Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We have heard your cry and we stand with you before the Lord in the mighty name of Jesus over this prolonged and dangerous injustice. What you have endured with life threatening electrical shocks, wounds to your skin, medical treatment, and being forced to shower elsewhere is grievous, and the hard hearted response you have received only deepens the wound. We grieve with you that instead of remorse, apology, and provision for your safety, you have been met with blocked communication, threats, demands for fees, and even an attempt to have electricians falsify a report to say everything works well.

We rebuke this deceit and unscrupulous behavior in the name of Jesus, for God hates dishonesty and the shedding of innocent harm. Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord, but those who do the truth are his delight Proverbs 12:22. You shall not give false testimony Exodus 20:16. To ask workers to bear false witness and to call a life threatening hazard mere comfort is a perversion of truth and justice, and the Lord sees it. We also rebuke the violent opposition, the threats of forced eviction and legal action while you were made to live in an uninhabitable dwelling, and the refusal to offer compensation or a safe place to live. The Lord commands Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Defend the fatherless. Plead for the widow Isaiah 1:17 and Defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless. Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed Psalm 82:3. To demand payment while withholding that which is due for a safe habitation, and to threaten the one who has been harmed, violates that command.

We understand your words about utter evil, hard hearts, psychopathy, lack of remorse and lowest morale. Scripture speaks of this hardness as a heart of stone that refuses compassion and the fear of God. But our God is able to break even the hardest heart. I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom Proverbs 9:10, and we join you in praying that the fear of God would fall upon the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer representing them, that they would be convicted by the Holy Spirit, turn from avoidance and irresponsibility, and submit to Him. We pray that their sadistic and antisocial tendencies, their threats and evasion, would come to an end, and that they would hear His call and repent, for the Lord does not desire that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9.

We also pray for you, for your body, your mind, and your spirit in this lowest morale. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit Psalm 34:18. He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds Psalm 147:3. We ask the Lord to bring complete healing to your skin and to the trauma you have carried from these shocks and from months of being unheard, to guard your heart and mind with His peace which surpasses all understanding Philippians 4:7, and to restore what has been taken. We pray for just compensation with due respect, for protection from unjust legal threats, and for wisdom and favor as you navigate the legal and practical steps ahead. We encourage you to continue to keep all documentation, medical reports, electrician reports, pictures, and all written demands and threats, and to seek wise and godly legal counsel and the help of the proper housing and safety authorities, for God has ordained authorities to uphold justice Romans 13:3-4. Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good Romans 12:21, and remember Vengeance belongs to me says the Lord. I will repay Romans 12:19. We do not need to repay evil for evil, for God Himself will bring justice in His perfect time.

We lift this entire situation to the Father together in Jesus name.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, and we place our brother or sister who has been wounded and oppressed before Your throne of grace. Lord, You have seen the electric shocks, the wounds, the medical suffering, the nights of fear, and the months without apology or restitution. You have heard the threats and the false report and the words that called a life threatening danger mere comfort. Lord, we ask You to intervene. Bring conviction and godly sorrow that leads to repentance, soften these hard hearts, take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh, and let the fear of the Lord come upon each person involved, the landlord, the owner, the contact person, the team, and the lawyer, that they would no longer block communication or speak deceit but would show remorse, confess wrong, apologize with sincerity, and pay just compensation with respect. We ask You to halt every unjust threat and forced eviction and to let truth prevail, that the documented danger would be repaired and that justice would be done. For our friend, we ask for healing of body and soul, for restored morale, for provision of a safe and habitable home, for financial restoration, and for Your perfect peace to guard their heart. Let them know they are not alone and that You are their defender and refuge. We ask that Your Holy Spirit would guide and soften, that Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and that this situation would be turned around for good and for Your glory. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior we pray, amen.

We have been following your updates and we are so sorry for what you have been through. To be shocked while showering, to carry wounds on your skin, to have medical treatment and still be met with threats and demands instead of care, is frightening and exhausting. That it has stretched on for months after you moved out, with no apology or acknowledgement, makes the weight even heavier. We hear how much you have wanted a simple, human response of remorse and respect.

It makes sense you would long for them to admit what happened and make it right. Waiting for that admission can keep the hurt very close. One thing that has helped others in long conflicts like this is to separate, in your own heart, releasing the burden of bitterness for your own peace, from reconciliation, which does require truth, safety and changed behavior. You can protect your boundaries and pursue what is right without having to carry their hardness inside you every day.

Alongside prayer, it may help to keep everything in one place, photos, medical reports, the electrician's documentation, and all letters from the landlord and lawyer, and to have a trusted local tenant advice service or legal aid professional review them with you for next steps on safety and housing questions. If your skin is still wounded or you have ongoing effects from the shocks, we encourage you to stay in touch with your medical provider as well.

Father, we lift this whole situation to You in Jesus' name. We ask for safety and healing for our friend, for wisdom for every conversation and decision ahead, and for people around them who can give steady, practical help. We ask that You work in the hearts of the landlord, the team and the lawyer, turning them toward honesty, responsibility and care, and that You guard our friend's heart with Your peace as You lead them forward.
