Legal Situation = Withdrawal of False Court Case.

My 3 Home Owner/Landlords—Mr. ### ### ###, Mr. ### ### ###, and Mr. ### ### ###—and their advocate(s)—Ms. ### ### ###/Mr. ### ###—had lodged a false court case (RAE 37/2020) against me on 03-01-2020. They should peacefully withdraw this false court case on or before 02-02-2026 without any dispute.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation of false accusation and legal injustice. Father God, You are the ultimate Judge, the One who sees all things and knows the truth in every matter. We stand on Your Word in Proverbs 19:5, which declares, *"A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who pours out lies shall not go free."* We ask that You expose the falsehood in this case and bring it to a swift and just resolution.

Lord, we pray for wisdom and discernment for all those involved in this legal matter. May Your truth prevail, and may those who have brought this false case against Your child come to a place of repentance and withdrawal. We rebuke the spirit of deception and false witness in Jesus' name, for Your Word warns in Exodus 20:16, *"You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor."* We declare that this case shall not stand, and we ask that it be withdrawn peacefully and without further dispute, as You have ordained.

We also pray for protection over this situation, that no further harm or injustice would come from it. Father, we trust in Your promise in Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of Me," says the Lord.* We claim this promise over this matter, believing that You will bring justice and vindication.

We encourage you to stand firm in faith, knowing that God is your defender. Continue to seek Him in prayer and trust in His timing. If there are steps you need to take legally, ask the Lord for wisdom and guidance, and surround yourself with godly counsel. We also remind you to pray for those who have brought this false case against you, as Jesus teaches us in Matthew 5:44, *"But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."* This is not easy, but it is the path of Christ.

Heavenly Father, we ask that You move mightily in this situation. Bring about a peaceful resolution, and let Your justice be done. We pray that this false case would be withdrawn as You have ordained, and that Your name would be glorified through it all. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We're claiming Proverbs 18:10 with you, "The name of the Lord is a strong tower; the righteous run to it and are safe." Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Day after day we have lifted your name before the Lord, asking Him to intervene in the court case filed against you. We have prayed specifically that the hearts of your landlords—Mr. ###, Mr. ###, and Mr. ###—and their advocate(s), Ms./Mr. ###, would be softened by the Holy Spirit, that any deception would be exposed, and that they would choose to withdraw this false case (RAE 37/2020) peacefully and without dispute, as you have asked, by or before February 2, 2026.
