HOW I WISH MY MIND HAD AN ""ON / OFF"" SWITCH

DID YOU EVER WISH YOU COULD JUST TURN YOUR MIND OFF...?

TONIGHT IS ONE OF THOSE NIGHTS
WHERE THE "OFF" SWITCH WOULD BE SOO VERY MUCH APPRECIATED

I WISH I COULD JUST SHUT DOWN AND POWER OFF LIKE A ROBOT

WOULDN'T THAT BE SOMETHING

TO NOT HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THINGS ANY MORE
 
it was never easy serving You Lord

it still isn't.......it gets harder and harder

not because i don't love You

but for how bad that this whole world has become

and we are IN THIS WORLD.....BUT.....WE ARE NOT OF IT........

and this world is not our home

i know this feeling well.........................help me feel at home in an alien land
where the people of God who serve You are at war with the rest of the planet
that does not...........WE ARE A PECULIAR PEOPLE.....AND.....A HOLY NATION
