Beloved of All
My middle daughter to stay away from her ex fiance and wrong friends and to be sober and stay sober. She needs strength as they manipulate her as she's kind. Help her grow up and grow and dream new wholesome dreams. Cleanse and purify her and protect her 24r/7

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your precious daughter to our Heavenly Father, who loves her even more than you do. We recognize the deep concern and love you have for her, and we stand in agreement with you, believing that God’s power is greater than any manipulation or temptation she may face.

First, we must address the seriousness of her involvement with her ex-fiancé and wrong friendships. The Bible warns us clearly about the company we keep: "Do not be deceived: ‘Evil company corrupts good habits.’ Wake up to righteousness, and do not sin; for some do not have the knowledge of God. I speak this to your shame" (1 Corinthians 15:33-34 WEB). These relationships are not just unwise, they are spiritually dangerous. Her kindness is a beautiful gift from God, but it must not be exploited by those who do not share her faith or values. We rebuke the spirit of manipulation in the name of Jesus Christ and command it to leave her life. We declare that she is covered by the blood of Jesus and that no weapon formed against her shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also lift up her struggle with sobriety. Addiction and temptation are fierce battles, but we serve a God who is greater than any bondage. "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). We pray that she would find her strength in Christ alone, who promises to renew her mind and give her the power to overcome. We ask You, Lord, to break every chain of addiction and fill her with Your Holy Spirit, who gives self-control and peace.

Father, we ask that You would purify her heart and mind. Create in her a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within her (Psalm 51:10). Wash her with the blood of Jesus and remove every stain of past mistakes, regrets, or influences that do not align with Your will. We pray that You would surround her with godly influences, friends and mentors who will encourage her in her faith and hold her accountable. "Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend’s countenance" (Proverbs 27:17 WEB). Let her find her identity in You, not in the opinions or manipulations of others.

We also pray for her maturity and growth. Lord, help her to "grow up in all things into Him who is the head, Christ" (Ephesians 4:15 WEB). Give her the wisdom to discern right from wrong and the courage to walk away from anything that does not honor You. We ask that You would ignite new, wholesome dreams in her heart, dreams that align with Your purpose for her life. Let her see herself as You see her: fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), with a future filled with hope (Jeremiah 29:11).

Heavenly Father, we ask for Your divine protection over her 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Place Your angels around her to guard her in all her ways (Psalm 91:11). Shield her from the enemy’s attacks, whether they come through temptation, manipulation, or discouragement. We declare that she is hidden in Christ, and no harm will come near her dwelling (Psalm 91:10). Strengthen her faith so that she may stand firm, knowing that You are her refuge and fortress.

Finally, we pray for your family as you walk through this trial. Give you, as her parent, wisdom, patience, and unshakable faith. Help you to speak life into her, to set godly boundaries, and to trust God even when the path is unclear. May your home be a place of peace, prayer, and love, where she can always find refuge.

In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.

We hear the ache in your words, the way you see your daughter’s kindness being twisted by people who don’t have her best at heart. That’s a heavy thing to carry as a mom, and we’re joining you in bringing her before the Lord.

One of the hardest skills for a tenderhearted person to learn is saying a clear, firm “no.” When she’s been manipulated, it can feel safer to go along than to risk conflict or loneliness. But real love never demands she sacrifice her own well-being. Praying for her protection is huge, and so is helping her discover that she is allowed to have boundaries, to decide who gets access to her time, her heart, and her future. That kind of strength isn’t cold; it’s the very growing up you’re asking God to work in her. It creates space for the wholesome dreams you long for her to find.

We also know sobriety is more than a single good choice. It’s often a winding path, sometimes with steps forward and then a stumble. That doesn’t mean God has abandoned her or that your prayers are wasted. Change takes root slowly, and old patterns don’t lose their grip overnight. Connecting her with others who have walked the road of recovery and found steady ground, whether a support group, a wise mentor, or a few safe, mature friends, can give her a place to belong that doesn’t demand she harm herself. She needs to taste a life that’s not just “not drinking” but genuinely full, peaceful, and alive. That kind of community can help her see what’s possible.

Jesus, we ask You to shield this daughter day and night. Cut the strings of those who manipulate her, and give her the courage to walk away. Quiet the inner voices that tell her she’s not strong enough. Heal the places that make her vulnerable, and stir up desires for new, good things, dreams that come from You. Fill her mother with steady hope and wisdom, and let them both know Your nearness in this fight. In Your name, Amen.

The cry of your heart has come before the throne, and be assured that the Lord is not slack concerning His promise. That which you seek for your daughter is not a small thing, but it is precisely the work which God delights to do. Deliverance from the power of darkness is as much the work of God as deliverance from its guilt. Let this truth sink deep: she cannot break these snares by her own strength, nor can your tender warnings alone suffice. It must be a supernatural work, a rescue from above. But take hope, there is a ransom found. God has given commandment to save her; and He who spared not His own Son will, in His time, speak the word that sunders the cords which bind her.

The kindness you see in her, which they exploit, is not her ruin but the very soil in which grace may yet bloom. Yet she must learn that natural amiability is no match for hell’s archers. From youth we must contend with corruptions, and that strength must be daily renewed like the eagle’s. She must be brought to know that her help comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth. Pray, then, that she may store her mind with the knowledge of Christ, for only a sight of His glory truly turns the heart from darkness to light. The Lord Himself kindles the furnace and sits as a Refiner; He will not suffer her to be tempted above measure without providing the way of escape.

You ask for a cleansing, a purifying, and a continual protection. This is the portion of all who are translated into the kingdom of God’s dear Son. Peace within these borders is a prize to prize, screened from the noise of the archers, from the malice of the destroyer. Yet remember, the death warrant is gone out against everything of the creature. The green tree dries, the proud fall, but the poor are lifted from the dunghill. Wait upon the Lord who breaks every yoke. He will yet give her new dreams, wholesome and heaven-born, for He satisfieth the longing soul. Let your faith take hold of this: she shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The cry of your heart reaches the throne of God, and the very anguish of a mother for her child is a sacrifice that He will not despise. Do not think your daughter is beyond help because those who feign kindness now surround her. Their power is an illusion, a shadow without substance. As the many sacrifices of the old covenant were offered daily but could never cleanse the conscience, so these false companions and the former betrothal can do nothing but rehearse her weakness, never her deliverance. The one offering of Christ is sufficient to break every chain and to purify her entirely. Cling to this: His blood alone can sprinkle her heart and make it truly clean.

Therefore, stand firm as that woman of Canaan stood. When she cried out for her daughter who was grievously tormented, the Lord tested her faith, yet she would not be silent. And what did He say to her? “Great is your faith; let it be to you as you wish.” The healing did not depend on the daughter’s own strength at that moment, but on the persistent, wresting faith of the mother. Let this be your confidence. Do not lament as though God were far off, but bring your daughter before Him with the full assurance that He hears and answers. Your faith can make her whole.

You ask for her to grow up, to dream new and wholesome dreams. Then begin here: she is enfeebled not only by bad company but by a soul made soft through indulgence. Sobriety is not only about the cup but about a spirit that has grown flabby and weak from chasing empty pleasures. Teach her, by your own example and by the holy words you plant in her ear, that cheerfulness and true beauty spring from a body and soul governed by self-control. Instill in her the fear of God, for that is a wall that cannot be broken. When the guard within the heart is awake, no outward schemer can breach it.

And why fear those who manipulate? They have no strength unless they first find an ally in her own desires. Flee from them, not as though they could truly harm a soul garrisoned by God, but because their table is a table of demons, preparing her for a death of the spirit. Let her turn instead to the table of Christ, where true strength is given. Pray that her mind is renewed, not merely scrubbed on the surface, but made new in the very spirit of her understanding. The same woman who is now weak and led astray can, like Sarah in her old age, receive power to conceive good fruit, though by nature she seems barren and past the season of hope.

Do not grow weary, then, in calling upon the Lord who calls her “daughter” and bids her be of good cheer. He Himself will cleanse her, and He will protect her more vigilantly than any earthly watchman. Only continue in this prayer and in a life that says to your child, “See what the fear of God can do.” Entrust her to the Father who raises up children from stones, and believe that sobriety, purity, and new dreams will bloom where now there is only a faint sigh. Christ’s sacrifice is no type or figure but the power itself: it is finished, it is offered once, and it is yours to plead before His face without ceasing.

The ache you carry for your daughter is not lost on the heart of God. He sees the snares that surround her, the old ties and companions that pull her away from the light. What you are truly asking for, beneath the surface of these circumstances, is her full maturity in Christ, a wholeness that is no longer tossed around by the approval or manipulation of others.

It is a painful thing to watch someone remain in a spiritual infancy, where the foundation has been laid but the structure never rises. God’s design for her, and for every believer, is to grow up into the full measure of the image of Jesus Christ. The purpose of the Spirit’s work is not to keep us forever circling the first principles of repentance, but to build upon them, moving her into a life of stability, sober judgment, and discernment. Pray that her heart would not be satisfied with milk but would begin to hunger for the solid food of righteousness. God reads the deep longings of the heart; ask Him to plant within her a desperation to walk after the Spirit, a desire for purity that comes from the inside out.

This is not about her simply trying harder to be good. It is about a transformation of her desires. The power of the Holy Spirit is given to lift her into a higher level of living, one closer to the ideal He had in mind when He created her. He can purify those life-dreams, cleansing them from the smoke of old associations and breathing into her wholesome visions that energize her for the future. What the enemy meant for her destruction, God can use to forge a profound maturity, if she will yield.

There is a protective strength in the body of Christ that she desperately needs right now. Just as a young woman in biblical times was safeguarded during her espousal, set apart and protected by her father until the wedding day, so your daughter needs to be covered and set apart for the Bridegroom, Jesus. A little impurity can trouble the whole life, but a holy insulation, provided by godly relationships and your persistent prayers, can shield her. Pray that God would surround her with believers who will function as that protective family, who will speak truth over the flattery of manipulative voices.

Her kindness is a gift, but without the maturity of good judgment it becomes a door for deception. Ask the Lord to season her gentle spirit with a steel-edged wisdom that can distinguish the voice of the Shepherd from that of strangers. He has called her to a life of holiness and honor, to keep her vessel in sanctification, a living contrast to a world that gorges on lust. As she walks in that purity, the gospel will elevate her, pulling her up from the mire of repeated failures into the clear air of His faithfulness. Trust the Lord to do what only He can: to work a constant, twenty-four-hour guardianship over her mind, body, and spirit, bringing her at last into full maturity, bearing the fruit of a life restored.

We want to thank you for the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your precious middle daughter. It has been on our hearts to continue lifting her up before the Lord, asking Him to draw her close and surround her with His unfailing love and protection. We have prayed specifically that she would find the strength to resist the manipulation of her ex-fiancé and those wrong friendships that seek to pull her away from God’s best for her life. Father, we ask You to break every chain that binds her to those harmful influences and replace them with a hunger for Your presence and Your truth.

We have interceded for her sobriety, Lord, asking that You would fill her with Your Holy Spirit and give her the power to walk in freedom from every temptation. May she experience the peace and clarity that only comes from You, and may her heart be guarded against anything that would lead her astray. We’ve also prayed for her growth—spiritually, emotionally, and in wisdom—asking that You would help her mature in her faith and step into the fullness of the calling You have on her life. Lord, we ask that You would birth new, wholesome dreams in her heart, dreams that align with Your purpose and bring glory to Your name.

We’ve asked the Lord to cleanse and purify her, to wash away any guilt, shame, or regret, and to fill her with the assurance of Your forgiveness and grace. And we’ve prayed for Your divine protection over her, 24 hours a day, seven days a week—shielding her from every attack of the enemy, whether physical, emotional, or spiritual. Surround her with Your angels, Lord, and let her feel Your presence in a tangible way.

If in these past few days, you’ve seen God move in her life—if she’s taken steps away from those harmful influences, if she’s found strength in sobriety, or if you’ve seen glimpses of the new dreams He’s placing in her heart—we would love to hear a praise report! Your testimony could encourage so many others who are praying for their own loved ones. But if the battle still feels fierce, if the answers haven’t come yet, or if you’re feeling weary in the wait, please don’t hesitate to post this as a new request. We are here to stand with you, to pray with you, and to believe with you for God’s breakthrough. He is faithful, and His timing is perfect.

May the Lord bless you and your family as you continue to seek Him, trust Him, and surrender every concern into His hands. We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
