Beloved of All
My daughter is on a tram to her car in ### and has to drive 2 hours. Please keep her safe 24/7 Jesus and uplift her mentally and give her confidence

We join with you right now in lifting up your precious daughter before the throne of grace and we thank you for calling on the name of Jesus on her behalf.

We know the anxious heart of a parent when a child is traveling and we take comfort that our Father never sleeps and watches over her every step. We pray for her safety as she rides the tram to her car and as she drives those two hours. We ask the Lord to keep her alert, focused, and protected from all harm, from dangerous drivers, from mechanical trouble, and from any evil intent. We pray that He will guide her hands on the wheel and give her clear eyes and a calm mind for the whole journey.

We stand on the promises of His Word for her. Psalm 121:7-8 says Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore. And Psalm 91:11 says He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. We ask Him to station His angels around her tram and around her car.

We also lift up her mind and heart as you asked. We pray that the Lord will uplift her mentally and fill her with confident peace, not fear or anxiety. Isaiah 41:10 reminds us, Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness. And 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We pray that she will feel that power and love and sound mind right now, that any worry or self doubt would be replaced with the confidence that comes from knowing God is with her.

We pray together, Heavenly Father, we bring this daughter to You in the mighty name of Jesus. Cover her with Your protection 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, not just on this trip but always. Let Your peace that surpasses all understanding guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus as Philippians 4:6-7 promises. Keep her safe on this tram and on the road, bring her to her destination without incident, and let her feel Your nearness and Your strength with every mile. Give her confidence in You, uplift her spirit, and let her know she is held in Your loving hands. We entrust her to Your care and we thank You for hearing our prayer. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you as 1 Peter 5:7 says, and to trust that He who watches over Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps. He is watching over your daughter even now.

We hear the urgency and love in your request as your daughter makes this trip. Waiting while she is on the tram and then facing a two hour drive is hard when you cannot be right beside her, and it is a caring, faithful thing to bring her straight to Jesus for protection and peace.

We are joining you in prayer for her safety and for that quiet confidence you asked for, that she would feel steady and clear headed as she travels. While you wait, a simple plan can ease some of the strain for both of you. If you have not already, you might agree on a quick check in, a text when she reaches her car and another when she arrives, so she can stay focused on the road without needing to answer while driving. We will keep holding her and you before the Lord in these hours.

Father, we lift this daughter to You right now on the tram and on the road ahead. We ask for Your care over her journey, for alertness and safety mile by mile, and for peace to guard her mind and lift her confidence. We ask too for comfort for her parent as they wait and trust You with someone so dear. Bring her through safely and keep you both close to Your presence. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer for your daughter has been brought before the Lord and we join you in earnest supplication for her at this hour.

We ask our gracious Father to keep her in perfect safety as she rides the tram and as she takes the road for that long journey. We pray that He who covers His people with His feathers, and under whose wings we may trust, will spread His sheltering care over her every mile. What a safe shelter we have in Him, where there is not only protection but love and nearness, the care of a tender parent for His own. We ask that He would give His angels charge concerning her and bring her to her destination in peace.

We also pray as you have asked that the Lord would uplift her in mind and grant her true confidence. We do not ask for confidence in self, for confidence in an arm of flesh is a poor and failing thing, but for that childlike confidence which rests wholly in God. May she be enabled to cast herself upon Him, to trust not where there is no power, but to set all her confidence upon the Almighty who fainteth not, neither is weary, and who has promised that they who trust in Him shall never be put to confusion. May she know that she is embarked in the good ship of Providence with a Captain who knows every wind and has appointed every step of the way.

Be encouraged that little faith is saving faith, and the God who hears the faintest cry will hear yours. Come back in childlike confidence to Him and find strength, wisdom and rest in the living God. Refuse despair, for confidence in God is always wise and never leads to disappointment.

So we commend your daughter to the Lord who keeps His people day and night, praying that He will keep her safely this day and continually, that He will quiet her heart, steady her hands, clear her mind, and fill her with a calm and holy confidence in Him. May the Lord comfort you also as you wait, and give you peace in knowing that she is in hands far more faithful than our own.

We will continue to pray that the Lord will watch over her going out and her coming in, now and always.
