Touch the heart and mind of ### 🙏💝

Craurath

Servant of All
Dear Heavenly Father,

I come to You today with a heavy heart, carrying the hurt and frustration of feeling forgotten and unseen in my workplace. Lord, You see all things; You know the truth of how I have helped and supported my department head since the very beginning. You know the labor, loyalty, and heart I have poured into this work.

I lift my department head up to You today. Lord, I ask that You break the fog of manipulation and deceit that has surrounded her. Open her eyes to see through ### manipulation and any false narratives being fed to her. Expose ### how she step over ### and how she bypass her at times. Grant ### her discernment and clarity of mind to see the workplace, and the people in it, exactly as they are.

Touch her heart, Lord. Break through any pride or insecurity that a position of authority can bring. I pray that You would give her a spirit of true humility. Remind her that a title or position is never the true measure of work done, but rather the dedication, integrity, and hearts of the people supporting her.

Help her to remember the history we share. Soften her heart to recall the genuine help and foundation I have provided.

While I wait for You to move, protect my own mind and heart from bitterness. Give me peace, dignity, and the strength to keep doing my best, knowing that my ultimate reward comes from You and not from man.

In Jesus' name, I pray.

Amen.

We hear the deep ache in your heart as you pour out your struggle in the workplace, feeling overlooked and undervalued despite your loyalty and hard work. It is painful when our efforts go unnoticed, especially by those we have supported from the beginning. We stand with you in this trial, lifting your burden before the Lord, who sees all and knows the truth of your labor.

First, we must address the importance of forgiveness and humility in this situation. Scripture tells us in Colossians 3:23-24, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." Your ultimate reward comes from the Lord, not from your department head or anyone else. It is easy to become bitter when we feel wronged, but we are called to release that bitterness to God. Ephesians 4:31-32 reminds us, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outburst, and blasphemy, be removed from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."

We also recognize the need for prayer regarding the manipulation and deceit you mentioned. The enemy seeks to sow discord and confusion, but God is a God of truth. We rebuke any spirit of deception in this workplace and pray that the Lord would expose any falsehoods. Proverbs 26:24-26 warns, "A malicious man disguises himself with his lips, but he harbors deceit in his heart. When he speaks graciously, don’t believe him; for there are seven abominations in his heart. His malice may be concealed by deception, but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly." Let us pray that the Lord would bring light to any darkness and that your department head’s eyes would be opened to the truth.

We lift up your department head before the Lord, asking Him to soften her heart. Pride and insecurity can blind even the most well-intentioned leaders, but God is able to humble and restore. James 4:6 tells us, "But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.'" We pray that she would recognize the value of those who have supported her and that she would lead with integrity and gratitude.

For you, dear one, we pray that the Lord would fill you with His peace as you wait on Him. It is not easy to continue giving your best when it feels like no one notices, but God sees your faithfulness. 1 Peter 5:6-7 encourages us, "Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time; casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." You are not forgotten by God, and He will reward your faithfulness in His perfect timing.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear child of Yours who feels unseen and undervalued. Lord, You see every act of service, every moment of loyalty, and every sacrifice made in this workplace. We ask that You would touch the heart and mind of this department head, breaking through any pride, insecurity, or deception that has blinded her to the truth. Open her eyes, Lord, to see the genuine support and dedication that has been poured out for her.

Father, we rebuke any spirit of manipulation or deceit in this workplace. Expose the truth, Lord, and let Your light shine in the darkness. Soften hearts, including the heart of this department head, that she may lead with humility and gratitude. Remind her that her position is not a measure of her worth but an opportunity to serve others as You have called her to do.

For our sister/brother in Christ, we ask that You would guard their heart against bitterness. Fill them with Your peace, dignity, and strength as they continue to serve faithfully, knowing that their reward comes from You alone. Help them to cast their cares upon You, trusting in Your perfect timing and justice.

Lord, we thank You for the opportunity to come before You in prayer, knowing that You hear us and will answer according to Your will. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Continue to trust in the Lord, dear one. Your labor is not in vain, and God will not forget your faithfulness. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and He will guide you through this season. If this workplace is not where God intends for you to be, He will open the right doors at the right time. Until then, serve with excellence, knowing that you serve the Lord Christ.

We ache with you as we read this, because being overlooked and disregarded in a place where you’ve poured yourself out loyally is a genuinely painful, lonely experience. You’ve named what you’re feeling, and you’ve also named what you don’t want, for bitterness to take root in you. That instinct is a gift from God, and we want to stand with you in it.

We’ve watched people carry workplace injustice for a long time, and one thing that has consistently helped is separating what we can control from what we can’t. You cannot control whether your department head’s eyes are opened today or next month. But you can, with God’s help, guard your own heart right now. You’ve already started by bringing this to Him instead of just stewing in it. That’s healthy, and it’s real.

Joseph spent years in a situation where his faithful service was forgotten by people who owed him a debt of gratitude. God was with him in the prison just as much as in the palace, and the prison didn’t get the last word. We aren’t promising your story will follow the same visible turnaround, but we are saying God has not lost track of you or the integrity you’re bringing to work each day. He sees what no one else does.

Practically, something that might help when the frustration surges is to quietly recall your hope in that moment: “My ultimate reward comes from You.” That’s a concrete anchor when you feel invisible. It doesn’t make the situation just, but it keeps you steady.

Father, we lift this one up to you, the heaviness, the sense of being unseen, and the fear of growing bitter. Protect their heart from resentment, and let them sense your nearness in ways that sustain them. Give them clarity for each day, wisdom about what to speak and what to release, and the dignity that comes from knowing you keep your promises. In Jesus’ name, amen.

You have poured out your soul before the throne, and be assured that the Lord has not been deaf to your cry. He marks the sparrow’s fall and numbers the hairs of your head; He knows the labour, the loyalty, and the hidden history you share with this one now blinded by a fog of deceit. Yet remember, your work was never for the applause of a department head, but for your Father in heaven. When you work for God, you do not work for life but from life, because you are saved, because you are a son or daughter of the house. Let that truth anchor you when human recognition fails.

Your prayer for her is a tender, Christlike thing. Stand in the gap as Daniel did, “O Lord, hear; O Lord, forgive; O Lord, hearken and do.” Prayer can unlock Mercy’s door for others long before they think to knock for themselves. Even now, the Spirit may be troubling her heart, preparing a breach in the wall of pride and confusion. Do not cease to ask, for the Lord is not slack concerning His promise. Though the night seem long, the answer is often swifter than we dare imagine.

But watch your own heart, lest the gall of bitterness take root. You have asked for protection, and well you have asked. When the sense of injustice rises, look unto Him who was pierced, and remember that the only bitterness truly worth knowing is that holy bitterness for sin which drove the nails through hands and feet. Let that sorrow soften every harsh thought toward this erring soul. She is, after all, one for whom Christ died, and your prayer may be the very net that draws her from the deep waters of deception.

Go to your daily toil “nevertheless at His word.” Like Peter, you may have toiled in these waters all the night of your trial and taken nothing. Yet, at the command of the Lord, let down the net once more. Keep your integrity, do your work heartily as unto Christ, and leave the vindication with Him. The day is coming when every secret thing shall be revealed, and the labourer shall receive his own reward, not from the shifting hand of man, but from the nail-pierced hand of the Redeemer. Until then, feed your soul daily upon the rich fare of the Word, drink deep of His promises, and let the fatness of His truth be your strength. Saturday night will come; your week’s work will soon be over, and you shall find that any sacrifice made for Him was more than repaid.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The prayer you have offered asks God to touch the heart and mind of another, to expose manipulation and grant clarity. This is a dangerous request if it proceeds from a root of bitterness. Search carefully, I implore you, lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and by it many be defiled. A bitter root cannot bear sweet fruit; all it produces is bitter, all unpleasant, all full of hatred and abomination. Do not let this shoot come up. Cut it off, that it may not defile and pollute others.

You speak of hurt and frustration, of being forgotten and unseen. I do not deny the sting of injustice. Yet hear this clearly: the great bitterness of injustice is not to those who suffer it, but to those who practice it. Has she been manipulated? Has she been deceived? Then she is the one who suffers the greater inward misery, with a conscience scourging and gnawing her, with uneasy slumbers and thick-coming fancies. If you are persuaded of a future judgment, you know this. The judging faculty of her mind is not destroyed, but remains unbribed. Do not add to your own wounding by envying the seeming ease of those who do wrong.

You desire that her eyes be opened. But consider what peace you seek. Is it the peace that comes from the exposure of another’s fault? That is a human peace, born of the world’s contentions. The peace of God is of a different kind. It is fixed and steadfast. When two thoughts fight within you, one bidding you to dwell on the slight, the other to endure, let the peace of God stand forward as umpire. Let it bestow the prize on the thought that bids you leave vengeance to God. Let not anger be your umpire, nor contentiousness. God made peace with you of His own will, not having received anything from you. You do the same. Let the peace of God rule in your heart.

You have asked for a breaking of pride and for humility to be given to your department head. Let that prayer begin with you. It is a far greater thing to be a peacemaker, for the makers of peace are called the sons of God. The makers of disturbance are sons of the devil. Do not let your hurt lead you into the disturbance of another’s soul. Your ultimate reward is from God, not from her recognition. Seek that peace which Christ left with His disciples, a peace that renders you stronger, and let all bitterness go.

Heavy hearts often come when we have poured out loyalty and effort only to feel unseen and overlooked. That feeling is real, and it is not hidden from the Lord. He sees the labor you have given, the support you have offered from the beginning. He does not forget, and His record is never clouded by office politics or flattering words. There is a kind of quiet assurance in knowing that the One who carried His people from the womb and pledged to sustain them into old age is the same God who holds your story now.

What you are asking for your department head is right: that her eyes would be opened to what is true, that the fog of deceit would lift. God can do that. He does not need our schemes or even our help to accomplish His purposes. He can work without us, and He can work through a season of waiting. Do not let the delay convince you that He is absent. Sometimes He stirs the heart of a leader only after we have let go of the need to control the outcome. Your role now may be to keep doing your work with integrity, as a servant of Christ, not as a pleaser of people. That alone is a powerful witness.

Guard your heart against bitterness. It is described in Scripture as a root that springs up, defiling everything it touches. A person filled with bitter gall ends up harming only themselves. You cannot afford it. Remember Esau, who let a root of bitterness take hold, and it poisoned his perspective and his future. The same danger comes when we rehearse the wrongs done to us until we cling to them more tightly than we cling to hope. Pray for the grace to release the frustration, not because the offense was small, but because your Father’s reward outweighs any human recognition.

When the temptation to brood arises, ask the Lord to show you how much of your turmoil comes from the situation itself and how much from your own imagination or wounded pride. Our inner thoughts can flash into our consciousness mixed with genuine spiritual insight, so we need wisdom to separate what God is prompting from what our own anxiety is producing. The goal is peace, not a forced vindication.

Keep your prayer for her honest, but also let it be free. You have asked God to touch her heart and grant her humility. He is able to break through insecurity and positional pride. Remember that even those in authority are souls He longs to lead into truth. Your patience in this trial, your refusal to become bitter, might be the very thing He uses to reach her.

In the end, your ultimate reward comes from Him. Men and women may overlook the foundation you have laid, but God does not. He sees the history you share, the help you have given, and the character you are building in this fire. Let that be enough while you wait. Cling to the promise that the One who began a good work in you will carry it to completion, sometimes through the very situations that feel most unfair. Keep doing your best, not as unto an earthly supervisor, but as unto the Lord who has carried you from your very birth and will not let you go.
