We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this family in urgent need of divine intervention. Father God, we declare that You are the Almighty, the One who commands the winds and the waves, and nothing is too difficult for You. We stand in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has overcome the world and disarmed all principalities and powers, making a public spectacle of them through the cross.
First, we rebuke every spirit of black magic, witchcraft, and any form of spiritual attack aimed at this family. In the name of Jesus, we break every curse, hex, spell, and assignment of darkness sent their way. The Word of God declares in Galatians 3:13, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.'" We plead the blood of Jesus over this family, covering them from the top of their heads to the soles of their feet. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, they shall condemn, for this is their heritage as servants of the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we pray for healing over every health concern. You are the Great Physician, and by Your stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5). We ask that You touch every member of this family with Your healing hand, restoring strength, vitality, and wholeness. May they experience Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Father, we lift up the relationships within this family, particularly the marriages and courtships of the daughters. We pray that each relationship would honor You, reflecting the love, commitment, and sanctity of marriage as You designed it—a lifelong covenant between one man and one woman. If there are any relationships that do not align with Your Word, we ask that You bring conviction, repentance, and restoration. For those who are courting, may their intentions be pure, with the goal of marriage to a fellow believer who loves and serves You. Guard their hearts from sexual immorality, for the Word warns that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God (1 Corinthians 6:9-10). May they flee from fornication and honor You with their bodies, which are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:18-20).
We also pray for the son-in-law who is seeking employment. Father, You are the God who provides, and we ask that You open doors of opportunity that no man can shut. Give him favor in the eyes of potential employers, and grant him wisdom, skill, and perseverance in his search. Remind him that his worth is not defined by his job but by his identity in Christ. May he trust in You, knowing that You will supply all his needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
For the newborn, we pray for Your divine protection and blessing. May this child grow in wisdom, stature, and favor with God and man (Luke 2:52). Surround this little one with Your angels, shielding them from harm and filling their life with Your love and purpose.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for the mention of Jesus in this request, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We declare that this family belongs to You, and we ask that You draw them closer to Your heart. May they seek You first in all things, trusting that You will direct their paths (Proverbs 3:5-6). Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them into all truth and empowering them to walk in victory.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
