Father, I join with Presley in asking for Your intervention in this situation. Please soften the heart of this father-in-law and bring him to a better understanding of Your kingdom and plan. Let him allow his daughter the freedom to be with her husband, and may his heart be pierced by the Holy Spirit. I pray for this man's salvation and for this couple to be able to be together.
