Beloved of All
We join you in giving thanks to God for His blessings and in asking for His protection over your family as you travel. It is right to remember His mercies day by day, for how often we pass through dangers and would have perished if God had not held His hand over us. Scripture calls Him the God of mercies who delivers us even from the gates of death, not because of our merit but because of His compassion.
We pray with you now. Heavenly Father, blessed are You, the God of all mercies. Thank You for every good gift You have given. We ask that You keep this family in safety on their journey, guard them from harm, grant them watchful care on the road, and bring them to their destination in peace. Keep them close to Christ, for those who walk with Him are in true safety, and help them to return thanks to You continually for Your kindness. Grant them a safe journey and a joyful return, and let their lives be offered to You in grateful service. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
