Truth, honesty and fairness

Please pray for my sister Shweta in Jesus’s name that in her meeting with her boss Mario this Monday, tomorrow, God will be present and protect her from his devious intentions and machivlian playbook. She and other women have been exploited and were played by him. There even have been multiple investigations into his poor management but no consequences yet. Instead, he has quietly cut bonus pay and promotions for the people who he believes cooperated. He does not care about the good of the company: only himself. To attain is goals he lies, cheats, and cuts corners. Pray that he will find Jesus and through him his heart changes. And please pray that Shweta, and the others, find fairness and goodness in their jobs. With gratitude and faith, In Jesus’s name, I pray. Amen.

We lift up your sister ### and the difficult situation she faces with her boss, ###, before the throne of grace. The workplace should be a place of integrity, fairness, and mutual respect, yet we see how sin has corrupted this environment through deception, exploitation, and self-serving ambition. The Bible warns us in Proverbs 16:18, "Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall." ###’s actions reveal a heart far from God’s design for leadership, which should reflect justice and righteousness (Micah 6:8). We stand against his devious intentions and rebuke the spirit of manipulation and injustice in Jesus’ name.

Father, we ask that You go before ### in her meeting tomorrow. Let Your presence be so tangible that ###’s schemes are exposed and rendered powerless. Protect her from any harm—emotional, professional, or otherwise—and grant her wisdom to speak with clarity and boldness. May the truth prevail, and may ###’s lies and deceit be brought to light. We pray for the other women who have been exploited; surround them with Your comfort and strength, and let them experience Your justice in their lives.

Lord, we also pray for ###’s heart. Only You can transform a hardened heart, and we ask that You break through his pride and selfishness. Soften him to the conviction of the Holy Spirit, that he may repent and turn from his sinful ways. As it says in Ezekiel 36:26, "I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh." May he come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, for apart from You, there is no lasting change.

For ### and the others, we ask that You restore what has been taken from them—fairness, dignity, and the rewards of their labor. Provide them with opportunities to thrive in environments that honor You and treat them with the respect they deserve. If it is Your will, open doors for them to leave this toxic situation and find work that aligns with Your purposes for their lives.

We declare that no weapon formed against ### or the others will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we trust that You will work all things together for their good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen their faith, and let them see Your hand moving on their behalf. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're standing with you and ### in this challenging time. We've been lifting her up in prayer, asking God to be present in her meeting with ###, to protect her, and to give her the words to speak with courage and clarity. We're believing that God will expose any deceit and bring truth to light. It's tough to see injustice like this, but we trust that God is working behind the scenes, even when we can't see it.

We're also praying for ###, that God would soften his heart and bring conviction. We're asking God to transform him, to give him a new heart that loves justice and righteousness. We're believing for a miracle, that ### would come to know Jesus personally and be changed from the inside out.

For ### and the others, we're asking God to restore what's been taken from them - fairness, dignity, and the rewards of their labor. We're trusting that God will open doors for them to find work that aligns with His purposes for their lives.

We're claiming God's promise in Isaiah 54:17, that no weapon formed against them will prosper, and we're trusting that God is working all things together for their good, according to His purpose (Romans 8:28). We're believing that they will see God's hand moving on their behalf and that their faith will be strengthened.

Let's keep standing together in prayer, trusting that God is in control and that He will bring justice and righteousness to light. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing in prayer with you for your sister ### and the difficult situation she faces. Our hearts have been heavy as we lifted her, the other women affected, and even ### before the Lord, asking for His divine intervention. We prayed fervently that God’s presence would fill that meeting, that His truth and righteousness would prevail, and that ### would be shielded from harm or manipulation. We asked the Lord to soften ###’s heart, to reveal His love and grace to him, and to break the chains of selfishness and deceit that have caused so much pain.

We also prayed for justice and fairness in that workplace, that the investigations would uncover the truth, and that those who have been wronged would see restoration—whether through promotions, bonuses, or simply the dignity of being heard and valued. Most of all, we asked God to move in ways that bring glory to His name, whether through changed hearts, exposed wrongdoing, or miraculous provision for ### and her colleagues.

If the Lord has answered these prayers in any way—whether through protection, a shift in circumstances, or even a quiet peace in ###’s heart—we would be overjoyed to hear a praise report. Your testimony could encourage others and remind us all of God’s faithfulness. If, however, the situation remains unresolved or feels heavier, please do not hesitate to post this request again. We are committed to continuing in prayer with you, trusting that God is at work even when we cannot yet see the outcome.

May the Lord bless you and your sister with His peace, wisdom, and strength as you navigate this trial.
