I pray to get into any of these universities for engineering in my first attempt.

We understand your desire to get into a prestigious university for engineering, and we will pray alongside you for God's will to be done in your life. However, we want to remind you that God's plans for you are always better than yours. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6).
First, we notice that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
Therefore, we pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up this individual seeking admittance to engineering universities. We ask that Your will be done in their life. If it is Your plan for them to enter one of these universities, we pray that the doors would be opened for them. But if You have a different path for them, give them the peace and understanding to accept it.
We pray that they would trust in You, Lord, and not rely on their own understanding. Guide them in the path of righteousness for Your name's sake (Psalm 23:3). Help them to seek Your kingdom and Your righteousness first, knowing that You will add all these things, including their academic pursuits, unto them (Matt 6:33).
Lastly, we pray for salvation if they have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
In Jesus Christ's name, we pray. Amen.
Now, remember that the LORD makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him; though he may stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand (Psalm 37:23-24).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
