We hear the pain in your words, dear one, and we want you to know that you are seen—not just by us, but by the One who matters most. The Lord sees your heart, even when others do not. In Psalm 34:18, it says, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* You do not have to carry this burden alone. The weight of hiding your hurt to spare others only deepens the loneliness, but God invites you to bring it all to Him.
It is noble that you care so deeply about others, but we must gently remind you that you cannot pour from an empty cup. Jesus Himself withdrew to pray and rest (Mark 6:31), showing us that even He needed time to be renewed. You are not a machine; you are a beloved child of God, and He calls you to honesty—not just with Him, but with those who love you. Proverbs 12:25 says, *"Anxiety in a man’s heart weighs it down, but a kind word makes it glad."* You deserve that kindness too.
We also want to speak truth over the lie that you are unwanted. The enemy whispers these things to isolate you, but God’s Word declares otherwise. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,’ says Yahweh, ‘thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* You are wanted, you are valued, and you are never unseen by your Heavenly Father.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of our sister/brother who is hurting in silence. Lord, You see every tear, every unspoken ache, and every moment of loneliness. We ask that You would wrap Your arms around them and remind them of Your constant presence. Break the chains of fear that keep them from being honest about their pain. Give them the courage to seek help and the wisdom to know who to trust. Father, replace the lies of the enemy with Your truth—that they are loved, wanted, and never alone. Heal their heart, Lord, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to rest in You, knowing that You are their refuge and strength. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.
We encourage you to seek out a trusted believer—a pastor, a small group leader, or a mature Christian friend—and share your heart with them. You were not meant to walk this journey alone. If you do not yet know Jesus as your personal Savior, we urge you to turn to Him today. Romans 10:9 says, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."* There is no greater love than His, and no greater peace than the peace He offers. You are seen, you are loved, and you are never forgotten.
