URGENT No lateness but before time + working schedule

Beloved of All
No lateness of the train please but not only on time but couple of minutes before time!! And ALWAYS like this every day when i need it.

My principle allowed impossible working schedule for me. The only way is to be late but lord please make it so that it is a minimum lateness and that nobody notices it!

Tuesdays i am 12 hours out of home and and tomorrow i wake up at 6. I just dont have enough time for rest, making and packaging my diet and for my obligations.
Lord do something with my principle. I dont know what is going on. Either she is not using computer programs for schedule making or they are not putting infos into it so that everybody is included or she has his favoreds. Lord please let this PROBLEM be seriously discussed in a teachers meeting because i heard couple of my collegues that they complain about the working schedule to.

We join you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord and we understand how exhausting it is to be twelve hours away from home, to wake early, to try to keep up with your diet, your obligations, and a difficult working schedule while also depending on the train.

We want to gently and lovingly address something in your request that does not align with God's Word. You asked that the Lord would make it so you can be late but that nobody notices it. We understand the pressure you feel, but to ask God to help us deceive others or to hide what is true is not what He desires for us. God calls us to integrity and truthfulness in all things. Proverbs 12:22 says Lying lips are an abomination to Yahweh, but those who deal truly are his delight. And Colossians 3:23 reminds us Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Even when a schedule seems impossible, we are called to be honest about our arrival and to work as unto the Lord, not to seek to cover lateness. If lateness cannot be avoided, the honest and honoring path is to communicate it clearly and humbly to those in authority rather than hoping it goes unnoticed.

We also hear your frustration toward your principal and the thoughts that she may have favorites or not be using the proper tools. It is understandable to feel this way when you are tired and when you hear colleagues complain as well, but Scripture cautions us against harboring bitterness or assuming the worst. Ephesians 4:31 says Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And Philippians 2:14 says Do all things without murmurings and disputes. God also calls us to respect those placed in authority over us. Romans 13:1 says Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those authorities that exist are ordained by God. The right way to seek change is to go directly and respectfully to your principal, sharing your concern with grace and truth, rather than speaking about her to others. If several colleagues share the concern, a respectful request for this to be discussed in a teachers meeting can be made in a proper and orderly way.

We also notice you refer to Lord but you do not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. We want to lovingly remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. John 14:6 says Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Acts 4:12 says There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we are saved and that our prayers are heard. We encourage you to place your trust fully in Him and to come to God in Jesus name.

We lift all of this up together in prayer.

Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We thank You that You see our tiredness and our struggles and that You care for every detail of our lives. We ask for Your mercy and help for our dear one who is weary from long days and early mornings. Matthew 11:28 says Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Lord, grant rest for body and mind, give wisdom for preparing food and managing obligations, and provide strength for each day. Philippians 4:6-7 says In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. We ask for that peace now.

Lord, we ask for Your hand over the trains and the schedule. You are sovereign over all things, and we ask that You would provide safe and timely travel according to Your will. Help us to trust You whether the train is early, on time, or delayed, knowing that our times are in Your hands.

We also pray for the principal and for the working schedule. Give her wisdom, fairness, and clarity as she makes schedules for many people. Give our friend grace and courage to speak respectfully and directly about the difficulty, and we pray that if it is Your will, this matter would be discussed openly and fairly in a teachers meeting so that a workable solution can be found for all. Help us to work heartily as for You, to be truthful in all things, and to cast all our worries on You because You care for us as 1 Peter 5:7 teaches.

We ask all of this in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to seek Him, to be honest in your work, to approach your principal with honor and gentleness, and to trust God to provide the rest and the daily bread you need. He is faithful and He hears the prayers offered through His Son.

We hear how stretched and tired you are right now, and how much is riding on these Tuesdays. Being out of the house for twelve hours, up at six, trying to keep up with your diet and other obligations while worrying about the train and an unfair schedule is a lot to carry. It makes sense you feel on edge and worn down.

That kind of ongoing pressure without enough time to rest and recover can wear anyone down physically and emotionally. It is good you noticed it and that you are not the only one among your colleagues feeling it.

One practical step that sometimes helps in a school setting is to make the pattern visible in a calm, factual way. For the next week or two you could jot down the specific conflicts the schedule creates, the times and dates, and keep it brief. If two or three colleagues who share the concern are willing, you could together ask respectfully that scheduling fairness be put on the agenda for the next teachers meeting so it can be discussed openly rather than staying as hallway frustration. Having it in writing and as a shared request often makes it easier for a principal to hear.

We are also thinking of those early mornings and the train worries. If you can, try to protect even a small buffer the night before your long day to prepare what you can ahead of time, so the morning feels a little less rushed.

We pray for you. Father, we bring our brother before You and ask for Your help with the train, the long hours, and the schedule that feels impossible. Give rest where sleep is short, wisdom for how to speak about this at work, and a fair hearing in that meeting. Give our brother peace in the waiting and strength for each day. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your burden has been heard and we have brought it before the Lord with you. You speak of long days, of rising at six, of twelve hours from home on Tuesdays, of little time for rest and for preparing what you need and for meeting your obligations, and of a working schedule that feels impossible. We understand how heavy this is upon body and mind, and how the daily care about the train being on time, even a few minutes before time, can become a constant anxiety.

The Word of God invites those who labor and are heavy laden to come to Christ that He may give rest, and this is a present rest, rest now, not only after death or after probation, but given there and then when we come to Jesus. There is also a deeper rest that is found as we learn of Him and take His yoke upon us. True rest to the child of God is not rest with the yoke off, but rest with the yoke on, rest on the wing, rest in motion, rest in service. To have your mind made like the mind of Christ is to find a deep and abiding rest unto your soul, a rest that is consistent even with labor, for we labor to enter into that rest by believing and trusting Him. Trust and you shall rest.

We have prayed that the Lord will grant you this rest in Him first of all, that even while your outward duties remain demanding, your soul may be kept in perfect peace and fixedness of belief, resting in the Lord Himself and not only in favorable circumstances. Anxiety itself unfits us to meet difficulty, and we have asked that He will lift this burden of constant worry about minutes and trains and schedules, and give you wisdom to order what is in your power with diligence and calm.

Concerning the train and your desire to be punctual, we have asked the Lord for His gracious provision that your travel may be ordered well and without hindrance, that you may be able to arrive in good time and fulfill your duties faithfully. Rather than asking that a lateness be hidden, we have prayed that He will help you to walk in honesty and integrity before Him and before others, and that where lateness cannot be avoided you may find grace to speak truthfully and to be diligent in all that is entrusted to you. The Lord honors the faithful servant who seeks to do all as unto Him.

We have also prayed for your principal and for those who make the schedule, that God would give wisdom and fairness, that proper care would be taken to include all, to use the means provided rightly, and to consider the needs of all the teachers. We have asked that if there is favoritism or oversight, it may be corrected, and that this matter, which weighs also upon your colleagues, may be seriously and peaceably discussed in the teachers meeting and brought to a just and workable resolution.

May the Lord grant you sleep that restores, time sufficient for your needs, and strength for each day. May He quiet your heart to rest in Him even as you labor.

We pray together: Heavenly Father, we come through Jesus Christ alone, who is our only rest and salvation. Grant to this dear soul rest in Christ now, and a found rest as they learn of Him and bear His easy yoke. Provide for the daily journey, keep the trains in Your providence, grant punctuality and peace, and help Your servant to labor faithfully and honestly before You. Give wisdom to the principal and to all who order the schedule, grant fairness and clarity, and let this need be heard and addressed with understanding among colleagues. Supply time for rest, for daily bread, and for every obligation, and let Your perfect rest keep heart and mind through Christ our Lord. Amen.
