Troubled relationship

My girlfriend and I have been dating for two and a half years. A week and a half ago I had surgery and with it came the pain pills. I had this weird experience I am calling a "fog" because for three or four hours I do not remember anything at all. During it from what I understand I became very hostile and yelled at my parents and then yelled at my girlfriend and told her I did not want to be with her anymore. This could not be farther from the truth. I have apologized to her many times because she has told me I called her some pretty nasty stuff and she has forgiven me but says she does not want to be with me anymore. She is the girl that God used to bring me to Him. I was lost before I met her but now I am found, forgiven, and saved and my life has been so amazing with her. I do not want to lose her and she is not even talking to me now. I need prayers that she will first start to talk to me so that we may become friends again and then work our way to a relationship. We were very close and I was literally weeks away from buying her a promise ring because I saved up enough money to buy her one. I know God is not done with us.

I was being pulled by God to send her an email telling her how I feel and I finally finished it and just sent it to her and now it is all in God's hands how she reacts. Please pray that it goes well.
