Neither the landlord, the contact person, the owner nor the team has shown any remorse regarding the life-threatening electrical issues, but has instead asked the electricians to fake the report and write that everything works well.

I showed them pictures of the electric shocks I received while showering, which left my skin wounded. I also have medical reports stating that I have experienced this.

They have never apologised or empathised with me. They haven't offered me compensation or a new place to live.

All they do is block communication, make threats and refuse payment.

In the mighty name of Jesus, please continue to pray for an end to sadistic and antisocial tendencies and for an end to all unscrupulous behaviour, irresponsibility and avoidance.

May this situation be turned around and may they show remorse, apologise and pay compensation with due respect

Update:
The electrical system is life-threatening and needs urgent repairs. This has been documented by an electrician. Upon being informed about the electric shocks, medical treatment, hotel showers, etc., the lawyer representing the landlord wrote again to demand fees and to state that we do not deserve “comfort” or repairs, but rather forced eviction.
These words and attitude appear to be dangerous and psychologically damaging. The fact that she equates “comfort” with a “life-threatening issue” reveals a deeply disturbed heart and mind. Please pray for her and this situation in Jesus' name.

Update: Despite the apartment being uninhabitable and clean and ready for the keys to be handed in, the landlord is threatening legal action. Please pray that his heart is softened and that he is open to the guidance of the Holy Spirit.

Update: Please continue to pray for these people who have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

We have heard your cry and we have been lifting you before the Lord with heavy hearts, for what you have endured is grievous and unjust. To receive electric shocks while showering, to bear wounds on your skin, to need medical treatment and to seek hotel showers for safety, and then to be met not with remorse or care but with threats, blocked communication, demands for fees, and even an attempt to falsify an electrical report, is utterly evil in the sight of God. We weep with you over this hardness and we stand with you in prayer for both your healing and for justice to be done.

Scripture is very clear that God sees oppression and hates dishonest and violent dealing. He requires of those in power to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with Him, as it is written in Micah 6:8. To lie and ask electricians to write that everything works well when the system is life threatening is an abomination before Him, for Proverbs 12:22 says lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who do the truth are his delight. To withhold what is due, to refuse to repair what endangers life, and to threaten eviction instead of offering help, is to defraud the vulnerable, and James 5:4 warns that the cries of those who have been oppressed have entered into the ears of the Lord of Armies. We rebuke this unscrupulous behaviour, this irresponsibility and avoidance, and this violent opposition, for it does not reflect the fear of God or love for neighbor, and Proverbs 29:2 tells us when the wicked rule, the people groan. To equate a life threatening hazard with mere comfort reveals a deeply hardened conscience that needs to be broken by the Holy Spirit.

We also pray for you as one who has been deeply wounded in body and in spirit. The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit in Psalm 34:18. We ask Him to heal your skin, to calm the trauma and anxiety that such psychological damage brings, and to provide for you a safe dwelling and just restoration. We encourage you to continue to document everything faithfully, to keep your medical reports and the electrician's documentation, and to seek lawful help through proper housing authorities and wise legal counsel, for God has ordained authorities to protect against wrongdoing and to be an avenger for justice as taught in Romans 13:4. While we are to trust God and not seek revenge ourselves, for Romans 12:19 says Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord, we are also called in Isaiah 1:17 to seek justice, relieve the oppressed, and plead for the vulnerable. It is right to pursue what is fair and to ask for compensation and accountability through lawful means.

We continue to pray that the fear of God will fall upon the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer who has spoken such hard words. It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God in Hebrews 10:31, and yet God does not delight in the death of the wicked but desires that the wicked turn from his way and live in Ezekiel 33:11. We pray that He will take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh in Ezekiel 36:26, that they would be convicted of sin, show true remorse, confess wrongdoing, and make restitution with due respect. We pray that the lying reports would be exposed, that the life threatening electrical system would be urgently repaired for the safety of others, and that every threat and unjust legal action would be turned back.

We join together now in Jesus mighty name, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that hard hearts can be changed.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up our dear one who has suffered shocks, wounds, and threats, and who has been met with no apology or empathy for months. Lord, heal their body and their mind, cover them with Your peace, and provide for every need for safe housing and for justice. We ask You to break the hardness of these people who have acted without remorse. Let Your holy fear come upon them, convict them of their lies, their threats, and their hardness, and bring them to repentance. Cause them to apologize, to tell the truth, and to pay what is justly owed. Expose every false report and protect the innocent from further harm. Let Your justice roll on like waters and righteousness like a mighty stream, and let it be joy to the righteous when justice is done as in Proverbs 21:15. Turn this situation around for good, and let Your name be glorified as You soften hearts that now seem like stone. We trust You as our defender and our healer, and we ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, amen.

If you have not already, consider gathering the electrician's report, photos, medical notes and all letters from the landlord and lawyer, and reviewing them with a local tenant advice service or attorney who knows housing law where you live. They can help you understand options for safety and for any further claim, so you are not carrying the legal pressure alone. Please also stay in touch with your own doctor for any ongoing effects from the shocks, alongside prayer.

Father, we lift our friend and this whole situation to You in Jesus' name. Protect from further harm, provide wise and calm counsel and clear next steps, and work in the hearts of all involved that what is harmful would cease and what is right and responsible would be done. Bring rest and steadiness to our friend as You carry this burden. Amen.

Your painful account has been brought before the Lord and before His people, and we have heard with deep sorrow of the shocks endured in the shower, the wounds upon the skin, the medical testimony thereof, the need to seek safety elsewhere, and the hard dealings that have followed. That those entrusted with care for the dwelling should ask for a false report, should block communication, threaten, demand fees, speak of comfort where life itself is in peril, and even press for eviction when the place is uninhabitable, is grievous to hear. Man forgets his God, but God does not forget him, and He beholds both the afflicted and those who afflict.

There is a hardness of heart which Scripture calls a heart of stone, yea an adamant stone, unfeeling, unyielding, impenetrable. Such a heart has no pity, no fellow feeling, and God save us from it, for it leads to something worse than death. The heart is the seat of the blindness, there lies the darkness which beclouds the whole mind, and hence to the heart the light must come. The pure in heart shall see God, but the impure in heart cannot see Him and cannot know Him. We have prayed that He who made the heart would melt it, for Job said, God maketh my heart soft, and that kind of heart which is so greatly needed must be given by Him, though it be a miracle of miracles to do it. A new heart is His gift alone, and He visits men in grace and renews the fountain of their strength and the center of their nature by giving them a new heart and a right spirit, so that the heart admires the character of God and adores Him as holy, holy, holy, Lord God of Sabaoth.

We join you in praying that this hardness may be broken, that they may show remorse, confess wrong, and make just restitution with due respect, and that the fear of God may come upon them. Yet we must pray with understanding. Judgments of themselves can never work evangelical repentance in a single human heart. Law and terrors do but harden, all the while they work alone. It is a sense of blood bought pardon that dissolves the heart of stone. An awful fear of God may produce a despairing repentance which is deep enough but lacks the element of bringing glory to God, having in it no trace of submission, no touch of faith, no breath of love. Beware of that repentance which is not better than the vomit of a dog, which comes of the flesh and is flesh. The repentance which glorifies God is that wherein we hate sin with a perfect hatred and are full of mourning because we pierced the Lord, because evil is so hateful to the heart of Jesus we loathe it intensely. So we pray not merely for terror, but for that gracious fear which is hand in hand with faith, which drives the soul to Christ.

We pray for the landlord, the contact person, the owner, the team, and the lawyer, that the Lord would open their eyes to see His holiness and His love, for God is love, and when the Holy Spirit enables the mind to perceive the character of God the heart cannot refuse to love Him. That they would cease from uttering hard things and boasting in iniquity, and would remember that He who planted the ear must hear, and He who formed the eye must see. Their words and deeds are before Him who guides the grain of dust in the March wind and steers each drop of spray, the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ who appoints both means and ends.

For you, who have suffered and who still feel the strain of threats and long delay without apology or compensation, we pray that when you are afraid you may trust in God. It is a sure sign of grace when a man can trust in his God, for the natural man falls back on some human trust. Fear and faith may for a while go hand in hand together, till at last perfect love shall come in and take the place of fear. He that is our God is the God of salvation, and unto God the Lord belong the issues from death. He has kept you through peril, and He will keep you still. Give Him your heart at once and thoroughly, for a heart that is halved is killed. Believe in Jesus Christ whom God has sent, trust Him, follow Him, and imitate Him, and you shall find that this blessed link between you and God, the holy Child Jesus, has taken all slavish fear away, while it plants in you a holy and filial fear which is the beginning of wisdom.

We will continue to pray in the mighty name of Jesus that the Lord would turn this situation toward righteousness, that urgent repairs would be made or just recompense given, that threats would cease, that hearts of stone would become hearts of flesh, that true repentance with submission, faith and love would be wrought, and that you would be guarded in body and in mind, and kept in perfect peace as you trust in Him.
