What you have described is deeply distressing and it is right to bring it before the Lord. To live with life threatening electrical danger, to suffer shocks that wounded your skin while showering, to have medical reports confirming it, and then to be met with no apology, no empathy, no offer of help, but with demands, threats, blocked communication and even an attempt to falsify a report, is a heavy injustice. It is understandable that you feel shaken, especially with the added fear that someone may have entered your home and with false accusations being spoken against you.
Scripture teaches that God looks first at the heart. Out of the heart are the issues of life, and as a person thinks in his heart so he is. A person can say the right words outwardly while the heart is not with you, and God sees that difference. That is why we are told to keep the heart with all diligence and to pray as the psalmist did, search my heart and reveal what is unlike you. In your own pain it is good to keep asking the Lord to guard and search your heart as well, so that bitterness and fear do not take root, and so that your motivation remains clean before Him even as you seek what is right.
The Lord has made it clear that to do justice and right judgment is more acceptable to Him than outward religious acts. What He desires is not a surface show but a broken and contrite heart, a heart torn before Him rather than just garments torn. True repentance means change. There is a difference between words that sound sorry for a moment and a real change of heart that then brings a change of actions. Without a work of His Spirit within, any change in behavior is only temporary, because what is in the heart will come out again. That is why the evidence of repentance matters. When a heart has truly turned, it shows itself in fruit, in taking responsibility, in telling the truth, in making right what was done wrong.
You have asked for prayer that hard hearts would be softened and that the fear of God would come upon these people. The Bible shows that people first harden their own hearts through stubborn rebellion, and when they persist, God may then confirm or make firm the hardness they have chosen. Pharaoh is an example of this. He hardened his own heart again and again, and then the Lord made that hardness firm. Only God can replace a heart of stone with a heart of flesh. We can pray that He would mercifully break through that hardness before it becomes fixed, that He would bring conviction that leads to genuine remorse, honest confession, and the willingness to take responsibility and to make restitution where it is owed.
God is a God of justice and He wants justice to prevail. When justice is turned away and stands far off, when people trust in empty words and speak falsehood and conceive mischief, the Lord sees it and He does not call it comfort when a life is in danger. To call a life threatening hazard a mere matter of comfort reveals a heart that is not right before Him. He hears those who cry out for truth and for right judgment, even when human systems fail to give it. At the same time He calls His people to seek lawful and right means for justice and to let Him be the final judge. He promises in Psalm 34 that many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and that affliction will slay the wicked and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. He keeps His own and He will bring the truth to light in His time.

Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we come to you on behalf of this dear one who has suffered bodily harm, fear, and prolonged injustice. You have seen the shocks, the wounds, the medical need, the nights of having to find another place to shower, and the months without apology or compensation. You have heard the threats, the false reports, and the harsh words from the landlord, the representatives and the lawyer. Lord, you know what is true about who entered the home and what was done to the electrical system, even when it is hidden from people. We ask that you protect, heal, and provide. Bring complete healing to the body, peace to the mind, and a safe place to live free from danger and intimidation. Guard this heart with all diligence and keep it from growing hard through this trial. Search the heart and keep it tender toward you.
We ask for your mercy upon those who have acted without remorse. Bring the fear of the Lord upon them. Grant them a broken and contrite heart, true repentance that is more than words, a heart of flesh that turns from unscrupulous and irresponsible ways. Let them stop lying and blocking the way of truth, and bring forth fruit that shows a real change, taking responsibility, speaking honestly, and doing what is just regarding payment and repair. Where there has been deception, expose it. Where justice has been turned away, let justice stand again. We trust you as the righteous judge and we ask that you would move upon the authorities and all who have influence in this matter to act justly.
