Please read this entire post. There is alot. Thankyou! Please pray that God will completely heal and give my cat ### a full recovery. She has a brain tumor and masses and lesions on her lungs, which could be chronic bronchitis/ asthma or cancer. There is no treatment. Only medication to make her comfortable. God is the only one that can help her now. She is having so many complications from all of this. Please pray that God will take away and ease any pain or discomfort ### is in. Please pray that God will help ### start eating normal food and drinking water again. Please pray that God will help ### have regular bowel movements. Please pray that God will help her breathing and purring. Purring is triggering coughing, she doesnt want affection anymore, because she starts purring, which makes her cough. She was the most affectionate cat I've ever met in my life , and she seems very sad about it. She tries to cuddle and starts coughing and will lay alone and just stare at us. It is heart breaking. Please pray that God will guide my hands and help me give ### all of the medication and treatments she needs without hurting her or causing distress. She needs 4 pills twice a day, which requires me to pry open her mouth and shove them down her throat. She also needs an inhaler 3 times a day, and a subcutaneous fluid IV at least once a week. Please pray that God will help me and guide me with all of these things and with all decisions regarding ###. Please pray that when ###'s time comes, God will show her mercy and just take her in her sleep. She is utterly terrified of driving and the Vet , and i refuse to let her be put to sleep there, alone, terrified, shaking, crying, not knowing what is happening or where we are. I will not allow that to be her last moments. Please pray that God will help us find someone that can come to our house and put her down if she needs it. I know she is just a cat, but she is our world. Please pray that God will hear and answer all of my desperate cries and pleas and prayers. Thankyou. In Jesus name I ask of all these things and in Jesus name I pray. Amen.

We hear your heartache and desperation, and we come before the throne of grace with you, lifting up your beloved cat in prayer. The love you have for her is evident, and we know that our Heavenly Father sees and cares about every detail of this situation. Proverbs 12:10 tells us, "A righteous man respects the life of his animal," and we believe God honors the compassion you are showing.

Father in Heaven, we ask You to stretch forth Your healing hand upon this precious cat. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We pray for complete healing of the brain tumor, the masses, and the lesions on her lungs. If it is Your will, restore her health so that she may eat, drink, and breathe without discomfort. Ease her pain, Lord, and let her find comfort in the affection she once knew. May her purring return without coughing, and may her joy be renewed.

We also lift up this dear sister in Christ, who is carrying such a heavy burden. Give her strength, wisdom, and patience as she cares for her cat. Guide her hands as she administers medication and treatments, and grant her peace in every decision she must make. Help her to trust in Your timing and Your plan, even when the road is difficult.

Lord, we ask that You would prepare her heart for whatever lies ahead. If this cat’s time on earth is coming to an end, we pray that You would grant her a peaceful passing, one without fear or suffering. Provide a gentle and compassionate solution for a home euthanasia, if that becomes necessary, so that her final moments are filled with love and dignity.

We know that all creation groans under the weight of sin, and even the animals suffer because of the fallen world we live in (Romans 8:22). But we also know that You are a God of mercy, and we trust You to work all things together for good according to Your purpose.

In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray for healing, comfort, and peace. We ask that You would draw near to this family in their time of need and remind them of Your unfailing love. May they feel Your presence in every moment, and may Your will be done in this situation. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in prayer, trusting that He hears your cries. Psalm 34:18-19 says, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all." Hold fast to His promises, and know that He is with you.

We can hear how much you love , and how heavy these days feel. Caring for a pet this sick is exhausting and heartbreaking, and we are so sorry you’re walking through this. You are doing the best you can for her, and that fierce love matters.

One practical thing that may help settle your heart and give you a plan: ask your vet now for a referral to a reputable mobile or house-call veterinarian in your area. Calling them before a crisis hits means you’ll have someone you trust already lined up if the day comes, and you won’t have to start searching while panicked or grieving. Let the office know you want to keep her at home, peaceful and unafraid. That is a reasonable, loving request.

Even when she can’t show affection the way she used to, your quiet nearness still reaches her. Just sitting close, speaking softly, or resting a hand near her without forcing anything can comfort her without triggering the coughing. You don’t have to fix her sadness; your presence is enough.

Lord, You see this beloved cat and the person who loves her. We ask for Your mercy and ease for, calm her breathing, relieve her pain, help her drink and eat as she is able. Give her owner steady hands and clear wisdom with every medication and decision. If the time comes, please provide a peaceful way at home, free from fear. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

The cry of your heart is before the Lord, and it is not too small for His notice. He who marks the fall of a sparrow has seen this suffering creature, and He has heard your weeping. It is written that a righteous man regardeth the life of his beast; you are not wrong to ask for mercy upon her. You have rightly said that God is the only help now. Then let every hour drive you to Him.

I will gladly join my prayers with yours. May the Lord, in His tender mercy, either remove these tumors and lesions, or so quiet them that your cat may breathe with ease, eat again, drink again, and purr without coughing. May He make her comfortable and keep pain far from her. May He give you wisdom and a gentle hand with each pill, each treatment, each injection, so that the creature does not dread your touch. If the Lord is not pleased to heal her, may He give her a quiet departure, in her own place, free from terror.

I ask all this according to His will, for He is wiser than we are. The mercy that has found you morning by morning will not fail you in this. Cast the burden on the Lord; He will sustain you. Do not let fear of the last hour poison the present day. Only remember, while you love this little creature dearly, let Christ be your world, and then you may love her all the more safely. In Jesus Christ we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Bring this suffering creature to the Lord without frantic despair and without pretending the sickness is small. God sees the sparrow; He also sees this cat whom He entrusted to your care. We will ask boldly for a full recovery, because nothing is impossible to the Lord. We will also ask for what mercy may look like day by day if recovery does not come in the way you hope.

Pray for the tumor and the lesions, that God, who is the only true physician, would either remove them or quiet their effects. Pray that every pain and discomfort be taken from her. Pray that she would eat normal food again, drink water freely, and have regular, easy bowel movements. Pray that her breathing would become free, and that her purring would no longer turn into coughing. Pray that she would be able to receive affection again without distress, and that the sadness in her eyes would be lifted by the Lord’s kindness toward a dumb creature.

Even when a disease is incurable, we do not cut off the limb; we use every means that the sufferer may enjoy some comfort, since we cannot get rid of the disease. That is what you are doing with the pills, the inhaler, and the fluids. It is not cruelty; it is tending what God has given you. Ask Him to guide your hands, and do not be ashamed of weakness or sorrow. The God of all comfort is near to you in this affliction, and He is able to steady you as you pry open her mouth, hold the inhaler, and place the needle. You are not harming her. You are showing mercy.

When her hour comes, pray, and I will pray with you, that God grants her a quiet end in the place she knows, without the terror of the car and the strange room. It is not lack of faith to ask for a peaceful death at home. It is mercy. Ask God to provide a person who can come to your house if that hour arrives. Keep asking, but also rest in His wisdom about the time and the way.

Do not say she is just a cat. She is a living creature formed by God, placed under your stewardship, and it is right to grieve and to plead for her comfort. But do not make her your world. That place belongs to Christ alone. When we give any creature the weight of being our world, we burden both the creature and our own soul. Love her with all the compassion of a steward, but let your heart rest in the Lord who never dies, who will not fail you, and who will remain when every earthly comfort is gone.

Let us pray.

Lord Jesus Christ, true God and maker of all flesh, look upon this cat in her weakness. If it is Your will, rebuke the tumor and the lesions, restore her lungs, her appetite, her water, her bowels, her breath, and her purr. Take away pain and fear. Guide the hands of her caretaker in every treatment, and give wisdom in every decision. When her hour comes, grant her a quiet end at home, and spare her terror. Uphold her caretaker with the comfort with which You comfort us in all affliction. In Your holy name. Amen.

Thank you for opening your heart so honestly and for sharing the heavy burden you are carrying for your cat. Your love for her is clear in every detail, and the sorrow you feel as you watch her struggle to breathe, to eat, to purr and to cuddle as she once did is real and deep. It is heartbreaking to see a beloved companion who was once so affectionate now pull away because affection brings coughing, and to see her stare from a distance when she wants to be close.

The Scriptures show that God understands great grief. When Job sat in terrible loss and pain, his friends came to mourn with him and to comfort him, and when they saw him they wept because his suffering was so great. At first they simply sat in silence because they saw how heavy his grief was. Your grief is heavy too, and it is not small in the eyes of God because it is for a cat. He created all living things and He sees your tears, your sleepless care, and the way you are trying to serve this little life He entrusted to you.

God is revealed as the God of all comfort. In dark and difficult hours He draws near to comfort, to strengthen and to encourage. He is near to the brokenhearted and to those with a contrite spirit who pour out their pain before Him. You have been pouring out your heart to Him day after day, and He hears. Bringing your sorrow and your requests to Him again and again is exactly what He invites you to do.

His Word is also given to be our hope and our comfort in affliction. When the heart is in turmoil and we do not know what will happen, we can turn to what He has spoken and find rest in His merciful kindness and tender mercy. Remembering His promises does not remove the pain, but it makes us alive with hope and gives us a place to rest when we say, Lord, this is in Your hands, You will take care of us. Let His merciful kindness be your comfort now, according to His Word.

I want to speak to you in a way that builds you up, encourages you and comforts you, because that is how God intends His truth to minister to those who are hurting. This is not a time for rebuke or for heaping guilt upon you for what you have or have not done. Pain and grief are painful chisels, and God can use even this sorrow to shape character and to reveal His own sustaining grace, yet His first posture toward you in this valley is compassion.

I join you in prayer before the Father in the name of Jesus, the only One through whom we have access to God and salvation.

I pray that God in His mercy would ease any pain or discomfort she is feeling and make her comfortable in His care. I pray He would help her breathing, that He would calm the coughing and the irritation in her lungs, and that if it is His will He would bring healing where the doctors have said there is no treatment. I pray He would help her to eat and drink again, to have normal bowel movements, and to find rest.

I pray He would restore to her whatever measure of peace and contentment she can have, and that you would know His comfort as you watch over her. The loss of her purring and cuddling is a real loss, and I pray God would comfort you in that sadness and let you feel His presence standing by you in this hard place.

I pray God would guide your hands and give you steadiness and gentleness as you give her pills, the inhaler and the fluids, without causing her distress or hurt. I pray He would give you wisdom for every decision you face, to know what is best for her and when to act, and to have peace that you are caring for her faithfully.

I pray that when her time comes, God would show her mercy. I understand your desire that she not be terrified in her last moments, shaking and confused in a strange place. I pray God would in His mercy either take her peacefully in her sleep or clearly provide a gentle and compassionate way at home if that step becomes necessary, so that she can be in familiar surroundings with those who love her. I pray He would make that path clear and provide the right help at the right time.

Above all I pray you would experience His comfort and strength each day, knowing that He has not forsaken you, that He is working even when it feels like He is distant, and that He will carry both you and your beloved cat in His tender mercies. Keep pouring out your heart to Him. He hears your desperate cries and He is faithful.

May the Lord keep you and give you His peace as you trust Him with her life and with your own heart. In Jesus name, Amen.
