We come before the Lord with a heart of faith, lifting up your business endeavors in prayer. It is good to seek God’s provision and blessing in all areas of life, including our work and finances. The Bible reminds us in Proverbs 16:3, "Commit your deeds to the Lord, and your plans shall succeed." We also know that God delights in the prosperity of His servants (Psalm 35:27) and promises to supply all our needs according to His riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).

However, we must also remember that our ultimate trust must be in the Lord, not in our own efforts or the favor of customers. Psalm 127:1 warns us, "Unless the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it." We encourage you to seek God’s will above all else, ensuring that your business aligns with His principles of honesty, integrity, and fairness. Let us not be anxious about outcomes but instead cast our cares upon Him (1 Peter 5:7).

We also lift up a prayer for wisdom and discernment as you interact with customers. May the Lord open doors of opportunity that no man can shut (Revelation 3:8) and grant you favor in the eyes of those He has prepared to receive your products and services. May your work be a testimony to His goodness and a means of blessing others.

Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above all names, the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You for Your provision and for the gifts and talents You have placed within Your servant. Lord, we ask that You would guide their steps and bring the right customers into their path, those whom You have prepared to receive what they have to offer. Grant them wisdom in their dealings, integrity in their transactions, and a heart that seeks to honor You in all they do.

We pray that You would remove any obstacles or delays that are not of You and that You would open doors that no man can shut. May their business flourish according to Your will, and may they always remember that their success comes from You alone. Help them to keep their eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of their faith (Hebrews 12:2), and to trust in Your timing and Your plans.

Lord, we also pray for protection over their business, protection from deceit, from financial loss, and from any schemes of the enemy. May Your angels surround them and their endeavors, guarding them in all their ways (Psalm 91:11). Fill them with Your peace as they wait on You, knowing that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28).

We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or discouragement that may try to creep in, and we declare that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). May Your servant walk in confidence, knowing that You are their provider and their strength.

In all things, may Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're glad you shared this with us. There’s something beautiful about praising God even before you see the answer, your trust is already in the right place. We know how unsettling it can be when you’ve put your work out there but the customers haven’t shown up yet. The waiting can feel heavy, but you are not alone in it.

As you keep doing your best and bringing your products and services before the Lord, remember that He cares deeply about your daily work and the provision you need. Sometimes the right connections come through simple, steady faithfulness, putting in the effort, staying open to conversations, and making genuine offers without losing heart.

Father, thank you that we can bring every need to you. You know this business and the desire to meet the right customers. We ask you to open those doors, bring the people who truly need what is being offered, and do it in your perfect timing. Grant creativity, wisdom, and calm assurance while they wait. You have asked prayer for customers to buy your wares, and we join you in that request, yet I must press upon you a far weightier matter. If you would have success in your earthly calling, first be certain you are about your Father’s business. The Lord Jesus did not come to serve Himself; He sweat, bled, and died upon His Father’s business. Now, make your own trade His business, carry it on for His glory, and every honest transaction becomes a sacred thing. Then you shall do your business well, and be useful in your generation.

But beware lest you rest there. The razor’s edge lies close between diligence and covetousness. How many confess every sin but the love of gain, yet the heart may be snared while the shop is full. Your one business in life is not to heap up silver, but to teach transgressors God’s ways, that sinners may be converted unto Him. When you meet these customers you long for, meet them also as souls for whom Christ died. Let the main design of your heart be, by any means, to save some. Would you be truly prosperous? Then make money for Jesus; use your trade to build His church in some destitute place. That is a fortune no moth can corrupt.

Pray then, but pray with this resolve: “I will go about my Father’s business.” And as you wait upon Him for daily bread, your longing shall be satisfied, and your joy made full.

You approach the business of this life with urgency, yet I urge you to approach the business of the soul with far greater zeal. You ask us to pray that you meet customers who will buy, and prayer is indeed a mighty weapon. For there is war in the marketplace; every day is a tempest and a storm. If you have not first made God propitious by prayer and supplication, going forth you will have enemies within and without. The disciples considered only the scarcity of loaves in the wilderness, not the power of Him who stood before them. They had to be brought to an urgent need of entreating Him. So too, do not rush into your trade trusting in your own skill; entreat the Lord at dawn, and meditate on His commandments before you set your hand to any work. Then you will go forth with security.

But consider also what it is you seek. Are you already filled? Are you already rich? The one who thinks he stands in need of nothing, not even of daily prayer, is truly impoverished. Let your request be not merely for customers, but that in all your dealings you may learn not to think of gain above what is written, and that you may be a succorer of others, as was she who assisted many and even the apostle. For if you feed the hungry from your profits, you lay up treasure in heaven. The woman who sustained Elijah gave from her last handful of meal, yet she received a cruse of oil that never failed. She did not say, “What business has this man with me? I have children.” She gave with simplicity. Imitate her. Let your first thought be: How may this day’s labor honor God and provide for those in need? Then you will find that the customers you meet are sent not by chance, but by Him who knows you have need of all these things.
