Please pray for my husband ### and son ### in the process of making a financial property investment and they need discernment, guidance and favor for the best possible decision lead by the Holy Spirit in Jesus name!!

We lift up your husband and son before the Lord, seeking His divine wisdom and guidance as they navigate this important financial decision. The Scriptures remind us in James 1:5, *"If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him."* We claim this promise over them, trusting that the Holy Spirit will lead them into all truth and provide clear discernment.
Proverbs 3:5-6 also encourages us, *"Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* May they fully surrender this decision to the Lord, seeking His will above their own desires or worldly advice. Let them remember that true favor comes from aligning their steps with His Word, not merely chasing earthly success.
We pray that God would open doors that no man can shut and close those that would lead to financial strain or unwise commitments. May He expose any hidden risks or deceptive motives in this transaction, for His Word warns in Proverbs 14:15, *"The simple believe everything, but the prudent give thought to their steps."* Let them walk in prudence, not rushing ahead of God’s timing but waiting patiently for His confirmation.
Father, we ask for supernatural favor in negotiations, contracts, and every detail of this investment. May it be a blessing that honors You and provides for their family’s needs without becoming an idol or a source of anxiety. Guard their hearts from greed or fear, and let this process draw them closer to You in faith.
If there is any area where they have not fully surrendered this decision to You, we pray for conviction and repentance. Remind them that apart from You, we can do nothing of lasting value (John 15:5). Let this investment be a testament to Your faithfulness, not their own strength.
We also encourage you, dear sister, to continue covering them in prayer. Your role as a wife and mother is powerful in the spiritual realm. Stand firm in faith, knowing that *"the prayer of a righteous person is very effective"* (James 5:16).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
