Disciple of Prayer
Father in Heaven in Jesus nameI have pondering over an urgent need for in the morning and the remainder of the week until funds are deposited into my account when soon I hope. I have 5 dollars in my account that is all I have no one to assist me at least for a few days the elder my so called childhood friend ### I asked for help she found a reason not to the same selfish person she has always been. until my change comes. I asked ### also Lord Jesus soften someone heart this bill has to be paid. I know God is my source fully aware he blesses people to be a blessing to others in need. I don’t expect to supernaturally put money in my account . I have prayed and called out sins like I always have done asking God what is keeping my prayers from being answered. At times I have felt that some evil wicked spirit is hindering me. Not just Satan . . Lord Jesus knows all about this. Lord reveal to me who or what is happening in my life. These folk want their money in the morning as usual or I will have to vacate. This sweltering heat so many people are in need of help just so many, are suffering. I will be up all night praying. I have cried so much today about what have I done This world is so messed up folk are depressed no jobs no place to live.So many people say churches will give food snd clothes but provide shelter no. I volunteer at times at a church and they feed homeless people and that to is all they do. Lord Jesus tell your Father his daughter little heart aches . I am supposed to be moving the end of the month trying to maintain until then. In Jesus name I Pray Amen

We hear your cry, beloved sister in Christ, and we lift you up with heavy hearts before the throne of grace. Your situation is dire, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, believing that our God is Jehovah-Jireh, the Lord who provides. You are not forgotten, nor are you forsaken, He sees your tears, hears your prayers, and knows your every need before you even ask (Matthew 6:8).

First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are sensing. Scripture is clear that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and he will use every tactic, discouragement, isolation, financial pressure, to shake your faith. But we rebuke that spirit of lack and oppression in the mighty name of Jesus! We declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we command every hindering spirit to flee now in Jesus’ name.

You asked the Lord to reveal what may be hindering your prayers. Scripture tells us that unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or even hidden bitterness can create barriers (Psalm 66:18, Mark 11:25). Have you examined your heart for any offense, toward your childhood friend, toward others who may have failed you, or even toward God? We encourage you to release any unforgiveness, for the Lord calls us to forgive as we have been forgiven (Colossians 3:13). If there is any sin the Holy Spirit is convicting you of, confess it now, for He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

We also want to gently remind you that while God often uses people as vessels of His provision, our ultimate trust must be in Him alone. You mentioned hoping for a softened heart to receive help, and that is a beautiful prayer, God does move on the hearts of His people to bless others (Proverbs 19:17). But we must guard against placing our hope in man, for cursed is the one who trusts in man and makes flesh his strength (Jeremiah 17:5). Instead, let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2).

Now, let us pray over your immediate needs:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts broken for Your daughter. Lord, You see her need, every bill, every fear, every sleepless night. You are the God who fed Elijah by the brook with ravens (1 Kings 17:4), who multiplied the widow’s oil (2 Kings 4:1-7), and who provided for the Israelites in the wilderness (Exodus 16). We ask You to open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Father, soften the heart of the one who can help her with this bill, or provide another way, perhaps an unexpected check in the mail, a last-minute opportunity, or even a direct deposit that arrives early. We declare that her change will come, and that joy comes in the morning (Psalm 30:5).

Lord, we also pray for provision beyond this immediate crisis. You know her plans to move at the end of the month, we ask You to go before her and prepare the way. Provide a place that is safe, affordable, and a blessing to her soul. Open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8), and give her favor with those who can assist her. And Father, if there is any sin, any unforgiveness, or any area of her life not surrendered to You, reveal it to her now. Cleanse her, restore her, and renew her strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31).

We also lift up the broader suffering in this world, the homeless, the jobless, the depressed. Lord, stir the hearts of Your church to be Your hands and feet. Raise up believers who will not just feed the hungry but also clothe them, shelter them, and share the hope of the gospel with them. Let us not grow weary in doing good, for in due season we will reap if we do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Sister, we want to encourage you with the truth that God is your provider. He knows your needs even before you ask (Matthew 6:32), and He has promised to supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Do not lose heart. The enemy wants you to despair, but God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Keep praying, keep trusting, and keep your eyes on Jesus. He is your anchor in the storm (Hebrews 6:19).

If you have not already, consider reaching out to local churches or ministries that may have resources for emergency assistance. Many have benevolence funds or partnerships with organizations that help with rent, utilities, or groceries. Do not be ashamed to ask, God often provides through His people.

Lastly, we want to remind you of the power of praise. Even in the midst of lack, praise God for who He is. The psalmist wrote, “I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth” (Psalm 34:1). When you feel overwhelmed, declare His promises out loud. Speak life over your situation. The enemy cannot stand in the presence of worship.

We will continue to stand in the gap for you, believing that God will move mightily on your behalf. You are not alone. The Lord is your shepherd; you shall not want (Psalm 23:1). May He fill you with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) as you wait on Him.

We hear the ache in your words, and we’re standing with you in prayer tonight as you carry this heavy load. It cuts deep when you finally ask for help and the door stays shut, especially from someone you’ve known so long. But you are not invisible to Jesus. He sees the tears, the five dollars, the calendar pressing in. You are still His daughter, and He hasn’t stepped away.

When our prayers seem unanswered, it’s easy to get tangled in wondering who or what might be blocking them. That spiral only drains us more. Right now, what your heart most needs is simply to know you’re not alone in the fight. So instead of wrestling through the night by yourself, reach out, not for a handout, but just to let another believer stand with you. You volunteer at a church that already cares for the broken. Is there a pastor or a fellow volunteer you could call, even for a few minutes, to pray with you out loud? Knowing that someone is lifting your name to the Father right then can settle the panic in a way solitary crying can’t. Sometimes the help we need isn’t just the money; it’s a voice reminding us we’re still held.

We are praying alongside you.

Lord Jesus, in this sweltering moment, wrap Your daughter in Your nearness. Quiet the roar of fear and let her feel Your steady hand. We ask for provision, open a way for the bill, move a heart, or bring the deposit safely. Guard her through the night and give her strength to hold on until the change comes. Keep despair far from her, and remind her that she belongs to a Father who never runs out. In Your faithful name we pray, Amen.

Thank you Heavenly Father for blessing us with another day, and for all you do for all of us. All glory and honor belongs to you Father. I lift this prayer up on your glory Father God and ask that you grant your perfect will. In Jesus name I pray. Amen

“But blessed is the one who trusts in the Lord, whose confidence is in him.”

‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭17‬:‭7‬ ‭NIV‬‬

For clarification no one has bitterness toward ### a so called childhood friend who is an elder. ,seems as though you think folk are
I.said my faith. us in God ,Because people are struggling does not mean unconfessed sins. or unforgiveness Many rich folk that are walking over the poor like a doormat and hating everyone that they choose to.
No one knows why prayers are not answered but God because he is the only one that can answer them.
God is a mystery what He does or who He chooses to help I am tired of beating myself over things that I cannot change.
I will accept this. Folk.meed prayer yes but they also need moneys to survive in this sin cursed world.

Now is the time to exercise faith upon a living God! Your God is not worth having if He cannot help you when you want help. Though clouds may surround us, our God is our light! Though storms rage around us, our God is our might.

You think the God of the hills cannot be the God of your valley, that He can aid a Whitfield but not a poor soul holding forth in desperation. But He is the God of the valleys, also, and, therefore, our God and our confidence! Do not look down with contempt upon the tenant of the plain, for God is in both, God is in the stormy life of the afflicted and God is in the restfulness of the humble and contented.

If God has left you, or you think so, do not give up prayer! No, pray as your Lord did and be more earnest than ever. If you think God has forsaken you, do not give up your faith in Him, but, like your Lord, cry, "My God, my God," again and again! The Savior’s outcry is not against God, but to God. True Sonship is here!

You say some evil wicked spirit is hindering you. But remember, where God begins to work, He does not ask us to finish. He always completes His own work. Dare for once to give God a little honor. Simply because in our hearts we have been setting a date and a time to God, but it is not our part to say to God, “Today if thou wilt hear my voice.” You are saying that God cannot save you from this strait, or implying that all your anxiety has never yet moved God to look on you. Why, you make God to be the most hard-hearted of all beings.

Your little heart aches, and He knows all about this. He sees God in all the ill that checkers life. God pleads your cause, this is your joy. And you must plead God’s cause, this is at once your privilege and your reasonable service. What have you received? Is it not that you may go and do for others as God has done for you? Those that have trusted in God find Him to be as real as if they could see Him! Deal with God as you would have your children deal with you. If He is a true God, He cannot forsake the soul that trusts in Christ! He is a child of God, how can he live happily in his Father’s house unless he often sees his Father’s face, speaks with Him and hears His voice in return?

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your cries have reached the throne of God, and He is not unmoved. Yet consider how the disciples, when faced with the hungry multitude in the wilderness, thought only of the lack of loaves, and in their anxiety forgot the power of Him who had already worked so many wonders. It was precisely their urgent need that our Lord used, to bring them to the point of entreating Him with faith. So He often permits our purse to be almost empty, our friends to turn away, and our hearts to be heavy, because in that pressure we finally cease relying on our own plans and the help of mortals, and we cast ourselves entirely upon Him.

You ask what keeps your prayers from being answered and suspect some wicked spirit. Examine first your own heart. The same tongue that cries out to God also speaks bitterness against your childhood friend, calling her selfish. Did not our Lord instruct us to forgive from the heart, and that we shall be forgiven as we forgive? The Scriptures, if we give heed to them, not only deliver us from the deceit of the enemy but also teach us to see our own sins before we point to another's. God does not need us, but He made us that we might share His goodness. If He seems slow to answer, it is not cruelty but a careful training: He threatens and even permits hardship, not to destroy, but to prevent the good from becoming bad. The Ninevites repented at the mere warning, and the blow never fell. If you fear the threat of destitution, let that fear drive you to a sound mind, not to a night of weeping over what others have done.

Do not say the eye has no need of the hand. The body of Christ is one, and the weaker parts are given greater honor. The church that feeds the homeless but cannot give shelter is still a vessel of mercy, and its members, like you when you volunteer, are hands extended in love. Your so-called friend who refused you may herself be in a hidden poverty of soul that needs your prayers more than your resentment. Do not fatten your anxiety with endless questioning, but take only today's sufficiency. The heat of this trial will pass, but your soul must be kept from the decay of despair and blame.

Fear not, for the same God who gently led the patriarchs and sharply rebuked kings knows what each soul requires. Do not be deceived by the thought that your only help must come from the softening of someone else's heart through supernatural means, while you excuse your own spirit from the command to love. Cry to the Lord, confess any lingering root of unforgiveness, and then make your request known. He who fed thousands with a boy's small loaves is able to sustain you with five dollars, or to move a heart you have not yet considered. Let this urgent need become the very gate of entreaty, not the occasion for accusations. The bill may be pressing, the heat sweltering, and the world full of sorrow, but the righteous Lord deals with each soul according to His perfect care, turning even chastisement into a path of life for those who humble themselves.
