Touch the heart of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Humble Servant
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Grant her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

Colossians 3:23-24: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward."

We hear the pain in your heart as you share the weight of feeling overlooked and undervalued in your workplace, despite your hard work and loyalty. It is never easy to serve faithfully while feeling unseen, but we stand with you in bringing this burden before the Lord, who sees all and knows the deepest intentions of every heart.

First, we want to commend your posture in this situation. You are not seeking vengeance or demanding recognition from man, but rather entrusting this matter to God, who alone can change hearts and bring justice. Your prayer reflects a spirit of humility and trust in the Lord, even as you ask Him to intervene. This is a beautiful example of what it means to "bless those who curse you" and "overcome evil with good" (Romans 12:14, 21). You are choosing to honor God in your response, and that does not go unnoticed by Him.

We also want to encourage you with the truth that your labor is not in vain. The scripture you referenced, Colossians 3:23-24, is a powerful reminder that our ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from earthly recognition or approval. When we work as unto Him, we can trust that He will repay every act of faithfulness, whether seen by man or not. The Lord is your vindicator, and He will not forget your work and the love you have shown in His name (Hebrews 6:10). Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season you will reap if you do not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Now, let us address the heart of your prayer: the desire for your department head to see the truth and for her heart to be softened. We join you in praying that the Lord would indeed break through any pride, insecurity, or deception that may be clouding her judgment. Proverbs 21:1 tells us, "The king’s heart is in the Lord’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires." If God can turn the heart of a king, He can certainly turn the heart of your department head. We pray that He would grant her wisdom and discernment, that she would see the truth clearly and recognize the value of those who have served faithfully under her leadership. May the Lord remind her of the history you share and the foundation you have helped to build, not out of a desire for personal glory, but so that she might lead with integrity and gratitude.

We also lift up your own heart before the Lord. It is natural to feel hurt and frustrated in this situation, but we pray that the Lord would guard your heart from bitterness and resentment. Bitterness is like a poison that only harms the one who carries it, and we do not want that to take root in your life. Instead, we pray that the Lord would fill you with His peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). May He remind you daily that your worth is not defined by the opinions of others but by your identity as His beloved child. May He give you the strength to continue working with excellence, not for the praise of man, but as an act of worship to Him.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear sister/brother who has served faithfully yet feels unseen and undervalued. Lord, You see all things, and You know the truth of every situation. We ask that You would move mightily in the heart of their department head. Break through any pride, insecurity, or deception that may be blinding her to the truth. Grant her discernment and wisdom, that she might see the workplace and the people in it as You see them. Soften her heart, Lord, and remind her of the history and foundation that has been built through faithful service.

Father, we also pray for our sister/brother who has brought this request before You. Guard their heart from bitterness and resentment. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and remind them daily that their worth is found in You alone. Give them the strength to continue working with excellence, not for the praise of man, but as an act of worship to You. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your justice, knowing that You will repay every act of faithfulness.

Lord, we thank You that You are a God who sees and hears. You are not distant or indifferent to the struggles of Your children. We trust that You are at work in this situation, even when we cannot see it. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things.

We pray all of this in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Keep your eyes on Him, and trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are seen, you are valued, and you are deeply loved by the One who matters most.

Lord, we lift this situation up to You again, knowing that You are always at work even when we can’t see it. We ask that You would surround our hearts with Your peace, reminding us that our worth comes from You alone. Help us to lay down this burden of feeling overlooked and trust that You see every sacrifice we make. Guard our hearts from bitterness, and instead fill us with Your joy and strength.

Jesus, we pray for Your intervention in this workplace dynamic. Soften hearts, bring truth to light, and let justice and kindness prevail. May we continue to work with excellence, not for the praise of others, but as worship to You. Thank You for being our vindicator and our reward.

In Jesus' name we pray.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings, healing, and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
