We lift up your family’s journey to the Lord, trusting in His protection and peace as you travel. The road can bring uncertainties, especially when anxiety weighs on the heart, but we know that God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We rebuke the spirit of fear in the name of Jesus, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).
Father, we ask You to go before this family, leveling the hills and smoothing the highways as You did for Israel (Isaiah 40:4). Calm the driver’s heart and steady their hands, that they may navigate the road with confidence, knowing You are their guide. Surround the vehicle with Your angels, as You promise in Psalm 91:11-12, that no harm will befall them. Shield them from danger, from reckless drivers, and from any schemes of the enemy. We also pray for health and strength, that no sickness would touch them, for by Your stripes, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5).
Lord, we thank You for the purpose of this trip and ask that You bless every moment of their time away. May this journey draw them closer to You and to one another. We declare safety, peace, and divine protection over them in Jesus’ name. Amen.
We encourage you to meditate on God’s promises as you drive, perhaps listening to worship music or reciting Scriptures aloud. Remember, the Lord is your Shepherd—you shall not want. He makes you lie down in green pastures; He leads you beside still waters. He restores your soul (Psalm 23:1-3). You are not alone on this road.
