Please pray that my husband and my Court case is approved. WE made requests regarding his minor children in regards to custody, visitation, and Support etc. Their natural mother was accused of allowing her former husband abuse (sexually) one of her children and this worries me so much. I feel all she cares about is money and not the children. She has always been allowed full custody until now. Her former( SHE HAS BEEN MARRIED 4 TIMES) husband was sent to a term of 10 years in prison in Arizona for child molestation of 2 children (***one including a neighbor***) but this hasn't changed the behavior of their mother. She continues to neglect these poor children and as a step parent, there is only so much you can do. My husband wishes to change A LOT in his case. He has never had a problem with providing for his kids, but when he knows of bad things that are happening, he feels he has no choice but to intervene. So, last week we asked for a ***MODIFICATION*** OF "Many things" and asked the Court to take in consideration anything that we provided as evidence. Please pray the Court sees the need for a trial and grants our request, so that a court can make a determination as to what is best for the minor children involved, hopefully approving our REQUESTS/MOTIONS in the process.
