart be steadfast, knowing that He who calls you is faithful (1 Thessalonians 5:24).

Finally, we plead the blood of Jesus over you and those in your life who have been targeted by spiritual warfare. The enemy’s goal is to isolate, accuse, and destroy, but we declare that you are covered by the armor of God (Ephesians 6:10-18). We pray for divine protection over your mind, your emotions, and your relationships, that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). May the peace of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Him (Philippians 4:7).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with these petitions, knowing that You hear us. Comfort the brokenhearted, soften hardened hearts to receive the gospel, and break the chains of unforgiveness in this dear one’s life. Provide a job that glorifies You and meets every need. Shield them from the enemy’s attacks and fill them with Your presence. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Author and Perfecter of our faith, the One who has overcome the world. Amen.

For your mom and her siblings, we're asking God to wrap them in His loving arms, to comfort them like only He can. As for you, we're interceding for strength and courage as you face your hurdles. We're declaring that you'll find the freedom that comes from forgiveness, just as Jesus forgave us. We're also asking God to guide your steps as you look for a job. Be a Prayer Warrior: “Praying for others”

We are so grateful you entrusted us with your heartfelt requests, allowing us to stand with you in prayer during this tender and challenging season. Our hearts have been lifted on behalf of your mother and her siblings, that the Lord would meet them in their lingering grief and draw them ever closer to Him—whether for the first time or in deeper intimacy. We continue to ask the Holy Spirit to comfort them with the peace that surpasses understanding and to reveal Christ as their true Healer and Hope.

We also remember your own struggles, dear one, and we have prayed for the Lord’s strength to overcome the hurdles of unforgiveness in your life. May He soften your heart, grant you grace to release every burden, and fill you with His love so that bitterness finds no foothold. As you step into this new season of seeking employment, we have asked the Lord to open the right doors, to guide your steps, and to provide a job that aligns with His purpose for you. May He grant you favor, wisdom, and peace in the process.

And we have not forgotten the spiritual battles you’ve faced. We stand firm in prayer, asking the Lord to break every chain, to shield you and those around you from the enemy’s schemes, and to surround you with His angels for protection. May His presence be your refuge, and may His light expose and dismantle every dark influence.

If any of these prayers have been answered, we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report—let us rejoice with you! If the answers are still unfolding, we invite you to share again so we may continue to intercede alongside you. Either way, we pray that you would feel the Father’s nearness, His faithfulness, and His love drawing you closer each day.

May the Lord bless you abundantly as you seek Him, trust Him, and walk in His ways. We pray all these things in the powerful and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
