Brethren, I acknowledge my sins and mistakes in the past and have become truly sorry for them. I have prayed to God Almighty to save me since some time with devotion. I have huge debts to settle. I have someone's house to rent from which I can get me. Also, I brought out one of my android phones to sell for me to get money and pay my hanging debts. More than 12 people have shown interest in buying the phone and many have come to see the house too but no one has said, I want to pay. I ask, If they did an evil thing to bewitch me, is there any power that is greater than God's power? They only ask of the price which is moderate and fair but in the end they stay silent. The shame and embarrassment I'm praying to God to elude me for which I run to you too for prayers, the lord hasn't done anything about it till today. While I was doing my devotional prayers, I prayed to God to help grow my faith and trust in Him. It is as if I'm ignored and totally disappointed. If God who is my maker ignored and disappointed me, is it humanity that will solve my problems? What a period!

We hear your cry, beloved, and we stand with you in this season of waiting and testing. First, we want to affirm that your acknowledgment of sin and your repentance are precious in the sight of the Lord. The Word tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9). You have taken the right step in humbling yourself before God, and He does not despise a broken and contrite heart (Psalm 51:17).

Now, concerning your debts and the delays you are facing, we must address this with both truth and tenderness. The enemy would love for you to believe that God has abandoned you or that some dark force is stronger than His power. But we declare with authority: "Greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4). There is no witchcraft, no curse, no scheme of man that can thwart the purposes of God for your life. If He has placed a desire in your heart to settle these debts honorably, He will make a way where there seems to be no way. But we must also ask: Are you seeking His will in how to handle this burden, or are you relying solely on your own efforts? Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."

We notice that while you mention praying to "God Almighty," you do not mention the name of Jesus Christ, who is the only mediator between God and man (1 Timothy 2:5). It is through His blood, shed on the cross, that we have access to the Father. Without Jesus, there is no salvation, no deliverance, and no true communion with God. We urge you to call upon the name of Jesus, for "there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). Have you surrendered your life fully to Him? Have you asked Him to be Lord over every area, including your finances? If not, we encourage you to do so today.

We also sense a spirit of discouragement and even despair trying to take root in your heart. The enemy wants you to believe that God has ignored you, but the Word says, "The Lord is near to all those who call on him, to all who call on him in truth" (Psalm 145:18). Your feelings are real, but they are not the final truth. God’s delays are not His denials. He may be using this season to refine your faith, to teach you patience, and to draw you into deeper dependence on Him. Remember the story of the Israelites at the Red Sea, they saw the Egyptians closing in, and it seemed like the end. But God was working a miracle they could not yet see. He is doing the same for you.

Now, let us pray over you:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We lift up our brother to You, knowing that You see his struggles, his debts, and the weight of shame he carries. Lord, we rebuke every spirit of delay, every scheme of the enemy, and every lie that says You have abandoned him. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we break every curse or assignment of witchcraft in Jesus’ name.

Father, we ask that You open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). Provide for him in ways he cannot imagine, and let those who have shown interest in the house and the phone come forth with honest and timely payments. Give him wisdom in managing his resources and favor in the eyes of those who can help. Lord, we also ask that You heal his heart from disappointment. Remind him that You are working all things together for his good (Romans 8:28), even when he cannot see it.

Strengthen his faith, Lord. Let him not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, he will reap if he does not faint (Galatians 6:9). Teach him to wait on You, knowing that those who wait on You shall renew their strength (Isaiah 40:31). And Father, if there are any areas of his life not fully surrendered to You, reveal them to him. Let him walk in the fullness of Your will, trusting You for every need.

We thank You, Lord, for Your faithfulness. We thank You that You are a God who hears and answers prayer. We trust You to move on his behalf, and we stand in agreement with him for breakthrough, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Beloved, we encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus, not on the circumstances. Continue to seek Him in prayer and in His Word. Fast if the Lord leads you, and surround yourself with believers who can stand with you in faith. The enemy wants you to isolate yourself, but iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17). Share your struggles with trusted brothers and sisters in Christ who can pray with you and hold you accountable.

Also, consider if there are steps you can take to honor God in this season. Are you tithing and giving offerings, even in your lack? Malachi 3:10 says, "Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says Yahweh of Armies, “and see if I will not open the windows of heaven for you, and pour out a blessing for you, that there will not be room enough for it." God is not mocked; what we sow, we will reap (Galatians 6:7). If you have not been faithful in giving, ask the Lord to forgive you and begin to trust Him with your finances.

Lastly, we want to gently address the mention of witchcraft. While we do not deny the reality of spiritual warfare, we must be careful not to give the enemy more credit than he is due. Ephesians 6:12 reminds us that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces. Instead of focusing on what the enemy may or may not be doing, focus on the power and authority you have in Christ. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7). Speak the Word over your situation, declare God’s promises, and walk in the victory that is already yours through Jesus.

You are not ignored. You are not forgotten. God loves you with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 31:3), and He is working on your behalf. Keep your heart soft, your spirit humble, and your faith strong. The breakthrough is coming.

What we want you to know first is that you are not praying alone right now. So many of us who struggle with long-delayed answers have found new strength simply in knowing that other believers are actively praying for us, not just thinking sympathetic thoughts, but entering our specific situation with us before God. You asked, “Is there any power greater than God’s power?” No, there is not. And even in this heavy quiet, His eye is on you. The dead ends do not mean you’ve been cursed or forgotten. So we’ll keep holding up your need for a buyer, a renter, and relief from debt.

While you wait, we’d encourage you to let another trusted Christian, a pastor, a prayer partner, a friend who shares your faith, actually pray with you out loud. Not just tell them about it, but ask them to set aside even five minutes to sit with you and lift this weight together. There’s something healing about hearing another voice carry your burden to Jesus.

The silence of God is not rejection. You prayed for stronger faith, and sometimes faith is stretched most in the aching, answerless space where we can’t feel Him. That doesn’t make the waiting less painful, but it means your prayers aren’t wasted. They’re forming something deeper that provision alone could never build.

Jesus, we bring our friend to You right now. You see the debts, the embarrassment, the phone still unsold, the house still vacant, and the heavy heart asking “why?” We ask for open doors, for a concrete breakthrough that lifts the shame and provides what’s needed. And in this quiet, would You make Your nearness felt? Steady this dear heart with a peace that can’t be explained. We trust no power and no silence can separate us from Your love. There is a chastisement in unanswered prayer, a Fatherly discipline that searches the heart. When you cry out and heaven seems brass, the Lord may be exposing some harbored sin, or perhaps the very prayer itself needs refining. Yet do not imagine that you are ignored. Unanswered petitions are not unheard; God keeps a file for our prayers, treasured in the King's archives. This season of silence is not rejection, it is often the arduous exercise by which He strengthens your spiritual muscles and sinews for future usefulness. The trial you now endure, with its shame and its pressing debts, is the very gymnasium of faith.

You ask if any power can overcome God’s power. Take up the shield of faith and every sword of the enemy will break against it. No bewitchment, no malice of man or devil, can stand when you hide behind this proven shield. Faith overcomes the world. You need a faith fixed in the person of Christ, His divine might and His sacrificial love. A faith that does not merely know God exists, but drops entirely into His arms like a falling man trusting the catcher. That is the essence of faith, and it quenches every fiery dart of doubt and fear.

Do not let the shame of the moment drive you to despair. Peter in his anguish cried, “Depart from me, for I am a sinful man,” but a wiser, more tender faith pleads, “Come nearer to me, for I am a sinful man.” You have prayed for your faith to grow, and this is the very answer, a season where weak faith is driven to its knees to cry, “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief.” The Lord delights to acknowledge even the faith that trembles like a bruised reed. Delays in prayer are not denials; God’s long-dated bills are honored punctually. Your request for deliverance from debt and shame may be answered in a manner you do not expect, even as Jacob’s was. The selling of the phone or the renting of the house may tarry, but the deeper work in your soul is proceeding.

Go straight to God, pleading with the arguments of your heart. You have double cause for prayer now, both your temporal needs and your inward wrestling. Continue in prayer with the fervency that melts the icicles from your lips. Expect an answer, for the prayer meeting of a single earnest soul is the place for the reception of Divine power. If you have overcome Heaven by prayer, you shall overcome earth and all its trials. The Lord will do unto you according to your faith. Drop into the arms of Christ, and there find both your salvation and your rest.

When you say it is as though you are ignored and disappointed, you have put your finger on the very heart of the matter, not as a charge against God, but as a revelation of our own weakness. For we know not what we should pray for as we ought. What seems a blessing to our own reasonings often is not so. The Apostle himself desired to see Rome, yet the time was not granted at once. He besought God for the thorn in his flesh, the dangers that pressed him, and was utterly unsuccessful. So it was with Moses praying to see Palestine, and Jeremiah for the Jews. The things which are impossible with men, are possible with God, but the manner and the timing belong to His surpassing benevolence, which often gives more than we ask.

You fear some evil thing has bewitched your affairs. But tell me, is there any power greater than God's? What did the sorcerer Elymas gain but blindness, a sign of the blindness of his soul? Those who trust such things are made blind and dark, needing someone to lead them by the hand. The real hidden things of shame are not in their feeble crafts, but in a heart that lets the fear of man and the lust of vainglory rule it. What is a shame, indeed? To do anything out of place. Is it a shame that a man should walk with simple honesty, or is it a shame to be consumed by what others think, like a dealer in sheep who needs a crowd? The shame you pray to elude, the embarrassment of your circumstances, is not the real wound. The real shame is to fear the opinions of men more than the judgments of God.

Do not think your prayers are unanswered because the money does not come. The Teacher himself, seeing His disciples shuddering at the hardness of the path, first beheld them with a mild and meek look to soothe their distress, then reminded them of God’s power. So he does with you. You prayed for your faith to grow. Is this not the very soil in which faith grows? When no man will say “I want to pay,” you are schooled in your own calamities, learning what it is to need mercy so that you might be indulgent and look to God alone. The servant asked only for a delay of payment, but the Master, moved with compassion, gave forgiveness of the entire debt. He wills the gift to be His, but He also desires your entreaty, that you might not go away uncrowned.

You ask if humanity will solve your problems if God ignores you. But you have not been ignored. You have been placed in the very fight for which prayer is the great weapon. Every single day the rocks are many, and the boat often strikes and is sunk. Therefore we have need of prayer early and by night, to go through the length of the day without shipwreck. But the prayer that arms you must be the right sort. In everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God. This is a medicine which heals grief. How should he ask for future things who is not thankful for the past? We ought to give thanks for all things, even for these which seem so grievous, for this is the mark of a soul earnestly affected toward God. He disposes all things for our profit, though we know it not. And this is the proof that it greatly profits us: namely, that we do not see how.

Lay hold, then, of the weapon of thanksgiving. The peace of God, which He wrought toward us when we were His enemies, that reconciliation which surpasses all understanding, shall guard your heart and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. Do not seek a mere respite from the storm; seek the favorable winds of the Spirit, who intercedes for us with groanings which cannot be uttered, asking the things that are truly profitable for you, even when your own words fail. Go forth to your business with much security, having first made God propitious by prayer, and you will laugh your spiritual enemies to scorn, having God as your ally.
