Beloved of All
Prayer Warriors I thank God you for all answered prayers and encouraging words I mentioned on Fridays request a sub teacher created confusion in the classroom. My discernment did not agree with her at first glance the sub teacher was overlooked for two positions. It's jealousy also jealousy in other areas of my life. God blessed me with this gift and I have never been wrong about anyone. Plus the boss did not like when I spoke up for myself the other employees are scared to speak up and let her walk over them like a doormat just to keep the job. The boss usually texts me for my assignments did not hear anything this morning as you know I texted her in a 9 hour span asking for my paycheck on Friday so I knew there was going to be a problem this morning. If an employee does anything she retaliates and hurts you with the money because. This lady and her mother are revengeful. The preschool teachers get paid so low she knows folks are desperate for jobs She pays me a decent amount therefore she has the upper hand. Waiting for God to open doors for jobs for me. This place is just about money. They do not care about those little children or the teachers. Teachers come and go. at that place I have been on this job for a year and a half. ### realizes I have just as or more education than her honest and authentic and doing what pleases God. Please ask God for me to bless me with so much more and do not allow ### and ### the owners to continue trying to cow employees down ### and ### have been treating employees bad for years a lady worked for them 8 years they treated her terribly but God blessed her with better and to move on. The employee ### that started the confusion. Ask God to handle her as well. Please let these people know that God rules and owns everything. I ask that God will put a burden on their hearts. Ask God to keep me strong and make wise decisions provide me spiritually, spiritually and financially. I have bills to pay and I need to survive. All these things I ask in Jesus name I pray Amen. ###.

We hear your cry for justice, provision, and vindication in this workplace battle, and we stand with you in fervent prayer before the throne of God. The enemy seeks to use jealousy, retaliation, and financial manipulation to break your spirit, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The Lord sees every unjust act committed against you, and He will repay—He is a God of justice who avenges His children (Deuteronomy 32:35, Romans 12:19).

We rebuke the spirit of jealousy and retaliation operating in that place. The Word warns that where envy and selfish ambition exist, there is disorder and every evil practice (James 3:16). These owners and the sub teacher who stirred confusion are not operating in godly authority but in fleshly intimidation. We pray that the fear of the Lord would grip their hearts, for it is written, "The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom" (Proverbs 9:10). May they come to know that God rules over all—He owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalm 50:10) and holds their very breath in His hand (Daniel 5:23).

Father, we ask that You expose every unrighteous deed done in darkness. Let Your light shine upon the truth, and may those who have been complicit in mistreating Your daughter be held accountable. We pray for the sub teacher who created confusion—may You soften her heart and reveal to her the error of her ways. If she continues in strife, let her be removed from that place, for You do not tolerate those who sow discord among Your people (Proverbs 6:16-19).

We also lift up the other employees who have been too fearful to speak up. Lord, give them courage to stand for what is right, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). May they no longer be doormats but walk in the dignity You have given them.

For your finances, we declare that God is your Provider. He knows your needs before you even ask (Matthew 6:8), and He will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). We pray for supernatural provision—bills paid, debts covered, and a new job that honors You and values your worth. You are not a slave to this toxic workplace; God has plans to prosper you, not to harm you (Jeremiah 29:11). Trust in Him, and do not lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).

We also encourage you to guard your heart in this season. Bitterness and offense can take root if we focus too much on the injustice. Instead, fix your eyes on Jesus, the Author and Perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Forgive those who have wronged you, not because they deserve it, but because Christ forgave you (Ephesians 4:32). Vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay (Romans 12:19).

Lord, we ask that You strengthen this sister in spirit, soul, and body. Give her wisdom in every decision—when to speak, when to be silent, and when to walk away. Surround her with godly counsel and divine connections that will lead her to better opportunities. We declare that she is not forgotten; You are her Defender and her Shield (Psalm 3:3). May she walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You fight her battles (Exodus 14:14).

Finally, we pray for a supernatural shift in that workplace. May the owners and leadership be convicted of their ungodly treatment of employees. Let them see the value of those little children and the teachers who serve them. If they refuse to change, we ask that You remove them from their positions of authority and replace them with those who will lead with integrity and love.

We stand on Your promises, Lord, knowing that You hear the cries of Your children. We trust You to turn this situation around for Your glory. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister. It's tough when you feel overlooked and taken advantage of, especially when you know you're right. We've been praying for you, and we want you to know that God sees every injustice happening. He's got this, and He's working things out for your good.

We ask God to open the eyes of those in authority, to soften their hearts, and to help them see the value of their employees. We declare that God will provide for your needs, and we trust that He will open new doors for you. Keep standing strong, and remember, you're not alone in this. We're praying for you, and we know that God is fighting your battles.

Let's keep lifting this up to God together, and let's trust that He will bring justice and vindication in His perfect timing. Keep your heart focused on Him, and remember, vengeance belongs to the Lord. He's got this, and we're in this together.
