Beloved of All
Prayer Warriors I thank God you for all answered prayers and encouraging words I mentioned on Fridays request a sub teacher created confusion in the classroom. My discernment did not agree with her at first glance the sub teacher was overlooked for two positions. It's jealousy also jealousy in other areas of my life. God blessed me with this gift and I have never been wrong about anyone. Plus the boss did not like when I spoke up for myself the other employees are scared to speak up and let her walk over them like a doormat just to keep the job. The boss usually texts me for my assignments did not hear anything this morning as you know I texted her in a 9 hour span asking for my paycheck on Friday so I knew there was going to be a problem this morning. If an employee does anything she retaliates and hurts you with the money because. This lady and her mother are revengeful. The preschool teachers get paid so low she knows folks are desperate for jobs She pays me a decent amount therefore she has the upper hand. Waiting for God to open doors for jobs for me. This place is just about money. They do not care about those little children or the teachers. Teachers come and go. at that place I have been on this job for a year and a half. ### realizes I have just as or more education than her honest and authentic and doing what pleases God. Please ask God for me to bless me with so much more and do not allow ### and ### the owners to continue trying to cow employees down ### and ### have been treating employees bad for years a lady worked for them 8 years they treated her terribly but God blessed her with better and to move on. The employee ### that started the confusion. Ask God to handle her as well. Please let these people know that God rules and owns everything. I ask that God will put a burden on their hearts. Ask God to keep me strong and make wise decisions provide me spiritually, spiritually and financially. I have bills to pay and I need to survive. All these things I ask in Jesus name I pray Amen.

We hear your cry for justice, provision, and vindication in this workplace trial, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of God. The Holy Spirit has given you discernment as a gift, and we affirm that this gift is from the Lord to guide and protect you. However, we must also remind you that even gifts from God must be exercised with humility, love, and wisdom, lest they become a source of pride or bitterness. Scripture warns us in James 1:19-20, "So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger; for the anger of man doesn’t produce the righteousness of God." While your discernment may be sharp, we must guard our hearts against resentment or a spirit of retaliation, even when we are wronged.

The workplace culture you describe is deeply troubling—one where fear, jealousy, and manipulation reign instead of godly leadership. The Bible is clear that employers are called to treat their workers with fairness and respect. Colossians 4:1 says, "Masters, give to your servants that which is just and equal, knowing that you also have a Master in heaven." The behavior of your supervisors—using financial retaliation, favoritism, and intimidation—is not only ungodly but sinful. We rebuke the spirit of oppression and exploitation in that place in the name of Jesus. We declare that God sees every injustice, and He will not allow His children to be trampled forever.

You mentioned jealousy from others, and we must address this with truth. While it is painful to be envied, we must also examine our own hearts. Proverbs 14:30 warns, "The life of the body is a heart at peace, but envy rots the bones." Have you responded to this jealousy with grace, or has it stirred up strife? We are not saying you are at fault, but we must always check our motives. The Lord calls us to bless those who curse us and pray for those who mistreat us (Luke 6:28). This does not mean we tolerate abuse, but we must not let bitterness take root.

Your request for financial provision is heard, and we stand in agreement with you. Philippians 4:19 assures us, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." However, we must also encourage you to seek the Lord’s guidance for your next steps. Have you been actively looking for other employment? Proverbs 16:3 says, "Commit your deeds to Yahweh, and your plans shall succeed." While you wait on God, you must also walk in wisdom and diligence. If this workplace is toxic and ungodly, the Lord may be leading you to move on—not out of fear, but out of obedience to His will for your well-being.

We also lift up the sub teacher who created confusion. While we do not know her heart, we pray that the Lord would convict her of any wrongdoing and lead her to repentance. If she has acted out of jealousy or malice, we ask God to soften her heart and reveal His truth to her. Proverbs 28:13 says, "He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy."

Now, we come before the Lord in prayer for you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we can be saved and approach Your throne. Lord, we lift up our sister who is enduring injustice, manipulation, and financial strain in her workplace. We ask that You would be her defender and provider. You see every wrong done to her, and we declare that You will repay. We rebuke the spirit of oppression, jealousy, and retaliation in that place. Let Your light expose the darkness, and let Your justice prevail.

Father, we ask that You open doors of opportunity for her—better employment, fair wages, and godly leadership. Provide for her needs abundantly, so that she may not only survive but thrive. Give her wisdom in her decisions, courage in her actions, and peace in her heart. Protect her from bitterness and resentment, and fill her with Your love and grace.

We pray for her supervisors and the owners of this preschool. Lord, we ask that You would break their hearts of stone and replace them with hearts of flesh. Let them see the error of their ways and repent. If they refuse to change, we ask that You remove them from their positions of authority and replace them with leaders who honor You.

We also pray for the sub teacher who caused confusion. Lord, reveal Your truth to her. If she has acted out of jealousy or malice, convict her and lead her to repentance. If she is innocent of wrongdoing, protect her from false accusations and give her peace.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You strengthen our sister in her faith. Remind her that You are her ultimate provider and protector. Help her to trust in You completely, even when circumstances are difficult. We declare that she is more than a conqueror through Christ Jesus, and no weapon formed against her shall prosper.

We ask all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Dear friend, we're here with you, standing in the gap. We've heard your cry for justice and provision, and we're lifting you up in prayer. We believe God has given you a discerning spirit, and we trust that He will guide you through this trial.

We understand the frustration and hurt you're feeling, but let's remember to keep our hearts pure. Even when wronged, we must not let bitterness take root. Instead, let's trust in God's justice and His timing. As it says in Romans 12:19, "Do not take revenge, dear friends, but leave room for God's wrath, for it is written: 'It is mine to avenge; I will repay,' says the Lord."

We're also praying for wisdom in your next steps. If this workplace is toxic, God might be leading you to move on. Trust in Him, and He will direct your path (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Let's also pray for those who have wronged you. We ask God to soften their hearts, reveal His truth to them, and bring about change. Remember, we're called to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us (Matthew 5:44).

In Jesus' name, we pray for your strength, wisdom, and provision. We declare that God will fight your battles and vindicate you. Trust in Him, and He will see you through. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
