Urgent prayers needed for my cat ###

Please read this entire post. There is alot. Thankyou! Please pray that God will completely heal and give my cat ### a full recovery. She has a brain tumor and masses and lesions on her lungs, which could be chronic bronchitis/ asthma or cancer. There is no treatment. Only medication to make her comfortable. God is the only one that can help her now. She is having so many complications from all of this. Please pray that God will take away and ease any pain or discomfort ### is in. Please pray that God will help ### start eating normal food and drinking water again. Please pray that God will help ### have regular bowel movements. Please pray that God will help her breathing and purring. Purring is triggering coughing, she doesnt want affection anymore, because she starts purring, which makes her cough. She was the most affectionate cat I've ever met in my life , and she seems very sad about it. She tries to cuddle and starts coughing and will lay alone and just stare at us. It is heart breaking. Please pray that God will guide my hands and help me give ### all of the medication and treatments she needs without hurting her or causing distress. She needs 4 pills twice a day, which requires me to pry open her mouth and shove them down her throat. She also needs an inhaler 3 times a day, and a subcutaneous fluid IV at least once a week. Please pray that God will help me and guide me with all of these things and with all decisions regarding ###. Please pray that when ###'s time comes, God will show her mercy and just take her in her sleep. She is utterly terrified of driving and the Vet , and i refuse to let her be put to sleep there, alone, terrified, shaking, crying, not knowing what is happening or where we are. I will not allow that to be her last moments. Please pray that God will help us find someone that can come to our house and put her down if she needs it. I know she is just a cat, but she is our world. Please pray that God will hear and answer all of my desperate cries and pleas and prayers. Thankyou. We have read your entire post and we join you with heavy hearts for your precious cat and we hear how deeply you love her and how heartbreaking it is to watch her suffer. She is not just a cat to you, she is a beloved companion entrusted to your care, and your tender care for her reflects the heart God calls us to have for His creation. Proverbs 12:10 says A righteous man respects the life of his animal, but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel. And Matthew 10:29 reminds us Are not two sparrows sold for an assarion? Not one of them falls on the ground apart from your Father. If our Father notices even the sparrows, we know He sees your cat, He sees your tears, and He hears your desperate cries.

We are so thankful you brought all of this before the Lord in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. You have done right to plead in Jesus name, and we join our faith with yours.

We pray together for your dear cat and for you. Father in heaven, we come before You together in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this precious cat to Your throne of grace. You formed all living creatures and You sustain them, for Psalm 36:6 says You preserve man and animal, Yahweh. Lord, You know the brain tumor and the masses and lesions on her lungs, whether from chronic disease or cancer, and we know there is no treatment in the hands of man that can cure her, but nothing is impossible for You. We ask in Jesus name that if it is Your will, You would completely heal her and grant her a full recovery, that You would ease her breathing, calm the coughing, and restore her ability to purr without pain. Father, please take away any pain or discomfort she is in and comfort her body. We ask that You would help her to eat normal food and drink water again and to have regular bowel movements, and that You would restore her desire for affection without fear of coughing. You see how she tries to cuddle and then pulls away to lay alone and stare, and we ask You to comfort her sadness and let her feel safe and loved.

Lord, we also lift up her caregiver to You. Your Word says in James 1:5 But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. Grant wisdom for every decision, for every medication and treatment. Guide steady and gentle hands to give the four pills twice a day, the inhaler three times a day, and the subcutaneous fluids, without hurting her or causing distress. Give skill, peace, and patience in each moment, and help find ways that are less stressful for her if possible, and we ask You to provide a veterinarian who can give wise and compassionate counsel. Father, we ask for Your mercy regarding her final days. We pray that You would spare her terrifying fear and suffering, and if it is Your will to take her peacefully in her sleep, we ask for that gentle mercy. If a difficult decision must be made to prevent prolonged suffering, give clear wisdom, peace, and provision for a compassionate veterinarian who can come to the home so she can be at peace in familiar arms and not afraid. Help her family to know Your timing and to not carry guilt, but to trust Your goodness.

We also pray for your heart, for Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit in Psalm 34:18. We ask that You cast all your worries on Him, because He cares for you as 1 Peter 5:7 says. We pray God will fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding as Philippians 4:6-7 promises, that in nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. May you feel His nearness as you weep and wait and care for her so faithfully.

We thank You Lord that You hear and answer the desperate cries of Your children, not always as we ask, but always according to Your perfect love and mercy. We trust this beloved cat and her family into Your tender hands and we ask all these things in the saving and healing name of Jesus. Amen.

One thing that has helped others in this place is to get a little extra support from your veterinary team soon, before you need it urgently. You might ask your clinic if a technician can show you a gentler way to give the pills and inhaler that causes less struggle for both of you, and whether any of the medicines can be compounded into another form. It can also bring peace to ask now for names of mobile or in-home hospice veterinarians in your area, so you will already know who to call if that time comes and ### can stay at home where she feels safe.

Father in Jesus name we lift ### to You and ask for Your mercy over her. Ease any pain she feels, calm her breathing, and let her feel Your peace and her family's love close around her. Give wisdom and steady hands for each treatment and each decision, and guide to kind help nearby if it is needed. Comfort this family who loves her so deeply. Amen.

Your sorrow has been heard and we have brought your burden before the Lord with you, for the grief you carry for your cat is real and tender, and the Lord knows the love you bear for this creature He has entrusted to your care.

We do not count this as a small thing. He who notices the sparrow that falls, and who made all creatures and called them good, sees this dear cat in her affliction, and He sees you watching over her with weeping and weariness. When God says, Comfort ye, comfort ye my people, He speaks to those with tearful eyes and aching hearts, and He sends comfort not in word only but in His own presence. Your desperate cries are not lost. He hears the prayers offered in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior, in whom alone is healing and hope.

We have prayed, and we continue to pray, that the Lord in His mercy would lay His healing hand upon her. We have asked that if it be His gracious will, He would take away her pain and discomfort, ease her breathing, quiet the coughing that steals her purr and her affection, restore her appetite for food and water, and give regular and natural bodily functions. We have asked that He would give you calm and steady hands as you give the many pills, the inhaler and the fluids, that He would keep you from hurting her or causing distress, and that He would give you wisdom for every decision you must make day by day.

We have also prayed with you concerning her last hours, whenever the Lord appoints them. We have asked that He would show her great mercy, that she would be spared terror and lonely suffering, and that He would provide, if it be needed, a gentle and compassionate person who can come to your home to minister to her at the end, so that she may be at peace in familiar arms and not in fear. We understand your desire that her last moments not be in dread and confusion, and we ask the Lord to order this matter kindly and to give you clear guidance and peace when that time comes.

In this affliction, take your comfort from Christ Himself. The least thing about Christ is healing, like leaves of the tree of life which are for the healing of the nations. His Word quickens and comforts the soul, even when the body languishes. He was made perfect through sufferings and is acquainted with grief, so He knows how to succor those who suffer, and He is able to comfort your heart and establish you in every good word and work. Cast your care upon Him in great prayer, for little prayer brings us low and great prayer lifts us up. Remember His past deliverances, and trust that whether He restores or whether He takes home, His love does not fail.

We pray now for you both.

O Father, merciful and gracious, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, look upon this beloved cat in her sickness, upon the tumor and the lesions and all the complications that afflict her breathing and her body. Thou art the God of all comfort. Ease her pain, give her rest, restore if it please Thee her eating and drinking, her breathing and her bowels, and let her know again comfort and affection without coughing or fear. Give to her keeper wisdom, patience and steadiness of hand for every medication and treatment, and keep both from distress. And when Thou shalt call this creature from this life, grant a merciful and peaceful taking, at home and in love, without terror, and provide help for that hour. Comfort this heart that loves so deeply, quicken it by Thy Word, and let Thy will be done with trust and peace. We ask all this in the name of Jesus, our hope and our healer. Amen.
