Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf for your precious cat. We are glad that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer and we have been lifting up your beloved companion before the Lord.
We have been praying that God in His mercy would completely heal her and give her a full recovery from the brain tumor and the masses and lesions on her lungs, and that He would ease every complication she is facing. We have asked Him to take away any pain or discomfort she is in, to help her breathe easily and to restore her ability to purr and cuddle without coughing, so that she can again enjoy affection without sadness or withdrawing to lay alone. We continue to pray that the Lord would help her to eat normal food and drink water again and to have regular bowel movements.
We have also been praying for you, that God would guide your hands and give you wisdom and gentleness as you give her the many medications and treatments she needs, the four pills twice a day, the inhaler three times a day and the subcutaneous fluids each week, and that He would help you give them without hurting her or causing her distress. We have asked for His wisdom for every decision you must make regarding her care, and for His peace as you carry this heavy burden. We remember your heartfelt prayer that when her time comes the Lord would show her mercy and take her peacefully in her sleep at home, and that He would provide someone who can come to your house if that need arises, so she does not have to be terrified at the vet in her last moments. We know she is not just a cat to you but your world, and we trust that God hears your desperate cries and pleas, for He cares for all His creation as reminded in Proverbs 12:10 and Matthew 10:29.
