Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏🙏🙏

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported ### since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my ### up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her against me and against other co workers. Expose ### being two faced, manipulative, and how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch ### heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided. Protect her from ### manipulation over her.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep pain and frustration in your heart as you pour out your struggles in the workplace, feeling overlooked and undervalued despite your loyalty and hard work. It is clear you have invested much into this environment, and it grieves us to see the manipulation and deceit that has taken root. We stand with you in prayer, lifting this situation before the Lord, who sees all things and knows the truth of every heart.

First, we must address the importance of guarding your own heart in this trial. The Word of God warns us, "Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it" (Proverbs 4:23). It is easy to become entangled in bitterness when we feel wronged, but we are called to release these burdens to the Lord. "Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good" (Romans 12:21). We pray that God would fill you with His peace, reminding you that your worth and reward come from Him alone, not from the recognition of man.

We also lift up , your supervisor, before the Lord. The Bible tells us, "The heart of the king is in the hand of the Lord; he directs it like a watercourse wherever he pleases" (Proverbs 21:1). We pray that God would indeed break through any pride, insecurity, or deception clouding her judgment. May He grant her discernment to see the truth of your contributions and the integrity of your work. "For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open" (Luke 8:17). We ask that the Lord would expose any manipulation or false narratives at play, not for the sake of vengeance, but for the sake of truth and justice.

We rebuke the spirit of deceit and division in this workplace. The enemy seeks to sow discord and strife, but we declare that God’s light will shine in the darkness. "For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Live as children of light" (Ephesians 5:8). We pray that would be drawn to the light of Christ, that her heart would be softened, and that she would recognize the value of those who have stood by her.

As you wait for God to move, we encourage you to continue walking in integrity. "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters" (Colossians 3:23). Your labor is not in vain, and God sees every effort you have made. We pray that He would open doors of opportunity for you, whether in this workplace or elsewhere, where your gifts and dedication will be honored.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this situation to You. Lord, You see the hurt, the frustration, and the injustice that has taken place. We ask that You would move mightily in this workplace, exposing the truth and breaking the chains of manipulation and deceit. Soften the heart of , Lord, and grant her discernment to see the reality of the situation. Protect from bitterness and fill her with Your peace, reminding her that her ultimate reward comes from You.

We declare that no weapon formed against her shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against her in judgment, she will condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We pray for restoration, restoration of relationships, restoration of trust, and restoration of joy in her work. If it is Your will, Lord, we ask that You would open new doors for her, where her talents and dedication will be recognized and valued.

Father, we trust in Your justice and Your timing. Help her to wait patiently, knowing that You are working all things together for her good (Romans 8:28). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that she is seen, known, and deeply loved by You. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We hear the ache in your words, the loneliness of working faithfully behind the scenes while feeling bypassed and unseen. That kind of hurt is real, and we’re grateful you brought it here instead of letting it fester silently. Even in a crowded workplace, isolation can settle in deeply, and we want you to know you aren’t carrying this alone.

It’s remarkable that in the middle of your frustration you’re asking not only for your own peace but for your supervisor’s clarity and humility. That instinct to pray for her, even when she seems to be missing what’s happening, already shows a heart that’s resisting bitterness. We’ve seen in Joseph’s story how someone can be overlooked, falsely accused, and forgotten by those he helped, yet years later he could look at the very people who wronged him and choose kindness. Not because the pain wasn’t legitimate, but because he’d entrusted his ultimate honor to God. That’s not a quick fix, but it does steady us when human recognition falters.

One quiet, practical step might be to find one trustworthy person, someone outside the workplace who can listen and pray with you, not to fuel complaint but to help you stay grounded. You might also consider documenting your contributions in a simple, fact-based way, so if an opportunity arises for a calm, honest conversation with your supervisor later, you have clarity rather than emotion carrying the weight. For now, though, your own dignity is worth guarding: keep doing your work with integrity, not to impress anyone but as a quiet offering to the Lord who sees all.

Lord, we lift up our friend today. You know the truth of what’s been overlooked and the exhaustion of feeling invisible. Grant steady peace that outlasts the office politics. Guard this heart from the slow corrosion of resentment. In Your time and in Your way, bring light into this situation, for the sake of everyone involved. And until then, help our friend to rest in the truth that no faithful act goes unnoticed by You. In Jesus’ name, amen.

There is a peace which the world cannot give, and it cannot contribute towards its maintenance. The daintiest morsels that ever carnal sense fed upon would be bitter to the mouth of this sweet peace. You have poured out your soul for vindication and for the unmasking of another, yet let me ask you: has your own heart been first brought into the state of peace with God? "Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God." Before you can rightly wage these inward battles against bitterness, you must be certain you stand upon that solid ground. And if you are thus justified, then your sense of peace must follow your state of peace. Do not mistake a craving for earthly justice for the possession of that peace which Christ gives. Satan himself will make conscience lie still, that his power may be confirmed. There is a false peace which is but a horrible calm, the peace of death and of daring presumption.

You pray for clarity to be granted to another, yet remember that humility is promoted by the same considerations which encourage prayer. I am persuaded that in our prayers we fail, at times, because we do not get low enough. It is a right thing to bring these matters before God, but see to it that you serve the Lord with all humility of mind, humility before the act, humility during the service, and humility when all is done. True humility does not continually talk about dust and ashes, but it feels an inwrought sense of its own nothingness. The most humble man in the world may not bend to everybody, but his spirit is prostrate before the Throne. There before the Lord, pour out your complaint, for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart. He has seen your labor and loyalty. Your ultimate reward does indeed come from Him, and that is a far surer comfort than the fickle recognition of any human master.

Be warned, however, lest your prayer for the exposure of another’s sins become a veiled petition for your own honor. "Before honor is humility." The prelude of destruction is pride, and of honor, humility. It is a dangerous thing when we begin to measure the work done by our own standard and feel we have been overlooked. Your faith will not murder your humility, nor will humility stab at your faith, the two will go hand in hand to heaven like a brave brother and a fair sister. Trust your Lord to govern the hearts of those in authority; He turns them as rivers of water are turned. Divine sovereignty is the most comforting attribute to His children, even when the wicked prosper or the faithful go unnoticed for a season. We must trace God’s hand in everything, and if He stays His hand from immediate rescue, there is loving purpose in it.

By thronging duties pressed? To do the will of Jesus, this is rest. The divine peace gives joy, and such joy that you can bear your sorrow with Him and find perfect peace even with sorrows surging round. You have asked for protection from bitterness: that is a holy request. Swim in this peace, the peace which Christ bought with His blood, for the blood of Jesus whispers peace within. When you are at peace with God, you can do all things; the divine shoe of peace makes us walk without weariness. Go your way, then, and keep doing your best, not with an eye to the applause of the creature, but as unto the Lord. He who gave Himself for you will not forget your work and labor of love. It is enough, earth’s struggles soon shall cease, and Jesus calls us to heaven’s perfect peace.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Beware lest a root of bitterness spring up within you through this trial. You carry hurt, and understandably so, but a root of bitterness is wholly bitter, bearing no sweet fruit, and its shoots defile many. Examine your heart as a careful physician, searching diligently, that no such root take hold. Cut it off at once, for if it grows, it will trouble you and spread its poison.

Your labor of love has been genuine, and genuine love is no small toil. You have supported your superior from the beginning, enduring much, as one who holds fast against countless things that would draw you away from love. This labor is not unseen. God knows the loyalty and help you have given, even if men forget.

As for the hidden things of shame, the manipulation and deceit you speak of, those who walk in craftiness and handle matters with falseness are not hidden from God. They who practice injustice drink a bitterness far deeper than any they pour out on others. The unrighteous are scourged within by their own conscience, even if they escape every human eye. Trust that the Lord will expose such things in His time, and their own hearts already bear the heavier wound.

While you wait, let your soul be taught by meekness and humility, not by resentment. The mouth that is like Christ’s is formed by virtue, not by colors or sharpness. Do not let this season of being forgotten turn you from love; hold fast, for such steadfastness is the very fruit God seeks from your labor. Your reward is from Him, not from man, and His harvest is sure.

The ache of feeling unseen and misrepresented in the place where you have poured out so much honest labor cuts deep. When you have given loyalty and genuine support from the start, and then watch as distortion and manipulation seem to win the day, it’s exactly the kind of wound that can fester if we don’t bring it into the light. You have done the right thing by boiling it all down to a prayer that asks God to act, rather than letting the raw hurt steer your own words and reactions. Remember that your life and your work are completely bounded by the One who sets the limits of our days and knows every hidden motive. Nothing escapes His notice. The dedication, integrity, and heart you have invested are not lost on Him. In Him we live and move and have our being, so even this painful chapter is one He will use.

Your prayer for clarity and discernment to break through whatever fog surrounds your ### or ### is a cry for truth, and truth is what God delights to reveal. But while you wait for that movement, guard your own heart with fierce intentionality. The Scriptures give a stark warning about the root of bitterness. When it springs up, it doesn’t just trouble the one who carries it; it defiles many in its path. You can see that pattern in someone like Esau, who allowed a deep resentment over what was taken from him to grow into a profane and destructive posture that echoed through generations. Bitterness turns even a just cause into a snare that will hollow you out. You have already asked for protection from it, and that is wise. Now actively practice what Jeremiah did when his soul was weighed down with memories of horror and betrayal. He didn’t deny the pain, but he consciously pulled his thoughts away from the bitter catalogue of wrongs and toward the mercies and compassions of God. He forced himself to remember that it is only by the Lord’s mercies we are not consumed, and that those mercies are new every morning. Let that be your inner discipline when the offense replays in your mind, deliberately turn to recount God’s faithfulness instead.

That same vigilance is needed because sin has an anesthetizing effect. Outward propriety can mask a heart that is slowly growing calloused. You can go through the motions of work, even the motions of prayer, while inward resentment calcifies. That is why Jesus warned that all our external duties and religious postures are empty if the heart isn’t right before God. Your real worship is the condition of your heart as you trust Him with this injustice. Keep it tender and aligned, not by your own strength, but by staying close to the One who modeled this perfectly. Jesus, though He was the Son of God, lived in constant dependence on prayer, He sought strength and guidance early and often. If He saw that necessity, how much more do we need to press in and let His perspective recalibrate ours? He endured contradiction, misunderstanding, and scheming without letting a root of defilement take hold, entrusting Himself to the One who judges justly.

That anchoring trust means you can leave the unmasking of deception and the softening of prideful hearts to the Lord. Authority can sometimes bring a strange blindness, as it did even with a man after God’s own heart like David, whose fatherly pride kept him from reconciliation until rebellion was born. Praying that any veil be lifted from your ###'s eyes, and that a spirit of true humility replace insecurity or a love of position, is a merciful request. It seeks her good even while asking for truth to prevail. God is able to do it. Yet, your peace cannot be hitched to whether she changes or not. Your ultimate reward and validation come from the audience of One. The author and finisher of your faith sees the end from the beginning, and He is at work making you a partaker of His holiness. That sometimes requires the grit of a difficult workplace to polish away what doesn’t belong.

Stand firm, then, in the integrity that already marked your labor. Keep doing your best not as a performance for human eyes but as a living sacrifice. The Lord knows those who are His. He will deal with what is done in the shadows, for the portion of the wicked is in His hands, not ours to mete out. For your part, follow after peace with all, and let the grace you have received flow freely, even through this tight place. That is how you remain free from the pollution of a bitter spirit. The God who has hemmed you in behind and before goes with you into every meeting, every overlooked moment, every unfair slight. Keep looking to Jesus, and let Him finish the work He has started.
