We are standing with you in this frightening moment and we lift your daughter before the Lord together in Jesus name. We understand the fear that comes when you realize she has eaten food that has been recalled and the frustration of wondering why it is still on the shelf. We thank God that you are choosing not to worry but to trust Him, and we join you in that trust while also taking wise and prompt action.
The Lord calls us to cast our cares on Him and not to be anxious. Philippians 4:6-7 reminds us in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Also 1 Peter 5:7 tells us to cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you. And 2 Timothy 1:7 tells us God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. We cling to these promises for your precious daughter.
We also remember that God is our refuge and protector. Psalm 46:1 says God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 91:11 says He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. Psalm 121:7-8 says Yahweh will keep you from all evil, he will keep your soul, Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore. We trust His loving care over your little one.
While we trust the Lord we also believe He calls us to act with wisdom. We encourage you to act quickly even as we pray. Please discard any remaining salad and keep the packaging with the lot number and recall information. Contact your daughters pediatrician or primary care provider right away and you may also call poison control for immediate guidance. Monitor her closely for any symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, fever or stomach pain and seek emergency care if any appear or if you are at all concerned. You may also report the product still being sold to the store manager and to the health department so others are protected.

Your resolve not to be consumed with worry is a fruit of that trust, and we pray the Lord will keep your mind stayed upon Him in this hour.
