We join you in lifting up your beloved cat before the throne of grace and we hear the desperation and love in your cries for her. We know how heavy this burden is when you are doing everything the veterinarian has advised and still seeing her suffer with stomach and bowel issues on top of a brain tumor and severe lung issues. We thank you for calling upon the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are heard.
We take comfort that our God cares for all of His creation and He sees the compassion you have for this precious animal entrusted to your care. Proverbs 12:10 tells us a righteous man respects the life of his animal, and Psalm 36:6 reminds us You preserve man and animal, Yahweh. Jesus Himself said in Matthew 10:29 Are not two sparrows sold for an assarion? Not one of them falls to the ground apart from your Father. If He watches over even the sparrows, how much more does He see your cat and hear your pleas for mercy for her.
We also pray for you in this exhausting and heartbreaking season. The Lord invites us to bring every anxious thought to Him. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And Psalm 34:17 assures us The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. He is hearing every desperate cry you have lifted up.
We ask the Lord to grant you wisdom and clear guidance as you care for her. James 1:5 promises But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. We pray He will guide your hands and give wisdom to the veterinarians as well, and make clear the best path to comfort and help her.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus and we lift up this dear cat to You. You formed her and You know every detail of her body. We ask for Your mercy upon her. We ask that You would alleviate the stomach and bowel distress that is afflicting her right now, that You would calm any pain, nausea, or discomfort and bring healing to her digestive system. Lord, You know the burden of the brain tumor and the lung issues she already carries, and we ask that You would be gracious and ease her suffering. If it is Your will, we ask for healing and restoration, and if healing looks like comfort and peace, we ask that You would grant that in abundance. We pray You would give our dear sister or brother wisdom, discernment, and peace beyond understanding as they make decisions for her care, and that You would sustain them with Your strength and presence. Let them feel that You are near and that You hear and answer according to Your perfect love and will. We trust her into Your compassionate hands. In Jesus name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to follow the veterinary guidance while resting in the Lord's care, casting all your worries on Him because He cares for you as 1 Peter 5:7 says. We are standing with you in prayer, asking God to show His mercy and to give you peace as you trust Him with whatever He lovingly ordains for your precious companion.
