We come before You, Heavenly Father, with heavy hearts as we lift up this dear brother or sister who has endured years of harassment, deception, and injustice. The pain of being lied about, belittled, and even forced into hardship is a burden no one should have to carry, yet we know that You see every tear, every struggle, and every moment of despair. We stand on Your promise in Psalm 37:5-6, which says, *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine out like the dawn, your justice like the noonday sun."* Lord, we declare that You are the God of justice, and we trust that You will vindicate this child of Yours in Your perfect timing and in Your perfect way.
Father, we rebuke the spirit of deception and lies that has been at work against this family. We know that the enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We pray that every lie spoken against them would be exposed and that the truth would prevail. We ask that You would bring repentance to those who have acted unjustly, that they may turn from their ways and seek Your face. Your Word tells us in Proverbs 28:13, *"He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy."* We pray that mercy and truth would meet in this situation, and that righteousness would prevail.
We also lift up this family’s need for stability and provision. Being forced into hardship, especially with children, is a heavy weight to bear. But we know that You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides. We stand on Your promise in Philippians 4:19, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Lord, we ask that You would open doors of opportunity, provide safe and stable housing, and restore what has been lost. We declare that no weapon formed against this family shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that every plan of the enemy to sabotage their progress would be thwarted in the mighty name of Jesus.
Father, we also pray for this dear one’s heart. It is easy to grow weary when injustice seems to prevail, but we encourage them to hold fast to Your Word. Galatians 6:9 reminds us, *"Let us not be weary in doing good, for we will reap in due season, if we don’t give up."* We pray that they would find strength in You, that their faith would not waver, and that they would continue to walk in love and forgiveness, even toward those who have wronged them. Help them to remember that vengeance belongs to You (Romans 12:19), and that You will repay.
We also want to gently address the mention of covering this family with the blood of Jesus. While we know the power of the blood of Christ to cleanse, protect, and redeem, we must emphasize that it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we have access to this covering. If this dear one has not yet placed their trust in Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we urge them to do so. Acts 4:12 tells us, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and it is only through Him that we can approach the Father. If they have already surrendered their life to Christ, we rejoice with them and encourage them to continue walking in that truth.
Lord, we ask that You would surround this family with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May they feel Your presence in a tangible way, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We pray that they would experience Your healing, restoration, and provision in every area of their lives. We declare that this season of hardship will not define them, but rather, it will be a testimony of Your faithfulness and power.
We pray all of this in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
