Touch the heart and mind of ### šŸ™šŸ™šŸ™

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### and ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###'s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### and ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace. It is clear that you have invested much, loyalty, labor, and love, only to feel unseen and undervalued. We stand with you in prayer, lifting this burden before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of every situation.

First, we must address the spirit of bitterness that can so easily take root in such circumstances. The Word of God warns us in Hebrews 12:15, "Looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and many be defiled by it." We rebuke any seeds of resentment or unforgiveness in your heart, for they only harm you and hinder your walk with the Lord. Instead, we pray that you would release this situation into God’s hands, trusting Him to vindicate you in His perfect timing. Romans 12:19 reminds us, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, ā€˜Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.’"

We also lift up your coworker, , before the Lord. It is not our place to judge her heart, but we do pray that God would expose any deception, manipulation, or ungodly influences at work in her life. Proverbs 26:24-26 warns, "A malicious man disguises himself with his lips, but he harbors deceit in his heart. When he speaks graciously, don’t believe him, for there are seven abominations in his heart. His malice may be concealed by deception, but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly." We ask the Lord to open her eyes to the truth, to soften her heart, and to grant her discernment so that she may lead with integrity and humility. Philippians 2:3-4 exhorts us all, "Doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself; each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others."

We also recognize the importance of guarding your own heart in this season. Proverbs 4:23 instructs, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life." It is easy to become consumed by the injustices we perceive, but we must fix our eyes on Christ and trust Him to sustain us. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from the recognition or approval of others. We pray that you would find peace and dignity in knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord (1 Corinthians 15:58).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation in the workplace. Lord, You see the truth of all things, and You know the loyalty, dedication, and heart that has been poured out in this place. We ask that You would move mightily in this situation, exposing any deception, manipulation, or ungodliness that may be at work. Open the eyes of to see the truth, soften her heart, and grant her discernment and humility in her leadership.

Father, we also pray for protection over our brother/sister’s heart. Guard them from bitterness, resentment, and unforgiveness. Fill them with Your peace, dignity, and strength as they continue to work unto You and not unto man. Remind them that their reward comes from You, and that their labor is not in vain.

Lord, we trust in Your justice and Your timing. We ask that You would bring clarity, truth, and restoration to this workplace. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus, the One who sees, knows, and reigns over all. Amen.

Continue to stand firm in your faith, knowing that God is your defender and your rewarder. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you will reap if you do not faint (Galatians 6:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and trust Him to work all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).

It’s deeply painful when you’ve been loyal, put in the work, and then feel invisible while you watch others maneuver and spin narratives. We hear the weariness in that, and the way you’re already guarding your own heart in prayer says so much about your maturity. What you’re doing, refusing to let the hurt harden into something that poisons you, takes real honesty before God.

The real danger you’ve named isn’t just the office politics; it’s what this can do inside you. Bitterness tends to grow quietly, feeding on the gap between what you gave and what was recognized. It’s worth naming that aloud with someone you trust, not to rehearse the grievance or gossip, but to drain some of that pressure so it doesn’t warp your perspective. Sometimes simply having a wise, safe person listen and affirm your dignity without fueling outrage can diffuse what would otherwise fester. Your prayer is already pointed in the right direction: you’re asking for clarity for your manager and for your own heart to stay clean. Keep leaning into that. Your ultimate account isn’t with her ledger, and the work you’ve done in good faith isn’t wasted.

We’re praying with you now: Lord Jesus, you see exactly what’s happening here, the ways truth gets twisted and loyalty gets overlooked. Please guard this one’s heart from the rot of resentment, and give them the steady peace of knowing their value is anchored in you, not in any human evaluation. Grant their manager clear eyes and a humble heart, and where there’s real harm being done, would you bring it into the light and put a stop to it. Sustain them while they wait, and surprise them with reminders that you see and you are not silent. Amen.

The cry of your heart has risen before the throne, and it is well that you have brought your cause to the Lord who sees in secret. That which you perceive in the shadows of the workplace, the manipulation, the two-faced dealings, the fog of deceit, is a sorrowful reality in this fallen world. Men build themselves a house of cards and call it peace, but it is the false peace of which the prophet thundered, "Peace, peace, when there is no peace." When a soul builds its comfort upon the shifting sand of advantage and falsehood, it is a peace drawn from a stagnant pool, carrying death within. Beware of letting the unrighteous peace of others disturb your own standing. Their apparent calm is the sleep of the deceived; the Lord shall break that fog in His own time, exposing the works of darkness for what they are.

But what of your own soul amid this tempest? There is a peace which is no curse, but an unalloyed blessing, the perfect peace of which the prophet Isaiah spoke. This is not the world’s quiet, which is shattered by the first wave of trial. This is peace within, a heaven gleaming with heavenly light even in the midnight of care. And how is this peace kept? "Whose mind is stayed on You." You ask for protection from bitterness, and rightly so, for bitterness is the worm that eats the heart out of true peace. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, peace that is a present possession to be enjoyed even when duties press and sorrows surge. Do not look to for your reward, for the honor that comes from man is but a fading leaf, while your ultimate reward comes from the Lord. Serve as unto Him, and the dignity of your labor cannot be touched by any earthly title or slight.

You pray that might be given a spirit of true humility. This is a scriptural and noble petition. True humility is to make a right estimate of oneself, not a pretended lowliness that dwells only on the face. Before honor is humility, and a position of authority is the very seedbed of pride's trial. Labor in prayer that the Lord would strip away any pride or insecurity that a title brings, for a haughty spirit goes before a fall. Yet remember, your own humility must be genuine as well. It is not in recounting our loyalty and the foundation we have laid that we find our strength, but in prostrating ourselves before the throne. As that dear saint of old often said, "Why me, Lord? Why me?" We serve the Lord with all humility of mind, knowing we are unworthy of the least of His mercies.

The history you share with her is known to the Most High. Let it be enough. Earth’s struggles soon shall cease, and Jesus calls us to Heaven’s perfect peace. Until then, let your faith and your humility walk as a brave brother and a fair sister. Let your faith say, "The Lord will vindicate," and your humility say, "I am unworthy even of a word." The one will be bold as a lion, rejoicing in Jesus; the other will be meek as a dove, blushing at self. This is your safe harbor. In Jesus' keeping, you are safe; and though you walk through the valley of office shadows, He is with you. That is the peace of God which passes all understanding, and nothing shall offend you.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

You do well to pour out your heart before God rather than to let it fester within. But I would urge you to examine your own soul with as much diligence as you ask for another’s. The Apostle warns us to look carefully lest any root of bitterness spring up and defile many. A root of bitterness does not bear sweet fruit; everything it yields is hatred and abomination. Your hurt is real, but see that it does not take root and grow into a poisonous plant that chokes your own peace.

Consider this: the one who practices injustice carries a far heavier burden than the one who suffers it. Even now, while you feel unseen, the conscience of the schemer is scourged without rest. Their sleep is uneasy, their mind full of thick-coming fancies, their soul self-condemned. No flatterer, no position of authority, can corrupt that inward judge which God has planted in every heart. Why then do you envy the apparent ease of those who walk crookedly? Their labor is the heavier yoke, for sin itself is a talent of lead. Let that knowledge quiet your spirit.

The labor you have shown your employer was a labor of love, and true love is indeed great labor. It is no small thing to hold fast when a thousand circumstances would draw us away. Yet remember that our ultimate reward is not from the hand of any earthly master. If we toil for the approval of men, our labor will always feel heavy and futile. But if we offer our work to God with humility, even the toil becomes light. The fruit of such labor, seen by the eyes of faith, makes the burden hardly felt.

You ask God to humble your employer’s heart. That is a good petition, but I would add: pray for the same spirit of humility for yourself. For a broken and a contrite heart God will not despise. A soul that is truly broken will not rise up to avenge itself, even if it suffers many ills; it would rather die than strike back. This is the mouth that virtue forms, a mouth like Christ’s own, made not by any material coloring but by meekness and humility alone. When both parties are thus minded, no painful thing can arise; not even the devil can overthrow such a safeguard.

So by all means pray for the eyes of your employer to be opened, and for the truth to be made plain. But let your own prayer for her be free from the sour leaven of resentment. Trust that God sees all, and commit your cause to Him who judges justly. Keep doing your duty with quiet integrity, and you will find that the peace which comes from above is a double wall of protection around your soul.

Your workplace feels like a place where truth has been twisted and loyal effort ignored, and that kind of ache runs deep. But remember this: your very existence is wrapped in God. In Him you live and move and have your being. He is not at a distance, watching from far away; He is the air you breathe, the sustaining presence in every moment. He sees the real story, the foundation you laid, the consistent help you gave, the integrity of your service. No fog of manipulation can hide the facts from His eyes.

The desire to have your supervisor see clearly is natural, but be careful that a longing for human vindication does not grow into a root of bitterness. That root defiles everything it touches. Esau felt deeply wronged, and his bitterness poisoned not just one decision but generations after him. Ask God to guard your own heart first. The peace you need does not depend on anyone else’s next move; it rests in knowing that your ultimate reward comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth. He is your shade on your right hand, the side most vulnerable to sudden blows. The sun of public favor will not smite you by day, nor the moon of dark rumors by night, because He preserves your going out and coming in.

Waiting is hard work, but God’s compassions are new every morning. Tomorrow brings a fresh opportunity for Him to demonstrate His love for you in ways you cannot yet see. Do not let the immediate disappointment talk you into thinking that if only your supervisor would acknowledge you, life would make sense. That is the old flesh reasoning, looking for identity in the animal plane of mere earthly recognition. Jesus said that whoever tries to save his life, to grasp meaning and satisfaction on human terms alone, will lose it, but whoever loses his life for His sake will find what real life is. Your identity is already secure in Christ. He has a purpose for your existence that goes far beyond any office or title. He is at work conforming you into His own image, changing you from one degree of glory to the next, even through this strain.

So keep praying for your supervisor, yes, but release the outcome entirely into God’s hands. He can break through pride and insecurity as gently or as firmly as only He knows how. He can restore the memory of genuine partnership. And when it comes to the people who have spun falsehoods, their subtlety is no surprise to God. There have always been those who can read personalities and manipulate situations for their own ends, but they cannot outflank the Lord of truth. The day of judgment will bring every hidden thing to light, overseen by the risen Christ. You do not need to carry that burden of exposure yourself.

In the meantime, keep yourself in that quiet place of fellowship where God can pour out His love on you. Jesus Himself, the Son of God, constantly drew strength through prayer. Your own prayer was honest and right. Now trust that He is not merely touching circumstances but also touching you, shielding you from the anesthetic of sin that hardens hearts, and cleansing you from any creeping resentment. Do your work as unto Him, and let His smile be enough. He knows the labor, and He will not forget it.
