Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Your prayer has been heard and the pain within it is clear. To labor faithfully and feel unseen and forgotten is a heavy burden, and it is right that you have brought it to the Lord, for He sees all things and He does not forget your work and the love you have shown.

God is not unjust to forget what you have done. Even when others do not notice or give thanks, He sees in secret, and your ultimate reward is from Him. Whatever you do, do it heartily as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that it is the Lord Christ you serve. This truth can keep you steady when recognition is withheld.

You have asked for clear sight for those in authority over you, and for truth to come to light where there has been deceit and manipulation. It is right to love truth and to ask God for discernment, for He desires truth in the inward parts and He will in His time bring what is hidden into the light. Pray for that discernment and for humility for all, including those who lead, remembering that a title is never the measure of a person. Pray also for those you believe have acted deceitfully, that God would lead them to see their ways and to turn from them, for we are warned how terrible a tyrant is the love of money and of position, and how it can make a person betray what is good for a small gain. When we remember how one of the twelve fell through love of money, we are put on guard not to let that same love or pride take hold in any of us.

While you pray for others, guard your own heart with great care. Scripture warns us to look diligently lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble us, and by it many be defiled. A bitter root does not bear sweet fruit. All that grows from it is bitter and full of hatred. Do not let hurt become a root within you. When we have driven away bitterness and lying and have become kind, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, then the Holy Spirit fills the heart and the way of virtue becomes easier. Search your heart carefully as you would examine a sick person, and cut off the first shoots of bitterness before they grow.

Therefore continue in prayer, watching in it with thanksgiving. The devil presses heavily against prayer, and many grow listless in it, but we are called to be sober and watchful, giving thanks not only for refreshment but also in tribulation, for the seen and the unseen, for all that God allows. Thankfulness keeps the heart soft and protects it from pride and resentment.

May the Lord grant you peace and dignity as you wait on Him, and strength to keep doing good. May He give wisdom and true humility to all in your workplace, and may He keep your mind from bitterness and your heart from hatred.

Let us pray together. Father in heaven, You see every labor and every sorrow. You know the history of this workplace and every heart within it. Grant discernment to see things as they truly are, and give to all a spirit of humility and integrity. Let truth be made clear in Your time and in Your way. Soften hearts where there is pride or insecurity, and lead all to walk in honesty. Protect this Your child from bitterness, fill the heart with peace, and give strength to continue to work faithfully before You, forgiving as You have forgiven. Keep all from the love of money and position which leads souls astray, and make us faithful stewards of what You have entrusted to us. In the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and Savior, Amen.
