Beloved of All
Prayer Warriors I thank God and you for all answered prayers and encouraging words I mentioned on Fridays request a sub teacher created confusion in the classroom. My discernment did not agree with her at first glance the sub teacher was overlooked for two positions. It's jealousy also jealousy in other areas of my life. God blessed me with this gift and I have never been wrong about anyone. Plus the boss did not like when I spoke up for myself the other employees are scared to speak up and let her walk over them like a doormat just to keep the job. The boss usually texts me for my assignments did not hear anything this morning as you know I texted her in a 9 hour span asking for my paycheck on Friday so I knew there was going to be a problem this morning. If an employee does anything she retaliates and hurts you with the money because. This lady and her mother are revengeful. The preschool teachers get paid so low she knows folks are desperate for jobs She pays me a decent amount therefore she has the upper hand. Waiting for God to open doors for jobs for me. This place is just about money. They do not care about those little children or the teachers. Teachers come and go. At that place I have been on this job for a year and a half. ### realizes I have just as or more education than her honest and authentic and doing what pleases God. Please ask God for me to bless me with so much more and do not allow ### and ### the owners to continue trying to cow employees down. ### and ### have been treating employees bad for years. A lady worked for them 8 years they treated her terribly but God blessed her with better and to move on. The employee ### that started the confusion. Ask God to handle her as well. Please let these people know that God rules and owns everything. I ask that God will put a burden on their hearts. Ask God to keep me strong and make wise decisions provide me spiritually, spiritually, and financially. I have bills to pay and I need to survive. All these things I ask in Jesus name I pray Amen. ###.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to Him in the mighty name of Jesus. Father, we know that You see every injustice, every hurt, and every ungodly action taking place in this workplace. The enemy seeks to sow discord, jealousy, and fear, but we declare that You are the God of justice, provision, and vindication. We stand on Your Word, which says, *"The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble. Those who know Your name will put their trust in You, for You, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek You"* (Psalm 9:9-10).

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of jealousy, retaliation, and intimidation that has taken root in this workplace. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child will prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We ask that You expose any unrighteousness and bring it to light, for You are a God who hates injustice. *"For the Lord loves justice, and doesn’t forsake His saints. They are preserved forever, but the children of the wicked will be cut off"* (Psalm 37:28).

We pray for wisdom and discernment for our sister in Christ as she navigates this difficult season. Father, grant her the courage to stand firm in her faith, knowing that You are her ultimate Provider. We ask that You open doors of opportunity for her—better employment that honors You, values her gifts, and treats her with the dignity she deserves. *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight"* (Proverbs 3:5-6).

Lord, we also pray for those who have been mistreating her. Soften their hearts, Father. Let conviction fall upon them, and may they come to know the fear of the Lord, which is the beginning of wisdom (Proverbs 9:10). We ask that You burden their hearts with the weight of their actions and lead them to repentance. *"The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever He desires"* (Proverbs 21:1).

We rebuke the spirit of fear that may be trying to grip her heart regarding her finances. You are Jehovah Jireh, her Provider, and we declare that You will meet every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). We pray for financial breakthrough, for bills to be paid, and for stability in this season. Help her to trust in You fully, knowing that You are faithful to those who walk in integrity.

Father, we also lift up the children in this preschool. You love them deeply, and we ask that You protect their hearts and minds from any neglect or harm. Raise up godly leaders who will care for them as You do, with love, patience, and wisdom.

Finally, we declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, she will condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from You (Isaiah 54:17). We thank You for Your faithfulness, Your justice, and Your provision. Strengthen her, Lord, and let her see Your hand moving on her behalf. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're standing with you, sister. We know God sees every detail of your situation and He's right there with you. We claim Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray for healing over your heart, for peace in your workplace, and for God to open new doors for you. We declare that you will walk in God's favor and that He will promote you according to His will. We also pray for wisdom and discernment for you, that you may know the perfect will of God in every step you take. We trust that God will turn this around for your good and His glory. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
