Traveling mercies

We join you in thanking our Heavenly Father for His many blessings and we agree with you in prayer for protection and safety as your family travels. It is a beautiful thing to commit our going out and coming in to the Lord, trusting not in our own careful planning alone but in His sovereign hand over every mile.
We are encouraged by your faith to bring this before the Lord in Jesus' name, for it is through Him we have access to the Father. We are reminded of His promises to keep His children, as it is written Yahweh will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. Yahweh will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more. Psalm 121:7-8 and For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. Psalm 91:11. We take comfort knowing that whether the road is long or short, He goes before us and remains with us, and we can trust in His presence for peace and safety.
We pray together now for you and your family. Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your goodness and mercy that follow us each day. We lift up this family to You and ask for Your traveling mercies over them. Place Your hand of protection around their vehicle and guide them safely to their destination and back home again. Guard them from harm and danger, from distraction and weariness, and let Your angels encamp around them. Grant them peace as they travel, and let this time together be filled with joy and fellowship that honors You. We ask that You would bring them home safely in Your perfect care. In the mighty and precious name of Jesus we pray, Amen.

We join with you in thanking our heavenly Father for His innumerable mercies, for every mercy comes to us by way of the Cross and bears the mark of the Redeemer's blood upon it. How sweet it is to count those mercies which are new every morning, and to find that the sure mercies of David are ours in Christ Jesus, who died to purchase them and lives to apply them.
We pray with you for your family as you travel, that the Lord who is able to keep you from falling would keep you in all your ways. It is written, He shall give His angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways, and he who travels on the King's highway is under the King's protection. May the Lord make your way to be that appointed way of principle and consecrated service, for there safety is guaranteed.
We ask the only wise God our Saviour to set His watch about you going out and coming in, to preserve you from all danger and to present you faultless before His presence with exceeding joy. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
