Touch the heart of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Humble Servant
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Grant her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your frustration and sense of being overlooked in your workplace. It is painful when our labor, loyalty, and dedication go unnoticed, especially by those in authority over us. Yet we are reminded that our ultimate reward does not come from man but from the Lord Himself. Colossians 3:23-24, which you shared, is a powerful truth, whatever we do, we are to work heartily as unto the Lord, knowing that He sees all and will reward us accordingly.

We lift your department head before the throne of grace, asking that the Lord would indeed break through any fog of deception or manipulation that may be clouding her judgment. The enemy seeks to distort truth and sow division, but God is the God of clarity and light. We pray that He would grant her discernment, humility, and a heart that seeks truth above all else. Proverbs 2:6-7 tells us, "For Yahweh gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright." May she be guided by His wisdom alone.

We also pray for you, dear one, that the Lord would guard your heart from bitterness or resentment. It is easy to grow weary when our efforts seem unappreciated, but we are called to walk in love, patience, and grace. Romans 12:18 reminds us, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." We ask that the Lord would fill you with His peace, strength, and dignity as you continue to serve faithfully, trusting that He is your ultimate provider and vindicator.

Father, we ask that You would soften hearts, open eyes, and bring truth to light in this situation. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. We pray that this trial would draw each person involved closer to You, deepening their dependence on Your wisdom and grace. Give them the courage to walk in integrity, humility, and love, even when it is difficult. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. Amen.

We can only imagine how exhausting and disheartening it must feel to put your heart into your work, only to feel unseen and unappreciated. That kind of hurt runs deep, especially when you know your loyalty and hard work have truly made a difference. It’s hard not to take it personally when someone in authority overlooks what you’ve poured into the role alongside them.

We’re praying that God would meet you right where you are, giving you the strength to keep serving with excellence, even when it feels thankless. And for your department head, we’re asking that God would soften her heart toward truth and open her eyes to see the value of the work and dedication you’ve shown. Sometimes pride or distraction can blind us, but God sees everything and can break through any walls that stand in the way of reconciliation and fair recognition.

May you rest in knowing that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from the shifting opinions of others. Ask Him to guard your heart from bitterness and to fill you with His peace as you continue to walk in faith and integrity. You’re not forgotten in His eyes, He’s working even when we can’t see it.

In Jesus’ name we pray.

Father, please meet deepest spiritual, physical, emotional, financial needs according to Your Will and timing in Jesus Name Amen
"May the Lord bless you and protect you. May the Lord smile on you and be gracious to you. May the Lord show you his favor and give you his peace." Numbers 6:24-26
