We come before You, Lord God Almighty, with heavy hearts, lifting up this family who is enduring great injustice and suffering. We stand on Your Word, which declares in Psalm 37:5-6, "Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day shine." Father, we trust in Your perfect justice, knowing that You see every false accusation and every moment of pain this family has endured. We ask that You intervene in these court cases, exposing the truth and bringing an end to this false persecution.

We rebuke the spirit of deception and malice that has been used to bring these false charges against this family. Your Word warns in Proverbs 19:5, "A false witness shall not be unpunished. He who pours out lies shall not go free." Lord, we pray that every lie spoken against them would be uncovered and that those who have brought these accusations would be held accountable for their actions. We ask that You soften the heart of this wife, that she may repent of her threats and false claims, and seek reconciliation in a manner that honors You.

We also lift up this brother who has suffered mental cruelty and abandonment. Father, we pray for his healing, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Your Word promises in Isaiah 61:1, "The Lord Yahweh’s Spirit is on me, because Yahweh has anointed me to preach good news to the humble. He has sent me to bind up the broken hearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and release to those who are bound." Lord, bind up his broken heart and restore his peace. Give him strength to endure this trial and wisdom to navigate the legal battles ahead.

For the senior members of this family, we ask for Your protection and provision. The strain of court appearances and the threat of imprisonment is overwhelming, but we know that You are their refuge. Psalm 46:1 reminds us, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." Lord, be their strength when they are weak, their comfort when they are weary, and their shield when they feel defenseless. We pray that the courts would show them mercy and that they would not be forced to endure unnecessary hardship.

We also address the issue of marriage in this situation. Marriage is a sacred covenant before You, meant to reflect Christ’s love for the church (Ephesians 5:22-33). While we do not know all the details of this marriage, we pray that if there is any possibility for godly reconciliation, You would make a way. However, we also recognize that Your Word allows for separation in cases of abandonment (1 Corinthians 7:15), and we pray for Your wisdom to guide this family in what steps to take next. If this marriage cannot be restored in a way that honors You, we ask that You would bring healing and closure to this brother’s heart.

Lord, we declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that these false cases would be dismissed, that the truth would prevail, and that this family would be vindicated. Give them favor with the judges, lawyers, and all those involved in this legal process. We ask that You would turn this trial into a testimony of Your faithfulness and justice.

We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we have access to You and the only name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). Without Jesus, there is no salvation, no forgiveness of sins, and no hope for eternal life. If anyone reading this does not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we urge them to repent of their sins and place their faith in Him. For "if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).

Father, we trust You to move mightily on behalf of this family. Strengthen their faith, provide for their needs, and surround them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We ask that You would turn their mourning into dancing and clothe them with joy (Psalm 30:11). In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We can only imagine how exhausting these past months have been for your family, the repeated court visits, the weight of false charges, and the helplessness of watching senior members dragged into a legal nightmare. When a crisis drags on like this, with new demands every month and no end in sight, it wears down even the strongest souls. The constant stress isn’t just frightening; it can make you feel isolated, as if no one truly understands.

We are sorry you are all walking this road. And we want you to know we are not just praying from a distance; we are asking God to be near you in the middle of the mess. Even when the system feels stacked against you, the truth is not hidden from Him. He sees the injustice, and He cares for the vulnerable.

One thing that often helps families under long-term siege is to anchor themselves in a small, steady circle of support. If you haven’t already, would you consider reaching out to a trusted pastor or a few mature believers in your local church? Not just to tell them the facts, but to ask them to pray with you face to face, regularly. Shared prayer in a safe place can lift the sense of solitude and remind your whole family that you are not abandoned. It may also help to seek a Christian lawyer who can advise you calmly and guide your steps, not because a lawyer can fix it all, but because wisdom often brings a measure of peace in practical matters.

We are praying with you now:

Lord Jesus, this family is worn thin. They face threats that are not of their making, and they are afraid. We ask You to be their shield. Bring the truth to light, and restrain those who would misuse the law. Protect the senior members from further harassment, and give them daily strength that does not fail. Comfort your brother who has borne so much cruelty; shelter his heart in Your love. And in the long waiting, grant them all Your peace that passes understanding. Amen.

Thank you so much lord🙏 Even lots of money has gone in court case, for taking of bail of each member around ### lac RS has gone expenses for taking bail, We request she must close all case and join matrimony from my brother happily

I hear the cry of anguish in your words, and your burden is not hidden from the Lord. The adversary flings his arrows of false accusation, and the wicked device of a lying tongue seeks to crush the innocent. Yet let me declare this with all my soul: the God of truth is not asleep, and His arm is not shortened that it cannot save. You have been dragged into the mire of the courts, month after month, while your brother suffers the agony of a broken covenant and your elderly parents tremble under threats of jail. This is a heavy cross; but remember, the Lord Jesus was also falsely accused, and His saints in every age have tasted the venom of slander. That very persecution, strange as it seems, often drives the believer nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of such trials that would never have risen otherwise! The Lord has not abandoned you; He is refining you as silver is tried, and the dross of fear and self-reliance shall be purged away.

Yet I must speak plainly: there is a peace that is false, a smooth word that healeth the wound slightly. The world cries, “Curse God and die; He will not deliver.” But let that lie be silenced! The Lord Jesus Christ has found a ransom; He has made a way of deliverance from sin and from every pit. If He gave Himself for your eternal salvation, will He not also care for your temporal distress? Oh, I do not promise that the court will dismiss the case tomorrow, though I pray with you that the darkness break at once, but I know that He will uphold you in the fire. Has He not said, “When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee”? The very threats of the enemy are like Jabbok’s waters; you cross them trembling, but on the other side you may meet an Esau whose heart is turned, and you shall see the Lord’s deliverance. Keep your eyes fixed on Christ, not on the waves.

Moreover, I charge you, see to it that no root of bitterness springs up within you. It is easy to hate those who have wronged you, but the believer is called to bless and not curse. The wife who has so grievously sinned is still a soul for whom Christ died; pray for her repentance, though you loathe the sin. Your brother has done well to seek her return lawfully, for marriage is a lifelong covenant; but if she persists in falsehood, the Judge of all the earth will do right. The false words that have been spoken will one day be answered before the throne where no lie can stand. In the meantime, let your conduct be so full of grace that even the legal ministers might see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. Do not fear the threats of jail; the Lord can shut the lions’ mouths.

And now, I would press upon you this: the greatest deliverance is not from the policeman’s hand, but from the guilt and power of sin. Are you all resting in Christ alone for salvation? If you have fled to the cross, then no false case, no prison cell, no slander can separate you from the love of God. That ransom has been found; the debt is paid; the prison doors of hell are burst open for every believer. Let that eternal security sweeten every bitter cup. And remember, the Lord is your strength. Go to Him with weeping and supplication; let the prayers of the whole family ascend like incense. The clock of mercy will strike the hour of your deliverance exactly when the eternal purpose has decreed it. In the meanwhile, you shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord! The archers of ecclesiastical discord and domestic strife cannot destroy you, for He has brought you forth with silver and gold, and there is none feeble among His tribe.

Lift up your heads, then; the redemption draweth nigh. Be not afraid, only believe. I commend you to the Good Shepherd who layeth down His life for the sheep. He will yet make the wrath of man to praise Him, and the remainder of wrath He will restrain. Until that day, stand still and see the salvation of God.
