Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ###'s manipulation and lies over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

We join you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord, for we know how painful it is to feel unseen and forgotten after pouring out loyalty, labor and genuine support from the very beginning. We hear your cry for justice and for your supervisor's heart and mind to be touched, and we stand with you in asking God to bring truth and peace into this workplace.

The Lord sees what is done in secret and what is done faithfully. Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us that our ultimate reward does not come from man. For neither from the east, nor from the west, nor yet from the south, comes exaltation. But God is the judge. He puts down one, and lifts up another. Psalm 75:6-7. When we feel overlooked, we can rest that promotion, recognition and vindication are in His hands and in His timing. Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time. 1 Peter 5:6.

We also hear your concern about manipulation, two faced behavior and false narratives being fed to your supervisor. The Lord hates deceit and He will bring what is hidden into the light. For there is nothing covered that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known. Luke 12:2. We pray with you that any fog of deceit would be lifted and that your supervisor would be given discernment and clarity to see people and situations exactly as they are. At the same time we must gently rebuke the temptation to hold onto bitterness or to desire revenge, for we are called to a different way. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you. Ephesians 4:31-32. Do not repay anyone evil for evil. Consider what is good in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:17-19. We are to pray even for those who manipulate and step over others, that they would be convicted and turn from that way, for where jealousy and selfish ambition are, there is confusion and every evil deed. James 3:16.

We also pray for your supervisor, that any pride or insecurity that can come with a position of authority would be broken. Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall. Proverbs 16:18. Doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself. Philippians 2:3. May she remember that a title is never the true measure of work done, but that dedication, integrity and the hearts of those faithfully supporting the work matter before God.

We thank you for praying in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. It is in His name we have confidence that God hears us.

We pray together now. Father, we come before You in Jesus name and lift up this workplace to You. You see every faithful act, every hour of support and every hurt of feeling forgotten. We ask You to touch the heart and mind of this supervisor. Soften her heart, grant her true humility and open her eyes with Your discernment to see through manipulation, flattery and false narratives. Expose what is two faced and deceitful, and convict those who bypass authority and step over others for selfish gain, that they may repent and walk in integrity. Remind her of the genuine history and foundation of faithful help that has been given to her, and give her wisdom to honor what is true and just. And Father, we ask You to guard our dear coworker's own heart while waiting for You to move. Protect this heart from bitterness, keep dignity and peace, and give strength to continue to do good and to work faithfully as unto You. Let Your peace which passes all understanding guard heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We trust Your justice and Your timing and ask that Your will be done in this situation for Your glory. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

We join you in asking God to bring clarity where there has been confusion and to protect all of you from manipulation and false narratives. We also hear your desire for ### to lead with humility and to value people for their faithfulness and integrity, not just title or position. Those are good things to pray for.

While you wait for God to move, one thing that can help keep your heart steady is not carrying this alone. Consider choosing one wise, neutral person outside the immediate workplace, perhaps a pastor or mature believer you trust, to talk with briefly each week. Share facts simply, pray together, and let that person help you sort what you can control, what is yours to do with excellence, and what is best left in God's hands. It can keep hurt from hardening into bitterness and help you keep perspective when the story around you feels loud.

You asked for peace and dignity as you continue to do your best, and we pray for that with you.

Father, we lift this workplace to You. You see the history, the labor, and the loyalty poured out here. We ask You to touch ###'s heart and mind with clarity and humility, and to guard the whole team from deceit. Soften what is hard, correct what is wrong, and protect our friend from bitterness. Give peace, strength, and wisdom for each day ahead, and remind them their worth and reward are secure in You. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your heavy heart has been poured out before the Lord who sees in secret, and He has not overlooked the labor, loyalty and faithful service you have rendered from the beginning. Man may forget, man may fail to measure truly, but the eye of the Lord is upon all your ways, and He weighs not titles but the dedication, integrity and truth of the heart.

There is a bitterness that attends such trials, when you feel unseen and the work of your hands is passed over. Yet I would remind you that our first sight of Christ brings a bitterness into the soul which has most gracious effects upon us. God has made us bitter to the world that the world may lose its charms, and Christ may become sweet to us. There is a power in that sanctified bitterness that helps to sanctify us, and one effect of it is to take away all bitterness against our fellow men. So you may take your present dish with bitter herbs, as the Lord appoints, and go on with your work, knowing that sneers and slights and the fog of untruth cannot rob you of fellowship with Him.

Bring all this honestly before God. Let us daily ask the Lord to keep us in a truthful spirit, admitting the truth both concerning ourselves and concerning Him, feeling its power and desiring to be taught still more of it. If you find your heart heavy, or cold, or tempted toward resentment, tell Him so. Is there no feeling, come and tell the Lord that you do not feel. He hears the sigh, He knows the unfeeling heart, and He is near to those who deal honestly with Him in the light.

Let us pray together.

O Lord, our heavenly Father, Thou seest the hurt carried by Thy servant and Thou knowest every faithful deed done in quietness. We ask Thee to shine Thy light into this workplace. Where there is manipulation and deceit and false narrative, expose it. Where there are two faced dealings and the stepping over of others, bring truth to light. Grant to her who bears authority a spirit of true humility and clarity of mind, that she may see persons and things as they are, with discernment that comes from Thee. Break through pride and insecurity, soften the heart to remember faithfulness shown in former days, and guard her from being led by flattering lips. Do Thou in justice what is right, for Thou art just and yet the justifier of them that trust in Christ, and Thou wilt not at all acquit the wicked, yet Thou delightest in mercy.

And for Thy servant who waits upon Thee, keep the heart from bitterness. Feed this soul upon Thy Word, for there is on the hill Beulah a breeze from the Celestial City, and when the wind blows aright we may smell the spices of the Glory Land where Emmanuel is King. Give peace, dignity and strength to do all as unto Thee, knowing that the reward is not from man but from the Lord. Let Christ grow sweeter as the world grows more bitter, and let honest trust in Him overcome all evil with good.
