Beloved of All
We have heard your cry for help and for grace, and we join you in bringing it before the Lord who hears those who call upon Him in truth.
You ask that this troubled mind may be taken away and that you and your loved ones may be healed. Know that confusion and turmoil often arise not only from the circumstances around us, but from the condition of our own mind within. When the mind is ordered to trust God and to bear all things with contentment in Him, even in a storm there can be a calm. The Lord Himself said to His disciples, be not troubled, for He gives a peace that is not like the peace the world gives.
That peace surpasses all understanding and will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus. It is found when we turn to Him, forsake sin which is opposed to love, and seek to live in peace and in unity with Him. For the God of love and peace promises to be with those who seek Him. He does not only advise us to be at peace, He prays for us and gives us the grace to have it, if we remain firm in faith in His Son.
So we pray for you now.
Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son through whom alone we have salvation, have mercy upon this dear one and upon their loved ones. Look upon their troubled mind and grant healing and rest. Take away fear and confusion and pour out Your grace, that they may know Your peace which guards the heart. Strengthen them to trust You in every trial, to walk in righteousness before You, and to find calm not in the absence of trouble but in Your presence. Heal them according to Your will, in body and in mind, and draw them and those they love ever closer to You. Amen.
