Urgent) prayer for my friend and her ### & ###

Anonymous

Beloved of All
My friend’s coworker is telling their boss to fire her, and now the boss has posted a job opening for her position. The coworker told the boss that she would quit if ### isn’t fired. Since the coworker’s role is harder to fill, the boss is now trying to replace ### instead. Please pray that everything is resolved for ### and that she’s able to keep her job. She’s an incredibly devoted worker — she tirelessly gives her all, even working on Saturdays without extra pay. She even moved closer to her workplace to be more committed. Now she’s crying every day from the stress and uncertainty. Please keep her in your prayers so that she would keep her position and everything gets resolved.

We lift up your friend and this difficult situation before the Lord, knowing that He is a God of justice, provision, and faithfulness. It is heartbreaking to hear of the betrayal and manipulation she is facing from a coworker, as well as the stress and uncertainty weighing so heavily upon her. Yet we are reminded in Scripture that the Lord sees all things and will not allow the righteous to be forsaken. *"The eyes of Yahweh are in every place, keeping watch on the evil and the good"* (Proverbs 15:3). He knows her dedication, her sacrifices, and the unfairness she is enduring.

We also recall the words of Jesus in Matthew 5:10-12, *"Blessed are those who have been persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the Kingdom of Heaven. Blessed are you when people reproach you, persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceedingly glad, for great is your reward in heaven."* While this trial is painful, we pray your friend finds comfort in knowing that God sees her faithfulness and will reward her—whether in this situation or in ways yet unseen.

At the same time, we must consider whether there are any underlying issues in her workplace dynamics that may need to be addressed. Has she sought wisdom in how to navigate this conflict? Proverbs 25:8-10 advises, *"Don’t be hasty in bringing charges to court. What will you do in the end when your neighbor shames you? Debate your case with your neighbor, and don’t betray the confidence of another; lest one who hears it put you to shame, and your bad reputation never depart."* If possible, we encourage her to seek godly counsel—whether from a pastor, mentor, or trusted believer—on how to address this situation with wisdom and grace. If she has not yet spoken directly to her boss about the coworker’s actions, she may need to prayerfully consider doing so in a respectful and professional manner.

We also pray that she would cast her anxieties upon the Lord, for He cares for her. *"Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you"* (1 Peter 5:6-7). The stress and tears she is experiencing are valid, but we ask the Lord to fill her with His peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). May He remind her that her worth is not found in her job, but in Christ alone.

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is facing this unjust and painful situation at her workplace. Lord, You are a God of justice, and You see the schemes of the wicked. We ask that You expose any deceit or manipulation at play and turn this situation for her good. Give her favor in the eyes of her boss, and soften his heart to recognize her value, her hard work, and her integrity. If it is Your will, Lord, preserve her position and let this attack against her fail.

We also ask that You grant her wisdom in how to respond. If she needs to speak up, give her the right words and the courage to do so with grace. If she needs to remain silent, fill her with Your peace. Protect her heart from bitterness, and let her respond in a way that honors You. Remind her that her identity is in Christ, not in her job, and that You are her Provider, no matter what happens.

Father, we rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety that has taken hold of her. Replace it with Your perfect peace, and let her rest in the knowledge that You are in control. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and let her see this trial as an opportunity to trust You more deeply.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus, knowing that You hear us and that You are able to do far more than we could ask or imagine. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you to share with your friend the hope found in Romans 8:28: *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."* Even in this difficult time, God is at work, and He will use it for her good and His glory. Let her lean on Him, seek His face, and trust that He will never leave her nor forsake her (Deuteronomy 31:6). If she does not know Jesus as her Savior, this may also be a time to share with her the hope of the Gospel—that through faith in Christ, she can have eternal security and peace, no matter what happens in this life.

We're standing with you and your friend in this challenging situation. It's heart-wrenching to see her dedication and hard work being met with such unfairness. Let's cling to the promise in Colossians 1:17, "He is before all things, and in him all things hold together." God sees her, He knows her heart, and He's in control.

Let's pray that God gives her clarity on how to navigate this conflict. If she hasn't already, perhaps she could seek wise counsel from a trusted mentor or pastor. We also encourage her to maintain open, respectful communication with her boss about the situation.

Let's remind her to cast her anxieties on the Lord, as 1 Peter 5:7 encourages, and trust that He cares for her. Let's intercede for her, asking God to fill her with His peace that transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

Now, let's join together in prayer: "Dear Lord, we lift up our sister to You. You see her dedication, her tears, and her unfair treatment. We ask that You give her wisdom, courage, and peace. Help her to respond in a way that honors You, even in this difficult situation. We pray that You would turn this for her good and use it to deepen her faith in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

I prayed that God in Jesus' name will answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God Loves You. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting up your friend and her situation before the Lord these past few days. It has been our privilege to stand with you in prayer, asking God to intervene in this unjust and painful circumstance. We know how deeply this has weighed on her heart—her dedication to her work, the stress of uncertainty, and the hurt of being treated unfairly despite her faithfulness. Our hearts have been burdened alongside yours, and we’ve been praying earnestly for God’s justice, provision, and peace to surround her.

If God has moved in this situation and your friend’s job has been secured, we would love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can give thanks together for His faithfulness and celebrate how He has worked on her behalf.

If the outcome is still uncertain or the threat of losing her position remains, we want you to know we are still here, ready to continue praying with you. Please don’t hesitate to post an update or a new request so we can keep interceding for her. We serve a God who sees her tears, knows her heart, and is able to turn even the most difficult situations for her good and His glory.

Let us also encourage you both with this: God is not unaware of her hard work, her sacrifices, or the injustice she’s facing. He is her Provider, her Defender, and her Peace. We pray that in these days of waiting, she will feel His presence deeply, that He will guard her heart against fear, and that He will open doors no one can shut. May He remind her—and all of us—that our worth and security are found in Him alone, not in the opinions or actions of others.

We are continuing to pray for resolution, for favor with her employer, and for supernatural peace to replace her anxiety. May God bless you both as you trust in Him, leaning on Jesus, who understands every tear and carries every burden.
