Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ###s heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace. It is clear that you have invested much, loyalty, labor, and love, only to feel overlooked and even slandered. We stand with you in bringing this burden before the Lord, for He sees all things and knows the truth of your heart and your work. The Bible reminds us in Psalm 37:5-6, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine out like the dawn, your justice like the noonday sun." Your faithfulness has not gone unnoticed by God, even if it feels unseen by those around you.

We lift up before the Lord, asking Him to intervene in this situation. Father, we pray that You would indeed break through the fog of deceit and manipulation that has clouded her judgment. Open her eyes to see the truth, as it says in John 8:32, "You will know the truth, and the truth will make you free." Expose any false narratives and reveal the hearts of those who may be acting with dishonesty. Give her discernment, Lord, so that she may see the workplace and the people in it with clarity, free from the influence of those who seek to divide and manipulate.

We also pray for a spirit of humility to take root in her heart. Pride and insecurity can so easily distort our perception of others, especially when authority is involved. Remind her, Lord, that true leadership is not measured by titles or positions, but by the integrity and dedication of those who serve. As it says in Philippians 2:3-4, "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves, not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others." Soften her heart to remember the history you share and the foundation you have helped to build. Protect her from the influence of those who may seek to use her for their own gain.

While we wait for God to move, we ask that He guard your heart from bitterness. It is so easy to become consumed by frustration when we feel wronged, but we are called to trust in the Lord and lean not on our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). Let peace and dignity be your strength, knowing that your ultimate reward comes from God, not from man. As Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving."

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up this situation and the hearts involved. We ask that You would move in power, bringing truth to light and healing where there has been division. Soften hearts, Lord, and help each person involved to see one another with the love and respect that You intend. Guard this dear one’s heart from bitterness, and fill them with Your peace as they continue to serve You faithfully. May Your will be done in this workplace, and may Your name be glorified through it all. We ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name by which we can come before You. Amen.

We hear the weight of feeling unseen and overlooked, especially when you’ve shown consistent loyalty and hard work. Watching someone you’ve helped seem distant or swayed by manipulation is disorienting and lonely. We’re so glad you’re bringing this to God rather than letting it fester. Your prayer to be kept from bitterness is already a strong step, bitterness doesn’t just harden us; it hands the offender ongoing power over our hearts, and you’re wise to refuse that.

We’re reminded of Joseph, who had every human reason for resentment after being mistreated, forgotten, and falsely accused. When he later stood in a position of power over those who hurt him, he chose forgiveness over revenge. That didn’t happen in a moment; it grew over years of trusting God with his reputation and future. Your situation may not resolve quickly either, but your desire to honor God in the waiting is the real victory.

One thing you might try this week: each morning, consciously reframe your work as worship. Offer it to the Lord with a quiet “I’m doing this for You today.” That small shift can loosen the grip of needing your manager’s approval and anchor your worth in the One who truly sees.

Let’s pray:

Father, You see every truth hidden in that workplace, the loyalty, the manipulation, and the hurt. Please guard this child of Yours from bitterness; pour in Your peace and dignity instead. We ask You to work in the manager’s heart: give her genuine humility, discernment, and a softened memory of the support she has received. Protect what is just, and help our friend keep doing good work for Your eyes alone. In Jesus’ name, amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The hurt you feel is real, and the tears you have shed in secret are known to the Lord who sees in the dark places. Yet take heed that your wounded spirit does not drift into a bitterness that poisons your own soul. You have prayed for the scales to fall from another’s eyes, and that is well, but let your first and chief cry be, “Lord, keep me looking unto Jesus.” For when we gaze upon Him whom our sins have pierced, a strange and holy bitterness springs up, bitterness against the sin within ourselves, and a sorrow that cleanses, not corrodes. That cross-bought mourning strips the world of its false allurements and strangely removes the sting from earthly wrongs. The servant is not above his Master; if they misjudged Him, shall they speak well of you? Bear your sorrow for Him, bear it with Him, and then see what peace, what perfect peace, you will enjoy, even with sorrows surging round.

You have labored with loyalty, and it is a sharp trial when your service is overlooked or twisted by a whispering tongue. But recall that your work is not for a human taskmaster, but for the Father who says, “Son, go work today in my vineyard.” When you work for God you work not for life but from life; you do not serve Christ in order to be saved, but because you are saved. The eye of the Lord misses nothing, not one handful dropped on purpose for a timid gleaner, not one drop of honest sweat shed in obscurity. Do not let the deceit of another rob you of the dignity of doing your work heartily as unto the Lord. A single day’s faithful duty done in the sight of Heaven outweighs a lifetime of posturing for the praise of man.

As for the one who has brought this trouble, remember that the father of lies is always busy weaving his dark webs. But prayer is a mighty weapon; it can unlock Mercy’s door for others as well as for ourselves. You have pleaded that her eyes be opened, continue to plead, and leave the answer with God. Meanwhile, do not fill your brain with the reheard narratives of wrong. Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly. If you would be right, turn all else out and come and say, “The Word of Christ for me!” There is no emancipation like that which Jesus brings, freedom from the slavery of brooding over injury, freedom to love when you are spurned, freedom to rest when the storm still rages. That peace is not found in the shifting sands of circumstance, but in His own blessed Person. “In Me you might have peace”, only in Him, but always in Him.

Therefore, gird up the loins of your mind. Be ready for evil tidings, be ready for service, be ready to live, be ready to die. Let not your feet be tripped by the garments of wounded pride. Lay up all these things in your heart and ponder them, as Mary did, sitting still with Jesus. Your ultimate vindication does not hang upon any earthly acknowledgment. The blood of Jesus whispers peace within, and that peace is the very foretaste of Heaven. Go now, and as you walk through this dark world of sin, keep your eye fixed upon the cross. Let the bitterness you taste be the bitterness of repentance and love for Christ, and you shall find that His peace will garrison your heart, making you more than conqueror through Him that loved you.

You cry out to God, asking that the fog of manipulation be lifted from your employer's eyes. But I ask you: have you looked diligently into your own heart, lest a root of bitterness spring up and defile you? The Apostle commands us to search carefully, to examine thoroughly, as a physician probes a wound, lest this bitter root take hold. For if it does, it will produce nothing but hatred, envy, and inner turmoil. You have already begun to feel its shoots. So while you pray for justice in the open, wage war against bitterness in the secret chamber of your soul. Cut it off before it blossoms.

You speak of one who is two faced and deceitful, who steps over others. Know this: the injustice she commits does more harm to herself than to you. The unrighteous man may seem to triumph, but his conscience, that incorruptible judge placed by God in every soul, cannot be bribed. He may silence it for a time with excuses and flattery, but in the quiet watches of the night it scourges him. His sleep is uneasy, his thoughts thick with accusations. So if this woman appears to prosper through cunning, do not envy her. Weep for her, for she is treasuring up wrath against the day of judgment. What profit is it to gain the praise of men and forfeit peace with God?

You ask that her manipulation be exposed and that your superior be given discernment. It is not wrong to desire that truth prevail, but take care: this yearning can itself become a snare. Why are you troubled? Because you seek honor among men. You feel your loyalty and labor have been overlooked. But the honor that comes from men is a shadow; the praise of a fickle world is a fleeting wind. If you have served faithfully, your work is not hidden from the eyes of the Lord. He who sees in secret will reward you. Do not build again what you have professed to abandon. You have placed your cause before the heavenly throne; do not now rebuild it with earthly clamor and resentment.

Instead, cleanse the inside of the cup. Let your prayer shift from a demand for exposure to a plea for the salvation of all involved. If you bring an offering of service to God while your heart festers with anger and a desire for vindication, it is like bringing a stolen garment to clothe the poor, an insult to the Almighty. Far better to have nothing and possess a tranquil spirit. Pray for those who spitefully use you: not that they be ruined, but that they repent. Then you will be free from the pollution of their sin, and your own soul will remain unspotted, a vessel fit for the Master's use.

I hear the heavy heart behind this prayer, and I want you to know that the Lord hears it too. What you described, the ache of being overlooked, the frustration of watching manipulation go unchecked, is exactly the kind of thing you bring to Him. You did the right thing by pouring out your soul like that. I think of Hannah, so deep in anguish that her lips moved but no words came, and the priest mistook her grief for drunkenness. Yet God saw the bitterness of her soul and answered. He sees you, every unseen act of loyalty and every honest effort, even when people don’t.

But I want to stand with you as a warning guard, because there’s a danger in this valley that can eat you alive. Bitterness, when it takes root, doesn’t stay contained. A root of bitterness can spring up and defile many, not just you, but everyone it touches. I’ve seen it turn tears into something poisonous. Esau wept loudly, but his tears weren’t tears of repentance; they were tears of rage and bitterness over what he felt was stolen from him. That bitterness twisted him and passed on to generations. The person you’re bitter toward may never even feel the sting, but you will. It will gnaw at your peace, your health, and your clarity. Please, guard your heart. Follow after peace with all men. When those resentful thoughts rise, bring them immediately to the cross, not to rehearse the offense but to release it.

I do join you in asking God to bring truth to the light, to grant your supervisor real discernment, to break through whatever fog of deceit or insecurity surrounds her. A title and a position can swell pride in any of us, and prayer like yours is right: that she would remember the faithful foundation you helped lay, that her eyes would open to what’s really happening. But here’s where I want you to be careful. While you pray for her clarity, don’t let your own focus get stuck on what others deserve or fail to see. The moment we start measuring righteousness by our works or by human recognition, we’ve stepped out of rest and into a wearying, futile struggle. Your standing before God and your true reward don’t rise or fall on a supervisor’s memory or a coworker’s schemes. God blesses you because He loves you, because of the finished work of Christ, not because you’ve earned it or because people noticed.

I remember the story of Peter confronting Simon, who had a heart full of the gall of bitterness even while moving among the things of God. Peter didn’t just point out the sin; he called him to repent and ask God if the thought of his heart might be forgiven. That’s a crucial turn. You can be surrounded by pain, fenced in by a bitter situation so tight you feel there’s no way out, but even then, like the prophet in Lamentations, you can deliberately call to mind the Lord’s mercies. His mercies are why you are not consumed. They are new every morning. When you stop fighting in your own strength to get the validation you deserve and instead rest in His love, the stranglehold of bitterness loosens.

So I’ll say this: Keep doing your work with integrity, but lay down the weight of trying to make everything right through your own efforts. You cannot control those around you, but you can trust the One who sees all. If you’ve been striving to be perfected in the flesh, looking to human approval to confirm your worth, step back into grace. Your acceptance is in Jesus, not in performance. Let that be your peace. And if you need to, keep praying like Hannah, but let your tears be tears that lead you into God’s rest, not into Esau’s trap.

Father, I lift up this child of Yours who feels forgotten. Protect that heart from the gall of bitterness. Break every chain of deception in that workplace, grant true humility to those in authority, and help this one to rest in the finished work of Christ. Remind them that their labor is not in vain in You, and that Your eye is on the faithful, even when the world looks the other way. In Jesus’ name.
